The hotel itself is located in a pretty remote place around 2km from the closest town with a decent amount of shops or restaurants to choose from, so renting a car would come in handy if you're keen on traveling somewhere further. The hotel's rocky beach is located in a kind of a bay so it tends to get dirty from the trash that gets swept up there with the waves, but it's usually like a few plastic bags/bottles so it's not that noticeable. The staff is really helpful and kind, especially a guy named Andreas that served us as a driver to Potos - the city I mentioned earlier in the review, those rides are free of charge for the guests but you have to inform the receptionist beforehand if you want to use such service. With a huge variety of decent foods to choose from, neat rooms, a decent spot and phenomenal staff I would recommend this hotel to basically anyone

With my family we had an absolutely splendid time at Royal Paradise Hotel. Hotel is beautifully located in the garden full of old olive trees. Area is very green, peaceful and well maintained. There are plenty of lovely spots in the garden where you can chill and enjoy amazing view at the seashore and a private beach. Hotel rooms are fully equipped with everything you might need with very comfy beds and pillows. Food and drinks are all very good. High variety of choices during breakfast and dinner buffets will make everyone happy - even a very picky kid. This is all great, but the absolutely best thing about this hotel are its people! Staff working there made us feel extremely welcomed. Everyone was just lovely, friendly and they will go an extra mile (or even miles) to make your stay wonderful. My 3 years old daughter made some great friends there. She called General Manager her favourite person and was running towards him every time she saw him. I am very grateful for my time spent there and would recommend this hotel to everyone willing to have an amazing vacation in Thassos.

+Location of the hotel is fantastic.
- Poor service for a 5* hotel.
We had to change our room after half an hour, because jacuzzi was not working.
We had a very warm welcome, we pay and then they forget us. We ordered (room service) a club sandwich, which they never brought to us. As a result after waiting 1,30 hour we left the hotel in order to go to the village to eat. Every morning a young man was coming into the room (although we were sleeping) and he checked the mini bar in order to write down what we have used. Then he came back to refill the mini bar--all this time we were sleeping in our room!!!!!
Every morning a man was in our balcony in order to clean the jacuzzi & from our balcony they pulled a hose to fill water ours & all the neighbouring jacuzzi. Also, the deck of the balcony should have been renovated.
When you are at the balcony or in the jacuzzi there is no privacy between the rooms, as they are next to each other without a dividing wall or something.
Last but not least, during checkout they never asked us if our stay was good, and gave us a receipt only after we had to ask for it.

This location is a real 5 stars hotel. Almost everything was beyond our expectations: the view is just great, the location has its own sandy beach, a lot of facilities like pools, bar, wellness, spa area; the room was perfectly cleaned every single day, the parking has a lot of spaces. There is also a kids playground and a big table of chess in open air. The room was exactly like in the pictures from site, se choosed a Royal Suite with jacuzzi on the terrace and the view was awsome in the evening! Maybe on top of everything, I can put the hotel's personnel, with a bonus for Mr. Grigoris, the manager that handled every request we've made. Great location, great staff!

Resort is nice, suitable for families with kids. Rooms are spacious. Food is solid. Improvement is needed in part of room cleaning and delivery of drinks and food out of regular schedules for breakfast and dinner. Staff is polite, but better organization and coordination is necessary.

Great hotel! This was our 2nd year at this hotel and we loved it. Friendly staff, good services (although they have less personnel than last year). Verry beautiful beach, ideal for kids.

This is not a 5 star hotel and it is too expensive for what they promote it to be.
The beach is dirty, food is low quality, no diversity, someone has to bring you the coffee if you ask for it.. like there aren't automatic coffee machines where you push a button and coffee pours in your cup, common...
In the room there is a mold smell, doors do not have a closing mechanism so your kids can run away at any time.
The cleaning staff is making a ton of noise with a metal trolley over the pavement rocks carring the dirty towels to the washing room.
The beach is dirty, food is low quality, no diversity, someone has to bring you the coffee if you ask for it.. like there aren't automatic coffee machines where you push a button and coffee pours in your cup, common...

We stayed 6 days 29 july- 04.08 2022. The experience was very low quality. The breakfast only very cheap food, with powder egg instead of real eggs for omlettes. The cleaning service did not come for 2 days in a row. The food in the restaurant was very expensive, low quality and badly cooked. We took one night spaghetti bolognese for the kids and they could not eat them. We paid 290 euro for a seaview room with breakfast but we ate nothing cause it was so so low.
Also the spa is not working, the guest has to pay even for sauna. This is the worst hotel experience I had. Not to say that it is promoted as a 5 star hotel. The view is good and the beach. Not to forget, the towels in the room were destroyed.
