Modern style hotel, spacious rooms, the hotel is the best choice if you want to be out of the center but still close to the main attractions...

The interior designer is to be warmly congratulated even if, to my zen taste...the decor was a bit overpowering. Charoula in the breakfast room and Angelos at the desk are very efficient and accommodating. That there are no balconies IS quite a problem for smokers. On the whole, it is a FINE hotel with well-appointed comfortable rooms. Something still puzzles me tho' - don't the staff know that they're supposed to SMILE? I got there at 9.30 one rainy evening a fortnight ago and the lady receptionist who I had to wait for to show up at the desk.....made me feel like I was an intruder. Even Charoula and Angelos struck me as 'feeling at a loss' when I first spoke to them...in Greek too. I urge the Manager to look into this 'shortcoming' of the staff as it really IS a commendable hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the decor was a little strange, like a nightclub! There was one woman on reception in the evening time, who was very friendly and helpful to us. The breakfast was pretty poor and we just had cereal both days. The location is about 30 min drive to Meteora and 15 min drive to the town of Trikala so you would definitely need a car. The room price was very good value.

Not sure how it is a 4-star hotel. Window leaks, huge noise outside door and from upstairs and uncomfortable room design. Pillow and sheet are low quality.

Tried to book the hotel for Christmas. I had to call to make the reservation as we have two kids and it was not clear online if they offer travel cots. I called in the morning and they gave me the online price but could not book me the room at that time and told me they will call back. They never called me back and when I called them a few hours later the price was 50euros extra per day.

1. We had breakfast two days in the hotel. Both days, the Hotel manager was disrespectful at the personnel, was swearing very loud and was constantly bullying the poor woman that served in the diner. Also, the breakfast was poor and needs improvement.
2. The room was not very clear since there was a giant dead insect on the floor.
3. There was no air conditioning in the common areas.
4. Employees in the reception and dining room were kind and helpful.

Convenient business hotel close to Trikala. Spacious rooms but decoration might surprise visitor. Excellent concept of breakfast like in a traditional grocery shop!

Superb service, superb rooms. Food is very nice. Ask for Lampros and the owner and for his lovely red wines. I will come again
