Exxeptionally friendly and helpful staff. Our junior suite with private pool was very modern with nice touches such as remote-operated curtains and a very quiet aircon, striking décor, and had a distant sea view

The main hotel, the main pool area, Restaraunt and the staff serving at the pool bar and Restaraunt were very good - staff are very attentive and made our stay a pleasurable experience

We have only given four stars as we stayed in a bungalow which was in need of some updating unfortunately - the pool area and pool at the bungalow were not of an acceptable standard on arrival, however once highlighted hotel staff did work on it over a couple of days and it did look significantly better when we checked out after four nights

We did use the main pool area though instead which was a nice area. Taxi service down to port was a good touch and appreciated in the heat

We would stay again and recommend to others but in the main part of the hotel instead

however the staff were extremely friendly and fixed all of these issues. The food at both the pool bar and restaurant were amazing ! Private taxi service provided by the hotel into the town was a lovely touch

Old furniture, Scottish shower cause hot water was not constant during shower, dirty pool water in my opinion other guests were using it every day, acceptable breakfast, close to port, small beach in front of it

to the following review l do not add the swiming pool that reminds me bad 70,s. the plus,the remarkable cleaness of the hotel overall. overall an average either a bad choice comparing to other options

Very good hotel. Recomend it for shot and long stay. Please note that best beaches are located far from this hotel, however the transport is well developed in Skopelos. Service ia very good in this hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous staff & owner, the fod is 1st class

The only thing to keep in mind is that their parking has no shade and if you arrive by car or motorcycle as I did it will stay in the hot blazing sun. Other than that the hotel is really nice and I would stay again here!

We had an amazing stay at Amalia Hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — quiet, safe, and within walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops

The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxation, and the great understanding between the staff and guests can be felt everywhere. The facilities exceeded our expectations, and the value for money is excellent

We had trouble with boat, so had to find a hotel late at night. After some hours trying, we met the most helpful receptionist at amalia. He managed to get rooms for us. The rooms are big, clean and cozy

The breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh and delicious options. Alexandra at the reception — her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay at Amalia hotel so much! The rooms were cleaned daily and all of the staff were very polite. Not to mention the perfect location of the hotel:)

The hotel is managed by a very accommodating, friendly and personable young couple who are very eager to see to your needs an make you feel welcome and at home

My room 203 was very big as was the balcony, my bed extremely comfortable with lovely cotton linen and plenty of soft towels

They went out of their way to assist us and even provided very thoughtful welcoming touches in our room (more than once, I might add) Great location; a short walk to the ferry port and the local shops in town

The poolside bar serves an array of drinks including cocktails all of which are very competitively priced

The staff were very approachable and couldn’t do enough for guests, I asked for a kettle and it was in my room within 1 hour - what great service eh? I must also mention the hotel is animal friendly and I struck up friendships with a couple of “resident” cats which also enhanced my stay

Fantastic stay on an amazing island! It is a small hotel of middle category in a green area that I can recommend to anyone, especially to families!! Very convenient in the middle of the island, clean and pleasant

Hosts (Makis and Maria) are very kind and nice. Really nice people (the whole staff) who put all effort to make the guests happy

Two pools available, one is pretty shallow for little children, there is also a trampoline. Some entertainment was arranged by the hotel, didn't attend, but the option is there

People working there are nice and pleasant. They change towels very often. Beach is not so close, and the closest one is not so good looking. On the other hand, bus station is very close

Friendly staff that would go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Wholesome meals and ideal for families who use public transport to get around the island, as it's located 2 mins away from the bus stops

We liked everything about it, good location – only 5 minutes on foot to the beach, beautiful garden, public parking, spacious and well-kept studio. We liked a lot the live cooking, fresh and delicious

Shower was a bit small and leaked into floor but not a problem. Great size pool and plenty of sunbeds. Snack from pool bar where reasonably priced. Great location for all the main bars

The hotel confirmed that the image shown was not from the Dionyssos and I have edited my original post as Jet2 have since corrected their error on the app. Pool area is nice with plenty of loungers

Lunch at the pool bar was good but service quite slow. The hotel does have a lot of steps which might be an issue for anyone less mobile but it is very well located for the port

Very dated hotel , uncomfortable beds , hard to use shower very badly designed with awful shower curtain that flooded the floor however hard you tried not to , very old a lot were broken and uncomfortable sun beds , the outside furniture that you can sit on the cushions were disintegrating from age , the breakfast was basically Greek yoghurt and honey , cheap ham , cheese ,tinned peaches , no tomatoes...

I was very disappointed with the bathroom which was typically Greek - shower curtain, cramped WC and sink - i was swayed into booking the Dionyssos by the images of the bathrooms on the Jet2 app (walk in shower, double vanity unit) this image is FAKE! it doesn't exist at the Dionyssos so be warned

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are mostly friendly it’s in a great location but it needs a total revamp to bring it up to date to a basic standard of what travellers now expect unfortunately I wouldn’t return

I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, wonderfully spacious clean rooms, beautiful pool and bar area and amazing staff that couldn't help you enough

Situated a short 5 minute walk from the beach,within easy access to bars restaurants and lovely shops,Ionia is a lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly staff welcome you and can't be more helpful

The room overlooking the pool was a delight and the room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. If you asked anything of the staff they were happy to help

Absolutely lovely hotel, location at the top of Skopelos Town, 5 minutes to the Port. This hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely bright room, with a spacious balcony overlooking the red rooves of Skopelos Town

We stayed for four nights and were impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful. We could not have wished for better. My friend uses a walking stick and the hotel provided every available assistance.

