Amalia Hotel

Fantastic stay with comfortable rooms, large common spaces and impeccable service. We cannot stress how friendly the staff is especially the team at the pool bar. Also, the coffee and cocktails are 10/10. Couldn’t be more welcoming. Would definitely stay at the Amalia Hotel again.

This hotel is clean, aptly-located and has spatious common areas. But what really makes it worth it is the staff. Never seen such a dedicated and nice team of hosts. So cute! They made the stay this much sweeter. And by that, I mean ACTUALLY sweet: complementary vanilla coffee! ✨✨✨ Kostas, who handles the bar, is the absolute best!

The overall experience was really great and I strongly urge you to select this place for your future vacation!
The only thing I feel that it must be addressed is the absence of an elevator...
Having on mind older people and/or people who are struggling with stairs, I feel this is something that needs the hotel's attention! Keep the great atmosphere and design guys!

My family and I have just had the pleasure of staying at the hotel Amalia, great location, staff service was second to none, pool/Bar area was was fantastic, what the pool/bar man didn't know about making a cocktail wasn't worth knowing, always had a smile and a bottle of water on hand too , we would definitely come back , shops/ restaurants a plenty 😀

We had a family room, staff polite, breakfast decent. There is a pool. Although little parking there is public parking 5min away which always has space. They went out of way to help with our children. It's a family run business and the family room was top notch everything we needed, decent car hire close and supermarket opposite! No complaints. Would definitely come back.

Great place to stay in Skopelos.
Very nice place on a great location. 1 minute walk from the main riviera, 1 minute to the beach, across the street from a shop. Scooter and ATV rental (Magicars) nearby, and they are fair. We were not lucky enough to test the pool (closed in the afternoons, when we had time), and there's no bar service there at the moment; apparently due to the pandemic. Room was nicer then on the pictures, includes air condition a tiny balcony, and a fridge. The bathroom is large and clean, includes a bathtub. The flush was broken, but they repaired it the same day. Staff is VERY friendly, but Greeks in general are. Breakfast is 5 eur, its basic continental with sweets, cereals, fruits, joghurt, ham and cheese.
You can't precool the AC by having it running while you're not there, because it runs only when you are in the room. Very inconvenient, especially in the worst heatwave in Greece in the last 30 years.

An absolutely amazing experience which is the reason why Skopelos Island is where we plan to spend our summers!!! Top class hospitality! Spotless! Breakfast buffet fit for a king and the bed .... never slept better!!!! I'm taking it home with me!!!!!

Excellent! We had a great time on the island and the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was very helping. Beautiful island with many beaches and phenomenal food!

Great Hotel! Me and my family stayed there for 5 days and we had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and overall the staff was very friendly. Definitely want to go back

We, two families of 4/5 adults and teenagers, visited hotel Amalia during the summer 2018. Very helpful and serviceminded staff, great location in town, spacious and clean rooms. Very typical Greec breakfast. I would advise everyone travelling to Skopelos to ask for a room at Hotel Amalia. We delayed our departure from Amalia to leave to another Island. We should have stayed ... :-)
