Holy Goodness! This place is incredible. You need to stay here. You need to tell your people back home. This is important. The staff is nice. Professional. Smart. Talented.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern looking. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Tasty breakfasts and very good price for the stay. Also, AC works well :). Don't get scared of the location, at least you have peace at night, which might not be the case in the city center :)

Top class hotel in such a bad locality. But anyway, I have to put 5 stars. All absolutelly clean, professional staff, modern equipment. Parking right in front of the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Split is 25 minute walk at all brisk pace but this is a good base out of the busy split. Uber taxi is very cheap.

Great location and within Palace walls. Close to harbour. Good choice breakfast and pleasant to sit out and have drinks once the sun has moved round and you can sit in shade. Room up 3 flights of stairs but comfy and air con worked. Could hear concert but it stopped at its allocated time, not a problem.

Clean. Room are spacious and have a closet. The windows are doubled so there is no noise from the outside. Bathroom has been remodeled. Breakfast offers a nice selection. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Great location

Nice staff with accomodations in the heart of the old city. Everything in the tourist area is only a couple minutes walk. The hotel is built into ruins of early Roman architecture. Worth the price!

Absolutely gorgeous little place built into the old Roman wall, they accepted my booking at 3am and were extremely kind, provided breakfast was top notch, fruit, juice, bread, spreads , yogurt, coffee, eggs and bacon. I love this place, glad they were the only ones up super late else I may have stayed in a hostel!

Great small hotel in old town of Split, best place to stay because you're in center of Split and you don't need car to have best time in Split!

A local recommended we come here for the fish. We got a whole fish prepared in the House Specialty, Dalmatian style soup. Excellent for 2 people, could have even served 3! The waiters were attentive and professional, and gave us knowing smiles when we walked outside for brief cooling-down periods while we ate hot soup on a summer night. The restaurant had tables available when others nearby needed reservations so that was a bonus. Grilled calamari was incredible and the place was small and cozy.

The Konoba located here is outstanding. Service was great and the meal was delicious. The best meal we had on our visit to Split.

Good hotel a few minutes walk to the old town. We had a very warm welcome and our room, up many many steps, was modern and well appointed. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was good and the internet was very fast. As long as you can handle the stairs, this is a great place to stay.

The location of these rooms are amazing! You're a minute walk from the Diocletian Palace And the owners are super responsive and accommodating. Would recommend and stay there again.

This place is located near the old town in Split and it is very close to everything such as restaurants, Riva, promenade, the bus terminal station and the port. Although it is a small place, it's clean and modern inside. Usually we just need a room to sleep, so it's okay.

The hotel is just fine. We had some problems with the bathroom smelling a bit of sewage, but the personal took care of it when we told them. It's also a bit further from downtown Split than expected but it's quite cheap to take an Uber, which is a lot cheaper than using the regular taxi services. Very clean and friendly. Close to the beach, harbour and plenty if night life. Our room is basic but has everything we need and lively and quiet. Good breakfast. I would def use again.

Modern, confortable for two and quiet room a few minutes walk from the old town. The owner has 4 rooms there and gave us a 5 star service. We stayed a week and it was excellent. For the city of Split it's a great place to stay for the money.

Nice apartments, close to the center, with free parking at 100m. We did miss a television and toilet paper.

A larger group of us stayed here over the weekend and we loved it! Great location cause you're near the city center so it's easier to get around. All of the apartments were relatively new, clean and neat. The hosts were lovely and helpful. All in all, I (i.e. we) highly recommend the place!

The host was amazing, gave us beer on arrival and helped with carrying our bags. A true gentleman! He also arranged a electric taxi for us to the port in the morning

Been to this wonderful garden apartment last Monday. The owner very helpful came with us to park. Room excellent even with AC. Very near to nice restaurants. Would recommand it.

Cannot beat location. However there is limited hot water and bath towels seemed like they were 40 years old. 2 owners were very hard to work with and made us rush on our flight home
