We stayed in a bungalow which shared a pool with another bungalow. The bungalow was very clean and had plenty of hanging space. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived. Also the fridge was restocked with water daily. I did have to ask for the area around the pool to be swept as there was a lot of loose gravel. We had trouble with boat, so had to find a hotel late at night. After some hours trying, we met the most helpful receptionist at amalia. He managed to get rooms for us. The rooms are big, clean and cozy. Close to shop and main town. Coffemaker, great aircondition. We are grateful that we found this Pearl and the nicest people. All the best from us.

This hotel is clean, aptly-located and has spatious common areas. But what really makes it worth it is the staff. Never seen such a dedicated and nice team of hosts. So cute! The hotel is managed by a very accommodating, friendly and personable young couple who are very eager to see to your needs an make you feel welcome and at home. The owner is an absolute treasure. Although not quite disabled friendly she made every effort to make my stay as easy and safe as possible. The breakfast is great. The location is a little far from the centre but only a 15-minute walk so not too bad. Please stay here if you can

Amazing service I went with my cousin and they treated us so well. Picked us up and dropped us off at the port without us even having to ask! The owners are the sweetest people ever and work really hard to make your trip special. The pool is kept very well and the balcony view form our room was amazing! Myself and my husband took a 2 night trip over to Skopelos and stayed at Hotel Denise. I can honestly say what a fabulous stay we had. The owners Maria and her husband were so lovely and very welcoming throughout our stay. It was very clean and has a pool area. They even met us at the port on our departure day with our travel bags so we didn't have to climb back up to the hotel to collect them...

We were in Skopelos mid October. The room was comfortable and a shower good. Friendly owner and the cleaning lady did a very good job. We booked at the hotel directly and got a better price than at Booking.

The hotel is perfectly located, just 10 minutes walking distance from the Skopelos Town port. The parking is not available, but you can leave the car on the road. Other than this, old fashioned hotel with dark furniture, no elevator, poor maintenance, minimal breakfast and cleaning.

We loved our stay at this gem of a hotel! It is a short 10 min walk from the port up the hill but worth being a little out of town for the view down on to the port as well as the peace. Very nice down to earth place with amazing views of scopelos, the location allows you to discover the little streets and cute houses that are in the top part of the city. If you are lazy to walk you can also take a 6euro taxi from the port and you reach out to the hotel. Dimitri was very welcoming and always wanted to help.

Is this a 5-star hotel? I would say not in the conventional sense. The room is sparsely decorated in beige and tiled throughout, with little sign of interior design effort applied.
