Charming and cozy hotel with a great location ! Very friendly and kind staff !!!
We spent one week at Elsa’s last year and unfortunately we experienced heavy rain and one of the biggest floods in Greece … Elsa took care of us when there was no electricity and we didn’t have any food or water in our room ♥️♥️♥️

Amazing staff located well only 10 mins walk from town nice pool great food,drinks staff very clean and great views

All in all, a stingy hotel in any aspect, that costs a lot.
Pros:
- Kind personel
- Private parking (limited slots, available for only a few cars)
Cons:
- Overpriced for nothing
- Very poor breakfast
- Poor cleanliness - we found insects in our room
- Difficult to walk from the hotel to the centre
- Every day we found the A/C settings changed from cold to ventilation, probably to stop us from using it.

Very good hotel with a special pool !!
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is very kind, I will prefer it again for the third year in a row !!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
It's not worth the money you pay! We were expecting a better value & quality for the amount we spent for a simple double room. The photos are giving a false impression. The owners reply was "these are the prices on the market".
Too way expensive for a "hotel". I would better call it a pansion or rented rooms. There is nothing charming about this place except a few flowers and greenery.
Reception - one messy office without any service, nobody there.
Room - double bedroom was two beds connected to each other. The bathroom faucets are completely rusted. Not even proper accessories for this money (just one small soap).
Parking - very tight.
The small way up to the "hotel" is quite difficult and dangerous for not so experienced drivers.
Location - ok if you have a car.
Suggestion for tourists - make a better research and find another place to stay if you want to have good memories from Skiathos!
Suggestion for the owner - make a better price & change a few things and the attitude!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was perfect and there were more than enough sunbeds. The location just on the outskirts of town was ideal and was just a short walk into the main centre.

We had a great 4 night stay here. The hotel is well located on the ring road close to the bus stop 2 and just a 10 minute walk to town. Our room was comfortable with a great bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool.
Breakfast was included in our stay and included enough food to keep us going through the day. Coffee, orange juice, toast, eggs, cheese, Han and local jams.
The pool bar was a lovely spot to chill with reasonably priced drinks. We really enjoyed the white wine.
All the staff there were very friendly and super helpful.

A lovely traditional hotel, spotless accommodation and premises, very welcoming and friendly. Fifteen minute walk into town and 5 minutes from bus stop for coastal bus to all major beaches. I am looking forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Elsa Hotel, it was a nice start of our honeymoon! Elsa and the staff are very nice, smiling and already know what kind of coffee you drink on the second day of your stay and make you feel at home :)
It is located on a ring road but close to the city. The garden is beautiful, there is also a pool with sunbeds next to the bar with nice music throughout the day. There is also a small library on the ground floor

We are very glad that we spent first part of our honeymoon at Elsa's place
Free parking, good internet connection and beautiful garden.
Dont get bothered because of location (near the road), there is no too much traffic and its not noisy.
Room are cleaned daily
Elsa and her husband are great hosts.
