Absolutely beautiful hotel.
What makes more special is staff who works there so friendly and helpful that you want to come back.
We had room with pool is great room my only one negative is that is mostly in shadow so no much sun but overall amazing.
Clean very nice housekeeping staff lovely ladies from Alvania.
Food amazing quality is always fresh and loves having Greece cousins not like other hotels British food.
Staff in restaurant amazing love them all.
The pool area is clean, so many sunbeds and great bar and amazing pizza bar hit with my daughter 😋.
Animation team amazing Ewelina such an amazing and funny and Gustavo and rest of the team.
I would definitely come back.

The hotel was nice ,we all had a lovely holiday. The animation team were amazing. Alex, Gustavo and Evelina are so funny and really entertained us throughout the week. The evening entertainment they put on was brilliant and we all loved every minute. My daughter loved it that much she wants us to rebook.

Except for the very nice and helpful staff I cannot recommend staying in this hotel.
The rooms are very outdated, I wouldn't say dirty as the staff is shaping them up every day but it's definitely not modern neither comfy.
Yes, the pool is pretty but the public one can be so crowded that if you decide to stay here, definitely opt for the rooms with private access to the pools.
I am sorry, but the food is not good at all, a lot of variety but rarely there is something that is quite okay to eat. You can sense that all the meals are somewhat cooked and seasoned the same way, lot of processed and frozen food. The choice of veggies or fruit is super sad. Every day there were just watermelons and dry oranges, pineapples,.. we were missing any type of berries, even grapes would be great as they don't need much maintenance.
The activites? The lonely kid playground that was directly under the sun so the kids would probably burn their poor butts off. Very old. And next to it, some game machines that didn't even work, wondering for how long.
Enough sad, it definitely is not a 5* hotel. 3* at best - at least from what you expect. And I don't think we are being too hard to please.

A nice clean hotel, food was warm at best but edible with alot to choose from.
The evening entertainment was very poor.
The drinks are bulk standard cheap sugared and largely diluted, I went to the supermarket to buy my own.
We had a swim up pool which was perfect, we didn't adventure into the main pool.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
We booked a cruise to Symi using Zeus, an overcrowded experience with not enough seating, avoid at all costs

During my holiday last week at this hotel me and my family enjoyed it a lot, the staff are really respectful and the service is amazing as well as the food served is very good and well made. The activities are really fun to kids and adults both. They provide a pool gym, fun games and a show every night from 9-11 hosted by jack (Rahul) and his team which also hosts the activities. They are well mannered and made our holiday really fun. My daughter still misses the place and really wants to go back. If you would like to go to Rhodes the bus service is really good especially the fact how the bus stop is right opposite the hotel and drops you back at the same spot. Overall the hotel is a 5 star and we will for sure be back soon!

I agree with everyone saying it is not a 5* hotel. We had to pay 10 euros per night for the tourist tax, yet it is not 5* hotel. Best bit was our shared swim up room, it was a godsend when we needed to cool off, really missed it when we had to check out of our room at 11am for our 7pm coach pick up. Not much going on outside of the hotel, though we didnt want to venture too far as it was so hot. Food, a bit repetitive. Staff friendly and helpful

We stayed here for 10 nights June 23rd 2024. We upgraded to a swim up room at a cost of €50 per night. The swim up pool was great shared by 4 rooms altogether personally think it was the better of all the swim up rooms. The positives… room cleaned every day cleaners worked very hard & very pleasant. Tsampika on reception was amazing & so very helpful nothing too much trouble. Grounds staff very pleasant. Restaurant staff only seemed to smile or speak if you did. Food edible most of the time definitely not 5*.
Negatives not enough room around pool areas for sunbeds n the amount of people in hotel. As we had swim up we stayed there.
Public toilets 2 ladies toilets below reception for the whole of the complex is very poor.
Rooms: you have to pay for safety deposit box in a 5*! Bed linen very worn & faded, curtain hanging off rail..very little storage area for 2 never mind 3 people.
Bar in lobby wasn’t open once during our stay. We were told by another guest if you go and stand there someone will serve you! In a 5* I expect someone to be waiting to serve you at an open n lit up bar.
Pool bar open all day til late hasn’t enough space for everyone to sit there. 1 of the younger staff on this bar was quite rude most of the time.
Restaurant 1 toaster in the restaurant food barely luke warm.. we used the microwave to heat our food up. No snacks/icecream during day…

Just had a week here and would agree with many others. As a couple this was a cheap week away last minute it delivered fine. Noting amazing but no major shocks.
Have been to Rhodes many times the location is a little dull but plenty of buses.
The good bits
Main pool
Lots of space & sun beds to relax
Food
Gyros & pizza area were great
Chinese night was good

Nice gym, clean & efficient
The not so good…
Room
The site is a mix of old (which we had) and some impressive new rooms with own pools. Our beds were rock hard with late arrival I slept on a sun lounger as impossible. Staff did the next day put on mattress topper but still not great.

I merit a hotel by facilities & staff I feel this was a little exaggerated. The pool table was broken area just neglected.
Drinks
We are not big drinkers but enjoy a wine with dinner or a cold beer now and then. The drinks are heavily diluted with water we threw them down the sink and stuck to soda.
Location
Ok for families but for a couple just a few places nothing exciting Rhodes much better but almost an hour on the bus.
Food
We enjoyed the mix of salads and expected canteen vibe as mass of people but mostly cold and a little too repetitive.
Luckily they have HP sauce or chilli to add some depth to your food.

If the manager reads this please do better with check in. No map or notes in the room to show amenities or timings.
We paid 40 euro to extend room stay cleaners we’re knocking before then to rush us out. So partner was stressed

Overall a good stay, facilities was decent and activities like water polo was always a laugh. Food however wasn’t anything to shout about it was a repetitive buffet daily breakfast lunch and tea but nothing was horrific. Rooms was good but we didn’t feel safe as our door didn’t lock so I’d recommend using a towel to tie around the handle onto something else just for some security. Staff was friendly and the locals went above and beyond in terms of customer service especially at lindos and Rhodes old town. I’d come again but if you are looking to come here do some research before you arrive just so you aren’t somewhat dissatisfied.

Lovely holiday. Our room was a good size with a nice sized bathroom too. Room had everything we needed. Balcony was a great size and we would have had a lovely view of the pool/pool bar if it wasn't for the huge tree right outside the balcony! Bathroom could have been doing with updating as the sink had a large crack in it. Shower always had hot water and very good water pressure.
Food was lovely. Always something to eat and I'm fussy. Found it odd that they had cold meats in the morning and evening but not at lunch. Would have been nice to have for a salad or sandwich. Sometimes food wasn't as hot as I like it but there was a microwave. Most of the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have the choice to tip individual staff in the restaurant though instead of one tip box as some deserved it more than others.
Pizza area was good for snacking and the area upstairs was lovely too. Not a grill/steakhouse as listed in description but very nice all the same.
Pool was always very clean as was the pool bar. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold!!! Nice to cool off but freezing when you first went in. Only issue I would say with the pool area was the fact that people were down before 8am putting towels down and not showing up for most of the day. Sometimes not at all. Feel like there should be someone monitoring this. Really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely go back.
