Skiathos Avaton Hotel, Philian Hotels & Resorts

The host, Stavros, was most helpful. He picked us up from the airport and took us back at the end of the holiday. There was a climb to the accommodation but the view made it all worthwhile. The bed was huge and comfy. The shower was great. Two local supermarkets. Short walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk to the town.

Perfect location ned city center and beaches, but also scooter rentals. The hotel is located on a hill with great view and balconys.

Stavros is absolutely great as a host. Always there if you need him and we had 24h delay on our flight and he managed to move us to another apartment and took care of moving our bags to the new apartment so that we could enjoy our day. We called Stavros "man of possibilites".

Lovely truly spacious room/apartment. Great views. Excellent service (pick up from Port, room cleaning every day, always there to help). Great location and views. Quiet. Close to beach, bus stop 5, supermarkets. Well-appointed kitchen and facilities.. AC great, hot water could be quicker to flow upstairs :).
Slight hill - no problem if you have a car. Stayed 4 nights and would have stayed longer if it weren't booked out!

The owner helped us a lot with providing us pick up from the airport and with available room in very short term and very late, since water taxi Skiathos failed. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

My room had a wonderful view on the sea (as all rooms), it is quiet and thanks to the kitchenette you can prepare breakfast for yourself.
I highly recommand this place to visit the wonderful Skiathos !

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE EYE-Q RESORT! Stavros has got to be one of the nicest and kindest owners on the island! You are very well taken care of, no request is too large or too small! This will be our 4th visit to this resort! It’s because of Stavros that we keep coming back! He makes your holiday! We have done girls trips a couple of times and feel very safe!

The rooms/apartments are beautiful, clean, large with breathtaking views! Very reasonably priced too!

The location is terrific! You’re a short walk into town (10-15 min) and a 5 min walk to bus stop #5, which takes you into town or along the coast!

The island it’s self is stunning! Sandy beaches, boutique shopping, amazing restaurants and the harbour front at night is something to behold!

My husband and I spent an incredible week at Eye Q Resort in the beginning of September 2019. The first thing that captured our eyes was the phenomenal view from our balcony! We couldn’t believe our luck to have a panoramic view of the sea and the island. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with anything we could ever need from the panini ingredients stocked for us in the fridge to the beautiful bathroom complete with all the products we could use in there. The kitchen was so well outfitted that we were able to cook many meals instead of having to go out to eat every day. The bedroom had its own balcony, which was a nice surprise. While there I had to work a bit, but working from that gorgeous balcony while watching the sun rise was certainly no hardship.
A word about our hosts; Stavros and Vasso made our vacation very special. Never before have we had such solicitous hosts, and their obvious joy for life was infectious. They made us feel very welcome, even picking us up from ferry, and they were quick to point out all of the places we should see and which beaches were not to miss. One beach was so close we walked there and spent many days relaxing in the warm water and on the sandy shore. We were also able to walk to small grocery stores which was very convenient. The resort itself has so many features we almost hated to leave. There was a spa, a gym, a sauna, a barbecue, ping pong (my personal favorite) and a large open area where my husband flew his drone. A tennis court is in the works, and if you don’t have a partner to play with, do not worry because Stavros is crazy for tennis and will play it with you!
All I can say is we can’t wait to go back! Eye Q is a lovely place on a lovely island with even lovelier hosts.
