Best Hotels in Skopelos Town

The location is only 10 min walk to the port with plenty of bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was lovely and kept clean, the food was cooked to a high standard and at good prices

The main hotel, the main pool area, Restaraunt and the staff serving at the pool bar and Restaraunt were very good - staff are very attentive and made our stay a pleasurable experience

This is an amazing hotel, the staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for you. Big shout out to Thanos who was amazing and done so much to make sure we had the best stay

We did use the main pool area though instead which was a nice area. Taxi service down to port was a good touch and appreciated in the heat

We have only given four stars as we stayed in a bungalow which was in need of some updating unfortunately - the pool area and pool at the bungalow were not of an acceptable standard on arrival, however once highlighted hotel staff did work on it over a couple of days and it did look significantly better when we checked out after four nights

Good hotel with good facilities. 5 stars go to our excellent tour guide Thannos who made our Mama Mia tour an exceptional experience. Knowledgeable & courteous, he is an asset to the hotel

Very good hotel. Recomend it for shot and long stay. Please note that best beaches are located far from this hotel, however the transport is well developed in Skopelos. Service ia very good in this hotel.

Great Hotel for a week summer's holidays. Friendly staff and Always helpful; Very good the breakfast (Continental and Greek food); very good also the rooms that are silent and clean

Absolutely gorgeous staff & owner, the fod is 1st class

The only thing to keep in mind is that their parking has no shade and if you arrive by car or motorcycle as I did it will stay in the hot blazing sun. Other than that the hotel is really nice and I would stay again here!

Old furniture, Scottish shower cause hot water was not constant during shower, dirty pool water in my opinion other guests were using it every day, acceptable breakfast, close to port, small beach in front of it

In the location where the hotel was, it was very difficult to find a parking space. The hotel is in a very good location (no view, but inside the town of Skopelos)

We had an amazing stay at Amalia Hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — quiet, safe, and within walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops

We had trouble with boat, so had to find a hotel late at night. After some hours trying, we met the most helpful receptionist at amalia. He managed to get rooms for us. The rooms are big, clean and cozy

The hotel is managed by a very accommodating, friendly and personable young couple who are very eager to see to your needs an make you feel welcome and at home

They went out of their way to assist us and even provided very thoughtful welcoming touches in our room (more than once, I might add) Great location; a short walk to the ferry port and the local shops in town

The staff were very approachable and couldn’t do enough for guests, I asked for a kettle and it was in my room within 1 hour - what great service eh? I must also mention the hotel is animal friendly and I struck up friendships with a couple of “resident” cats which also enhanced my stay

One of the pillows on the bed was terrible, but to be honest, I should have just asked to get it switched out. The in-room fridge was also not very good, it kept the things coo, but not exactly cold

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and adherence to Covid precautions was 1st class, felt very safe

Not bad hotel, but do not expect much. Four buildings holds about 70 rooms. We had two rooms apartment which was good size with two small terraces. But beds and other furniture were obviously too old

Fantastic stay on an amazing island! It is a small hotel of middle category in a green area that I can recommend to anyone, especially to families!! Very convenient in the middle of the island, clean and pleasant

The new owner is doing his best to make the guests happy. During my stay in June many rooms were renovated and the wifi which was available only at the reception is now available throughout the hotel

Hosts (Makis and Maria) are very kind and nice. Really nice people (the whole staff) who put all effort to make the guests happy

People working there are nice and pleasant. They change towels very often. Beach is not so close, and the closest one is not so good looking. On the other hand, bus station is very close

This was our first visit to Skopelos and the Hotel Dionyssos. Our stay was excellent and all the staff were so friendly. We stayed in room 201 and had a great view of the sea and hills. Free Air con which was very good

Lunch at the pool bar was good but service quite slow. The hotel does have a lot of steps which might be an issue for anyone less mobile but it is very well located for the port

Very dated hotel , uncomfortable beds , hard to use shower very badly designed with awful shower curtain that flooded the floor however hard you tried not to , very old a lot were broken and uncomfortable sun beds , the outside furniture that you can sit on the cushions were disintegrating from age , the breakfast was basically Greek yoghurt and honey , cheap ham , cheese ,tinned peaches , no tomatoes...

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are mostly friendly it’s in a great location but it needs a total revamp to bring it up to date to a basic standard of what travellers now expect unfortunately I wouldn’t return

There was a lot included in the breakfast including fredo coffees - and hot food like eggs and bacon as well as a good Greek/continental offering. You could even take your breakfast back to your room to enjoy in bed

The room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped, with a lovely little balcony. Daily cleaning and well-kept, clean outdoor spaces. Breakfast was very good and served on the veranda

We stayed in a recently refurbished junior suite and it was beautiful. A large balcony with partial views of the sea. The breakfast was the best we had on our island hopping experience. Towels were provided for the beds

wonderful place to stay in Skopelos. Location is within easy walking distance of the town but just far enough away for peace and quiet. Rooms airy and spacious, clean and bright

Is this a 5-star hotel? I would say not in the conventional sense. The room is sparsely decorated in beige and tiled throughout, with little sign of interior design effort applied. The bathroom lacks a towel rail