The perfect place to holiday in Skopelos. Located close to Skopelos town and not far from the port. Opposite the hotel is a small supermarket if you want to stock up. Lovely staff at the hotel made us very welcome

The hotel is perfectly located, just 10 minutes walking distance from the Skopelos Town port. The parking is not available, but you can leave the car on the road

You can reach the town in just 10-15 minutes and there is also a swimming pool where you can relax before you leave the hotel or come back

Up the hill is a bit of a climb but taxis are only 5€. The room was clean and well maintained, with lovely little balcony. The staff were welcoming and kind. The pool was lovely and also had a stunning view

The view is just awesome if you have breakfast in the morning or drink a glass of wine in the evening and see all the lights, we really loved it! Furthermore the owners and attendants are very polite and helpful in all things

Perfect accommodation, very close to the town of Skopelos (about 5-7 minutes by car). It is in the Palukki area and has a wonderful view of the harbor and all of Skopelos. Cleanliness, happy people (family business)

We just got home from a week staying at Aegeon Hotel, Skopelos. Especially the location on a hill with a spectacular view just outside Skopelos town. Breakfast was a little below average, though

It is recommended to hire a chef for a day to train the hotel staff in making great breakfast reaching the other quality levels of this family owned hotel

Even though it looks far out from the town centre on a map, there is a path down to the town centre right next to the hotel! The pool is great, the rooms were cleaned every day and we loved sitting on our balcony on an evening

The breakfast lady was always kind and smiling — a great way to start the day! They even got us yoga mats so we could work out by the pool! Thank you! So: I highly recommend this place 10/10, and Skopelos will be a wonderful discovery!!!

Very nice place for a stay in chora (skopelos). The hotel is situated 7 mins uphill walking from the center. The place is extremely clean, the pool is nice, the stuff is just amazing. Friendly, helpful and with a smile

There’s a large car park too if you hire a car, and they have parasols and towels you can borrow for the beach. We would highly recommend this hotel!

There was a lot included in the breakfast including fredo coffees - and hot food like eggs and bacon as well as a good Greek/continental offering. You could even take your breakfast back to your room to enjoy in bed

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 6 nights and had an amazing time! The owners are two wonderful people who truly love what they do! They helped us with everything and made us feel right at home

The hotel is comfortable and so relaxing and the staff are so welcoming and natural. Always space around either pool and never felt busy

Although the staff were amazing and hotel very clean but that’s where it ends. The sunbeds around the pool were very uncomfortable they need cushions

Although it is rated as a 5 star hotel dont expect quite the 5 star service and facilities of most places however, unless you are specifically looking for that level thats kind of the point

The prices of food and drinks are beyond reasonable and the standard of food excellent. Breakfast plentiful with fruits, pastries, yoghurt etc

Is this a 5-star hotel? I would say not in the conventional sense. The room is sparsely decorated in beige and tiled throughout, with little sign of interior design effort applied. The bathroom lacks a towel rail

We felt most welcomed, we where given a traditional peach dish and some ice water on arrival. also we were given a lovely gift. and the owner also gave us some cooked fresh biscuits

Everything is excellent! Filippia and her family are wonderful persons and great hosts. The studio was big, bright, and in the kitchen you have everything essential you need. Great sea view from the balcony

And they even have their own chapel in their yard. The studio and whole place is super clean, everything in very good order. Great location: you walk 5mins to the nearest restaurants and to the city beach

Good location, on the ridge and overlooking the beautiful Aegean sea, with GREAT view and walking distance from the city centre. The prices were very good and the rooms clean, cosy and recently renovated

Whem we arrived in the room and opened the balcony, the view was astonishing. The room is the classic of a Greek studio, small but with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday on a fantastic island

Our stay at Seaview Studios in Skopelos started in the proper way, with Alexandros that picked us af the port, and took us to the studio with luggage, waiting Form me to get the scooter as well

So peaceful and wonderful view. Alexandros was really helpful, collecting us from the port and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the walks into town and Glyfoneri beach

The Villa was self-catering and had everything you needed in every room. The pool was fabulous and private. The outside space and balcony / patio were huge and well furnished, with amazing sea and town views

Hosts were extremely welcoming and met us at the Villa to explain everything and let us know how we could contact them if we needed anything at all. It is located within a 10-minute stroll to the town

Very clean place (daily cleaning). Very beautiful and quiet location, very close to Chora (3 minutes by car). Wonderful full breakfast buffet. Although the facilities are not new, they are well maintained

In general, the facilities can be considered hotel and not simple rooms. We had a great time and I will prefer it again!

On the other hand, the upstairs bedroom is nice and comfortable
