Lovely people, try to avoid the cafe and the restaurant, 3 euros for coffee, 11 euros for a salad!

Upscale hotel with modest rooms and a great breakfast. Lacks in some details....no complimentary water or coffee in the rooms....and we needed a wheelchair for an injured friend that was not available for an emergency....but generally OK. Friendly staff too.

A great place to relax, within walking distance from the city centre. The staff is very polite and friendly. Food was very good and the pools looks amazing at night.

This hotel in Trikala is really nice although a bit dated but that was not a problem for us.
The staff is very friendly and well-mannered. Breakfast is really nice. For sure we will visit again when we look for a hotel in Trikala. Some minor improvements for the 5th star. The juice in the breakfast does not correspond to the level of your service. We paid more than our friends that booked through a platform which is not really fair :) Overall a good stay.

The service was amazing. I forgot my nacelles and they were so kind and delivered it to me.
The hotel is very nice, the atmosphere was great. If you are looking for a place to stay on the way to Meteora it’s the perfect place for you.

I will start this review by saying I don’t like being lied to. We called around for hotels that had their gym/spa open. We only booked this hotel because they told us they were open. When we went to use said facilities they told us only the pool is open due to COVID. Now I will say this could’ve been a language barrier problem but still should not pretend to understand what is being asked when you do not.
The hotel was clean. Most of the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was actually quite good and was glad to have self service and coffee. I enjoyed the view from the room and the pool was nice, also deep which is not too common.
The restaurant! One of the worst experiences I’ve had dining. It took an hour to get our first appetizer which looked nothing like the picture. The burger was good which I am glad I ordered after we finally got the meat/cheese plate. We were never asked if we needed anything else and constantly had to get their attention for stuff and to check on the progress of our food since it took so long. The restaurant was not even busy.