Although it is rated as a 5 star hotel dont expect quite the 5 star service and facilities of most places however, unless you are specifically looking for that level thats kind of the point

although can become a little repetitive with the cooked eggs, fried or boiled, a fresh omelette option or variety would be welcome but thats the only small gripe. would happily recommend to anyone

Has got safe, air-con, telly, hairdryer, clean towels, soap and repair kit and many more. Service can speek English so we haven't got any problems to communicate with them

When you are trying to relax and chill out on the beach or around the pool, it’s really annoying and unnecessary, they should cater for all ages and not constant booming music. I do hope they can address this

The rooms are 5 meters from the swimming pool and 25 meters from the sea. We would like to particularly thank Elena at the reception and Maria in charge of the rooms for their exquisite availability

Absolutely paradise location, on Panormos Bay. We were extremely lucky to get a refurbished room, which was beautifully done. The views are simply magnificent

The two on-site restaurants serve good food, and the room cleaning was consistently excellent. Breakfast was okay, though a few items were occasionally missing

Our stay at the Adrina hotel was wonderful. The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach. For those who enjoy adventure, there are stunning rocks with crystal-clear water nearby

The resort also has a saltwater swimming pool. We had a full sea view maisonette apartment, which comfortably accommodated two adults and three children

The bed and pillows were lovely and comfy, and the air-con works like a dream. Safe, tea/coffee, slippers, iron, hairdryer. The beach is pretty much private to the Adrina Resort, and is as idyllic as it gets

WE just came back from a fantastic holiday at the Marpunta resort. These were our highpoints: 1) Excellent food. Our group was composed of Greek, American and Dutch friends. Universally we ALL loved the food

Marpunta Resort Alonissos is amazing, it's classy and a very good 4☆ hotel. Room was spotless, ours looked to be one of the bigger ones but there was virtually no storage

The hotel offers a lift with a small electric vehicle but it was not always available. the eldest person in our group had to factor this back and forth into the daily schedule so that she did not do it more than twice

Great quality and variety both for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend booking with meals included. 2) The location and nature are just gorgeous. The waters of the hotel beaches crystal, the views majestic

Boyfriend's clothes had to stay in his suitcase as the wardrobe was so small, luckily he is very laid back and wasn't bothered. We had a partial sea view which was fine as we booked really last minute

We had a suite with a balcony and a wonderful seaview. Breakfast, for which there is an excellent choice, was brought to us on our balcony and was always a delicious start to each day

Notwithstanding the above, the best thing about Ikion is the welcoming vibe. Without exception everyone working there is cheerful, courteous and unbelievably helpful

Stayed here for 10 nights September. The room's were spotless the beds very comfortable. The breakfast had lots of good choices. Every member of staff were polite friendly and helpful

Consentina was a very sweet young lady who was working on reception every evening always greeted us with her beautiful smile. I loved the little church adjacent to the hotel. Also Sue the cat 🐈 was a little character

Staff were friendly, rooms were modern and well presented with a view to die for. Pool area was lovely and quiet and while choice at breakfast was limited and the orange juice was disappointing it was adequate

It has two pools with a unique view of the bay, amazing to watch also during breakfast. Not so far from the port and the near beaches also with the taxi for few euros if you do not rent car or scooter

Having stayed in so called 5 star hotels in Skiathos and Skopelos we were worried this would be a step down but this one knocked spots off the others

Hotel in amazing spot, a little piece of paradise, beautuful views, very peaceful. Staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Everwhere spotlessly clean. Fabulous pool and bar. Definitely going back

Yalis has a lovely pool which has aqua fit lessons on a Tuesday. They are run by Dinah and cost 5 euros. The poolside bar has lovely drinks and there are lots of comfortable chairs and sunbeds.

We had a great stay and travelled the island from there. 20 mins walk into town with different routes to take- if you are a good walker. Also walked to ‘Old Town’ via the donkey trail- wear suitable footwear- enjoy!

Great location – close to the beach, so you can enjoy the sea at any time of day. The food is tasty and varied, with something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay

-It is not a luxury hotel but it is unique because offers an accomodation in a virgin natural environment that makes you feel involved in a paradise. There are not other hotels with this character

Beautifully situated cascade hotel on the mountainside with direct access to the private beach, free sunbeds and umbrella. Quiet and peaceful bay, perfect for swimming and relax

The beach is excellent and only two steps from the room , the best in the island. Breakfast was absolute and very friendly stuff. Room was super clean and the whole experience is better than the pictures

You can order food or drinks from your sunbeds. Room was well equiped and clean, with balcony with the view. Large selection in the breakfast buffet, tasty dinners and good, very friendly staff

Towels left on sunbeds unattended for ages, there are signs stating towels would be removed after 30 minutes but this never happened. You can manage to get a rocking chair next to the pool later, this is what we did

Rooms were clean with aircon and other facilities. Staff were kind and so friendly. They sorted out a boat trip for us and gave us lots of information about beaches and transport which helped make our holiday

Excellent staff but disappointing half board with only two choices for evening meal. One night one main course had run out and we had ask if something else was available, not really acceptable

