I am staying at this beautiful and very clean resort. The pool and spa is where I am the most. It is relaxing and is a full service resort. The upstairs is a bar restaurant and the food is amazing. You also have an awesome view since its on the mountain. This is the only place to stay in Trikala if you want to have everything without leaving.

The room is not very soundproof. I don't like the room 101. There is a wooden board like a door in the room.

Wow. It's stylish. The design makes me think that some insta/tiktokbrained persons should loose themselfes for a couple of minutes :) Room isn't big, but has everything you need. It's quiet, it's located in the same area as KTEL Bus Station, there's a 24-hour reception - perfect.

we staid for a night in beg of May with a balcony towards the river. We had an absolute great hospitality. we needed some advice for the town and for various things and we had her assistance which we are grateful. For me, this hotel was defined by a lifetime experience when I stayed there with my school for Erasmus. Exceeded expectations. Room and bathroom was clean and modern, beds are comfortable and even has TV. My room featured a spacious balcony as well. There wasnt any AC but the ceiling fan was more than enough, even during summer. Offers great value for what you're paying. Would definitely recommend if you just need a place to sleep and relax on your travel.

Really nice hostel. Clean, solid Wi-Fi, friendly staff, free computers to use, nice kitchen outside with pots, stove, kettle, and small pantry with free coffee and tea. Some storage space. Limited charging outlets not near bed but manageable. Cash only. Near a few supermarkets. Easy to walk to center. Highly recommended.

This place ranks in the top 10 Hostels I have stayed on. The reception personal was always very so helpful when ever needed and thanks to them my stay in the city was better for it. The rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby was alive with travelers having a great time playing the instruments or board games. The bar in the lobby had the best prices I have ever found in a hostel bar. I totally recommend

The Hostel Meteora is a boutique hostel with the most wonderful atmosphere! The staff are welcoming and go out of their way to get to know you. It is very safe with electronic locks at the entrances and has got big and clean rooms. It’s position in the center of Trikala city is perfect. Just close enough to Meteora to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet and full of character.

Lovely hotel with great rooms & style. Just keep in mind it is not next to Meteora & you will ned a car to get there. However, when you have a rental car it is super convenient

We liked the location and nice big rooms and balcony with a view. It was comfortable to get a rest after sightseeing. The only trouble was that the hotel is pretty big and there were several big groups at the same time. So no chance for a personal cosy breakfast or dinner. But we definitely recommend this hotel as it is one of the best at this place.

The hotel is a cab ride from town . Offers breakfast and a buffet dinner, no lunch . Be prepared to come into town . Cab was 4 €. It is a place to stay but nothing fancy. I would not rate it 4 stars. I stayed at the Famissi Eden Hotel one night. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was clean (except for a slipper that wasn't ours left under a table... the room had a view of the garden with swimming pool, clean bathroom but unfortunately the shower glass didn't close completely. I had checked in this hotel through my tours. Dinner was good and staff is helpful when I need something. It is nearby central town. Very decent and nice hotel to stay. It has nice views of mountains.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, breakfast had many choices. The best part was the large pool, since we were there during a heat wave. It's a one minute walk to the main street. From there, you can find lots of stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice.

Epavlis Suites is a quaint, rustic hotel with friendly hosts and delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean but dated and need a bit of TLC. No walk-in shower, and tea/coffee wasn’t replenished. Laundry advertised as self-service but only available through an expensive paid service (€15). Access is tricky via a steep gravel road — some taxis and tours won’t go up. The owners, Mary and Spiros were very accommodative and cordial and staff as well. The room was comfortable but the booking site did not inform us that the room we selected was below ground. This was compensated by the availability of a garden with table outside of our room once we came up and outside. This is not the fault of the proprietors but more of the booking site.

Epavlis was the perfect place for our stay at Meteora. There are many beautiful views and the location was ideal for access to the monasteries and to walk to the downtown restaurants. Overall it was ok, but I was not satisfied with the assigned rooms 331 and 333. The boiler room was outside the window, blocking the view. There were not many people in the hotel, and the front desk was a little careless. I only stayed for one day, so I was too lazy to care.

