The hotel is managed by a very accommodating, friendly and personable young couple who are very eager to see to your needs an make you feel welcome and at home. They went out of their way to assist us and even provided very thoughtful welcoming touches in our room (more than once, I might add) Great location; a short walk to the ferry port and the local shops in town.

Great place to stay in Skopelos. Very nice place on a great location. 1 minute walk from the main riviera, 1 minute to the beach, across the street from a shop. Scooter and ATV rental (Magicars) nearby, and they are fair. We, two families of 4/5 adults and teenagers, visited hotel Amalia during the summer 2018. Very helpful and serviceminded staff, great location in town, spacious and clean rooms. Very typical Greec breakfast. I would advise everyone travelling to Skopelos to ask for a room at Hotel Amalia. We delayed our departure from Amalia to leave to another Island. We should have stayed ... :-)

An absolutely amazing experience which is the reason why Skopelos Island is where we plan to spend our summers!!! Top class hospitality! Spotless! Breakfast buffet fit for a king and the bed .... never slept better!!!! I'm taking it home with me!!!!!

Just spent a week there. Very Greek but very nice. Beautiful pool and plenty of space. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool bar and friendly helpful staff. Our stay was definitely more pleasant than expected! We booked an inland-looking double room along with breakfast. The price was more than fair and so we expected a more underwhelming experience. Really nice hotel with a nice pool. Rooms are clean and have good air-condition. We walked up and down with our bags, but it was a quite warm 10 minutes walk to walk up, so take a taxi up if you are not ready for this walk.

Such a great hotel! Clean rooms, nice (warm!) pool and a lovely breakfast with an excellent mountain view. Really kind and helpful staff - they are great with kids. :) About a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to restaurants down by the water. Would stay here again!

Excellent location - walking distance to 2 great beaches, handful of tavernas and right by the bus stop. The hotel staff were AMAZING!!! they could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble, not only within the hotel but also helping me with taxis, sea taxis and car hire. Great week at the Stafylos Suites Boutique Hotel. We stayed (family of 4) in one of their suite. We had breakfast in the suite and meals outside but great service, superbe location. I am not sure why we could not use the swimming pool before 12pm though.

4 star Hotel, but only 3 in reality. Old furniture, Scottish shower cause hot water was not constant during shower, dirty pool water in my opinion other guests were using it every day, acceptable breakfast, close to port, small beach in front of it. All in all....OK

Hotel is in reality a 3 stars not 4 as advertised. Not to say it's not ok, but it's not really 4 stars. Furniture is indeed old but it's not an issue as rooms are clean. Indeed the shower cabin is a little tight but also not an issue. Breakfast is basic nothing too fancy. Very good hotel. Recomend it for shot and long stay. Please note that best beaches are located far from this hotel, however the transport is well developed in Skopelos. Service ia very good in this hotel.

Great Hotel for a week summer's holidays. Friendly staff and Always helpful; Very good the breakfast (Continental and Greek food); very good also the rooms that are silent and clean. The center of town is far only 800/900 meters and the sea and a little Beach is on front of the hotel.