It is spotlessly clean, fabulous location especially if you like watching the planes coming in! Breakfast location is beautiful on rooftop terrace overlooking the new harbour. Booking again for next year

Perfectly located for a wander into Skiathos town to eat, have a drink, browse the shops and nosey at the yachts on the front. This is one of the only places I have been that I would ever go back to

This is a decent hotel, very well situated with good proximity to the town, bus stop, fish restaurants. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and staff are very helpful

Just come back from staying at the Sommnia , excellent stay with fantastic service from Linda an George and Kiki couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms where spotless and the breakfast was great too

Once again we have had a fantastic 2 weeks stay at Somnia. Kiki, George, Linda, Kosta and the the whole team have been amazing. Rooms are lovely and clean, pool area is very relaxing and no struggles to grab a sunbed

Great location near all the restaurants on bar street, a nice walk to Megali Ammos beach. Staff so very helpful and friendly. Luggage storage and shower facilities for late night flights.

Stayed here with a family. Apartments were clean with plenty of room. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. There's a cafe under the apartments which has great coffee and is good for brunch.

From some beaches we could go back to the main town by water taxi (4-5€ pp/each way). You are in minutes of walking distance from all the restaurants, garden theatre, cafes, shops, pharmacies, and from some beaches

Always has hot water for a shower. The owners are very friendly and helpful anytime we needed them. The nice part is That it’s in the center of Skiathos but it’s very quite so there’s no sleep disturbances

They gave us a map of the island, offered plenty of advices about beaches, transport, places to eat, and anything we needed. The apartments are nicely furnished, with pretty balcony and fully comfortable

We stayed at the Kallisti apartments this June and couldn’t fault it, the “room” was huge and super clean, we couldn’t believe our luck and will return. The location is central but it was quiet

The owner and his dad, as well as the lovely lady that looks after the place and keeps it tidy and spotless, are all so friendly and welcoming!!! We felt at home as soon as we arrived

It was absolutely not taken for granted that they did not charge us the penalty, but they did and despite having kept the room occupied until the day before our departure, they granted us a free cancellation

Nice and clean rooms. Very close to everything. Not expensive. The lady was very nice and helpful. Next time in skiathos will book there again. Wifi is a bit weak but not a big deal.

This hotel was one of the best we've stayed in, very clean, well-presented and friendly staff always willing to help, the rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels every other day, great food, fairly good drink selection ( but could do with some flavoured gins) they have a large selection of wines and even have a glass-fronted wine cellar

The food was very good, plenty of choice at breakfast and the meals in the Crazy Cow were very tasty if a little nouvelle cuisine. ALL the hard working staff were very friendly and helpful - Thank You

The photos do not do justice to this hotel. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed. Toiletries were provided and towels and sheets changed everyday, although I feel this isn't necessary

Pros: Upon arrival we were provided a room upgrade which was nice. Good AC in room and large bathroom with lots of amenities provided. Hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine and two greek treats which was nice

This didn't present any problems for us with regards to traffic noise but if you are a Very light sleeper then maybe not for you. There is a very large pool with a pleasant seating area

We loved staying here in the best part of Skiathos. Dimitris, his family, and whole staff do an amazing job. We stayed on the ground floor, enjoyed a very comfortable bed, poolside, and great breakfast as well

It was a privilege to stay at such a great personally run hotel in a prime town centre position. Its location is just perfect with a lovely pool, sunbeds, and cocktail bar right on the main pedestrian road

The quality of build and rooms is exceptional, and it is run by the owner who is always available

The location is very good, next to the beach, a large sandy one, with easy access to the country and beaches!. The view of the beach is stunning. Generally a quiet place, in greenery, which is very important for Skiathos

Wonderful Hotel in front of a very long beach. Very close to bus stop 16 from which you can reach the entire south coast of the island in a few minutes or reach Skiathos Town

The resort is connected to the Ammos Beach restaurant right on the beach where you can taste real local and international delicacies. Delicious food and very kind, smiling and friendly staff

The best hotel on Skiathos! Do not think where to go, come here, everybody will be happy! Rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, view is perfect, position is very very good (middle of the island), beach is 3 min far away from the room

Large room, clean bathroom, great location. Towels and bed linen changed every two days. Breakfast is served on the porch, with nice sea view. Right on the Agia Paraskevi beach, bus stop 16, in the middle of the island.

What you see on the pictures is what you get. The stuidos were cleaned every day,the bedsheets and the towels were changed in every two days. The rooms and the balconies are spacious

It’s been some time since I visited Atrium Hotel before and I must say that my staying here also this time was an excellent experience! I would first like to point out the amazing architecture of this hotel, plus the view, as it is located up on the hill above Agia Paraskevi beach

It’s not easy to find such quality and generous portions -as it is a buffet and someone can eat as much as they wish-, at this price range. The value for money is excellent

Every corner of the hotel is so well designed and exceptional! Spending time in the main lounges and on the comfortable sofas made it difficult for me to focus on my reading as I was constantly distracted by the beauty of the space and the stunning view

What an absolute gem - we loved our stay at Atrium. The architecture and design are just wonderful and the quality of the rooms, the setting and the service feel more like 5 star than 4 star