Checked in during the off-season, and upgraded the room by two levels, which was very considerate. The room has a view of the boulder, and it only takes ten minutes to drive to the observation deck. The facilities are very new and clean. Very satisfied.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel, as we were told, but it is decent. Reception area is spacious, the room was clean but incomplete - missing the other night table. The dinner was below par, the breakfast OK. The location is near the beginning of the main street. Our room on the first floor did not have a balcony.

At diner time, there was an unbearable noise generated by a group of young people. At no time, the person in charge of the dining room was able to draw their attention or those in charge of the group so that they would not disturb the rest of custumers. I visited and stayed at this hotel as part of my Meteora thrones trip. The hotel is very well located in the town and served by friendly and welcoming staff. However my room was outdated and the bathroom was very dark and shower did not work properly. But I understand they are currently renovating/updating the rooms. The price is cheap. The facilities are average. It's very convenient to eat.

It's a good location close to the bus stop at a good price! There's no inconvenience in seeing Meteora, and the staff in the lobby are very friendly! I had a good rest😁

I spent 1 very good night here. The hotel is very simple, but it has everything, in addition to doing everything to please its customers. As the city is small, there is not much to see that day, other than a tour of monasteries in one morning.

It is very recommended! Great breakfast, homemade and fresh! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

It was great to have a swimming pool in front of the accommodation. It has antique accommodations, a bathtub, and is located away from the main street, making it quiet and peaceful. It's a bit far from the main street, so it's a bit inconvenient to go to the market. A little disappointing in terms of cleanliness. But it was okay because the view of Mateora was so thrilling.

Staff are very friendly and brought forward the breakfast time earlier to accommodate our commuting schedule. There’s a swimming pool although we didn’t use it. Decent and good breakfast variety given it’s a guesthouse. Beds are too soft and rooms needs to be updated however that give the homely feel.

It costs £44 a night and served its purpose. We were able to host a small football tournament on our balcony - it was very big!

A simple and functional hotel. For the reasonable price you get a clean and quiet room right in the center of Kalambaka. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely sufficient for a short stay. If you're lucky you will get a room with the view of the hills.

THE Best hostel!! Great location, ckean, comfy and everything you need. If you cant find what you need, Stella & her husband will get it for you! They are Súper nice! I stayed here for one night to explore the Meteora Monasteries. The direct train from Athens leaves 8.30am and arrive in Kalambaka around 1pm. The hostel is a 5 mins walk from the station. No doubt the best hostel I have ever been to. The land lord and the lady are very friendly and supportive. The rooms are very cosy and welcoming. The bar is also awesome. Perfect position in a quiet street in the centre of town. Five minute walk from the train station. We had a room which I suspect had one of their better views of the stunning rocks. Wonderful stay and well-worth the money! Location is perfect. My only complaint is that it says in booking they offer laundry service but it was not available at the time we arrived, which inconvenienced the rest of our trip a bit. Great little hostel, heard many things about Dora but didn't get to cross paths. The good news is that Ismael who was managing the place is also an amazing person. Friendly, hospitable, informative and funny. There's a nice little balcony to socialise with other guests. Highly recommend this place

The best hostel experience, so much so that I felt I should leave my first review on Google. Dora does a wonderful job at making the hostel feel like an extension of her home. Her cooking is very nice too. We had a lot of volunteers during our stay so everything was clean.

Dora was an amazing and caring hostess, plus a very good cook. Rooms were clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom, with a nice hot shower. A great place to stay when you are in Meteora.

The hotel is located in Kalambaka very close to the mountain monasteries. The rooms we got were tiny, bed was next to the wall, no view and tiny bathroom. We changed it to a larger room adding 30Euro. The towels were stiff and the lady did not want to replace it. (Later they were replaced) The breakfast was fine.

Amazing accommodation! Have stayed to a lot of places but this was unmatchable literally you feel as you are at home. The owner Stefanos a great guy who went out of his way to make our staying both enjoyable and memorable. I do recommend this place to anyone who would like to feel at home.
