A really new, clean modern hotel auth excellent faculties, great A/C. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, we will be back again!

Nice new clean hotel with free parking. Breakfest is only thing that gives negative feedback, it was served to table and it was just a surprise what you get. But it is new place, so maybe it will change.

We did not stay there but only had coffee which is one of the best I've had in town. Great location with a view of the harbor and street scene, plus lots of charm inside.

I arrived injured & on crutches. Front desk receptionist welcomed me with a smile. A very tall man with with white hair (Mr E) brought me, a much needed ice pack for my knee without me even asking. The room was basic, but the hotel is adjacent to the old town and on the water. The staff was really helpful and there is parking.

This is no longer a hotel, its a student's hostel. Centrally located in Split Croatia with all basic facilities that you find in a European hostel. Common kitchens for every four rooms. Two people per room. Very good facility Walking distance from colleges and all shopping requirements.

Simple, acceptable for a few days. Purity is not their strength. Breakfast was not healthy or varied to me. But I'm picky, I only eat light healthy food. It's good for a long weekend with little need.

The hotel is just fine. We had some problems with the bathroom smelling a bit of sewage, but the personal took care of it when we told them. It's also a bit further from downtown Split than expected but it's quite cheap to take an Uber, which is a lot cheaper than using the regular taxi services. Holy Goodness! This place is incredible. You need to stay here. You need to tell your people back home. This is important. The staff is nice. Professional. Smart. Talented.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern looking. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Tasty breakfasts and very good price for the stay. Also, AC works well :). Don't get scared of the location, at least you have peace at night, which might not be the case in the city center :)

Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Split is 25 minute walk at all brisk pace but this is a good base out of the busy split. Uber taxi is very cheap.

Great location and within Palace walls. Close to harbour. Good choice breakfast and pleasant to sit out and have drinks once the sun has moved round and you can sit in shade. Room up 3 flights of stairs but comfy and air con worked. Could hear concert but it stopped at its allocated time, not a problem.

Clean. Room are spacious and have a closet. The windows are doubled so there is no noise from the outside. Bathroom has been remodeled. Breakfast offers a nice selection. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Great location

Nice staff with accomodations in the heart of the old city. Everything in the tourist area is only a couple minutes walk. The hotel is built into ruins of early Roman architecture. Worth the price!

Absolutely gorgeous little place built into the old Roman wall, they accepted my booking at 3am and were extremely kind, provided breakfast was top notch, fruit, juice, bread, spreads , yogurt, coffee, eggs and bacon. I love this place, glad they were the only ones up super late else I may have stayed in a hostel!

Great small hotel in old town of Split, best place to stay because you're in center of Split and you don't need car to have best time in Split!

Really really good! The room was inexpensive and was within easy walking distance of almost all the attractions in Split. I spent two night for a work travel in Split. Rooms are new, clean and relaxing. Hotel personnel are very kind. Great experience at Consul hotel. I surely appreciate the experience.

We stayed in the deluxe room with sea views. The room was modern, very clean an welcoming. Mateja was very helpful all the time. We had an issue with our reservation in booking but she managed to sort it out. She even went out of her way to organise breakfast earlier than normal so we could eat before going to the airport. Very clean and friendly. Close to the beach, harbour and plenty if night life. Our room is basic but has everything we need and lively and quiet. Good breakfast. I would def use again.

The place is near the center of the city and ideally located to enjoy it. The room is very comfortable and large. You can discover the cafe just in front of the room to take a wonderful breakfast

Modern, confortable for two and quiet room a few minutes walk from the old town. The owner has 4 rooms there and gave us a 5 star service. We stayed a week and it was excellent. For the city of Split it's a great place to stay for the money.

Fantastic recently refurbished rooms all with flat screen TV's, good WiFi and wet rooms with power showers.

Nice apartments, close to the center, with free parking at 100m. We did miss a television and toilet paper.

A larger group of us stayed here over the weekend and we loved it! Great location cause you're near the city center so it's easier to get around. All of the apartments were relatively new, clean and neat. The hosts were lovely and helpful. All in all, I (i.e. we) highly recommend the place!

The host was amazing, gave us beer on arrival and helped with carrying our bags. A true gentleman! He also arranged a electric taxi for us to the port in the morning

Been to this wonderful garden apartment last Monday. The owner very helpful came with us to park. Room excellent even with AC. Very near to nice restaurants. Would recommand it.

Cannot beat location. However there is limited hot water and bath towels seemed like they were 40 years old. 2 owners were very hard to work with and made us rush on our flight home
