Starting with the positives, the hotel is in a great location and has a nice view. In addition, the room was very clean and the towels were changed daily, which we really liked. The hosts, while we interacted, were kind and helpful. There was also air conditioning and hot water permanently. Beautiful little hotel a short walk up the meandering streets of skopelos. The pool was perfect. Lovely little pool bar serving drinks and snacks. The staff were so genuine and caring and went above and beyond. Would definitely return.

Excellent hotel. Its located on the top of the skopelos chora and that means that the view is amazing from all the rooms!!! Also the room inside was very nice with A/C and TV. The hotel has also pool and it was very clean. The service was incredible. They came from the port to take us with our lagging and they also took us from the hotel to the port at the last day.

The view from the rooms with the city view is amazing but the room itself is not good at all, not clean and the bathroom is just dirty even between nights. It gets 3 stars only because the view and the lady in the from that is very nice and always trying to help, shame

Great value for money at this price point. It has everything you need from a 2 star hotel, the staff are friendly, there is a pool. The rooms have comfortable beds, a great view over the town from your balcony, or had good WiFi, good air-conditioning, card entry and most importantly in these covid_19 times very clean common areas and rooms.

Great little hotel easily reached from Port about ten min walk. Nice Greek owners were very friendly. Room was small as was balcony but it was sufficient for a night's stay. All was clean and house maid very efficient and helpful.

Perfect accommodation, very close to the town of Skopelos (about 5-7 minutes by car). It is in the Palukki area and has a wonderful view of the harbor and all of Skopelos. Cleanliness, happy people (family business). It has a parking lot.

This hotel is a complete disappointment! I have found ants and hair in the breakfast which was not on a buffet and the owners put whatever they wished in your plate. Just do not go!!!

We stayed for a week. Very clean but dated but saying that staff very friendly and eager to please. Pool small but again clean with a few sun loungers. Shame no food or bar as I would have given it 5 stars with this. About a 15 to 20 minute walk from main town of Skopelos so ideally placed for restaurants and shops especially at night.

Not long home from this beatiful hotel. Amazing location overlooking the sea and pine forests. Room was lovely, very compact but suited our needs. Clean and comfortable with regular linen changes. This hotel is clean, aptly-located and has spatious common areas. But what really makes it worth it is the staff. Never seen such a dedicated and nice team of hosts. So cute! Fantastic stay with comfortable rooms, large common spaces and impeccable service. We cannot stress how friendly the staff is especially the team at the pool bar. Also, the coffee and cocktails are 10/10. Couldn’t be more welcoming. Would definitely stay at the Amalia Hotel again.

The overall experience was really great and I strongly urge you to select this place for your future vacation! The only thing I feel that it must be addressed is the absence of an elevator... Having on mind older people and/or people who are struggling with stairs, I feel this is something that needs the hotel's attention! Keep the great atmosphere and design guys!

My family and I have just had the pleasure of staying at the hotel Amalia, great location, staff service was second to none, pool/Bar area was was fantastic, what the pool/bar man didn't know about making a cocktail wasn't worth knowing, always had a smile and a bottle of water on hand too , we would definitely come back , shops/ restaurants a plenty 😀

We had a family room, staff polite, breakfast decent. There is a pool. Although little parking there is public parking 5min away which always has space. They went out of way to help with our children. It's a family run business and the family room was top notch everything we needed, decent car hire close and supermarket opposite! No complaints.
