The manager and staff are deeply committed to making every guest's holiday the best it can be: from the excellence of the rooms, food and service to providing advice on beaches and outings (booking them for you if it helps). We shall remember watching the evening parade of fashion as vividly as the first aid help given to my fallen husband but especially the warm pool environment shared with other friendly guests. Friendly staff win every time though.

Had a fantastic holiday on Skiathos staying at Bourtzi Hotel. From the first greeting to our last goodbye, all of the staff were friendly, professional and made us feel extremely welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was lovely overlooking the pool and the tasty and varied breakfasts were delicious.. we were sad to leave. Everything one needed was very close by yet the hotel still a felt tranquil place to relax and enjoy a great holiday and the Lobby Bar cocktails were amazing !!

Amazing hotel. Lovely staff and great food aswell! Location is perfect. Staff are very helpful and kind with great travel tips for the island. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing hotel, resort and island. The hotel was beautifully clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet and the staff were wonderful. Peter in the restaurant/bar and also Paraskevi (Vivi) at reception were always smiling and answered all our questions; they were very welcoming and helpful. Great location. Tons of lovely shops and restaurants and boat trips to everywhere.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The facilities are spotless throughout and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The thing that sets this place apart though is the outstanding service. Dimitri has the best recommendations and all of the staff clearly care a lot about the hotel and the service provided. An absolutely fantastic place to stay and somewhere I hope to return to. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel, immaculately clean, beautiful breakfast with lots of choice, the staff were all amazing, especially the two owners who were so helpful and attentive to our needs as was our first time on the island, nothing was to much trouble to them.
Must also mention Isla for the fantastic cocktails 🍹
