A really new, clean modern hotel auth excellent faculties, great A/C. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, we will be back again!

Nice new clean hotel with free parking. Breakfest is only thing that gives negative feedback, it was served to table and it was just a surprise what you get. But it is new place, so maybe it will change.

We did not stay there but only had coffee which is one of the best I've had in town. Great location with a view of the harbor and street scene, plus lots of charm inside.

I arrived injured & on crutches. Front desk receptionist welcomed me with a smile. A very tall man with with white hair (Mr E) brought me, a much needed ice pack for my knee without me even asking. The room was clean, had an aircon unit and had a great view of the square. Located in the heart of Split you can people watch to you'd hearts content. Breakfast starts at 6am.Bonus! The room was basic, but the hotel is adjacent to the old town and on the water. The staff was really helpful and there is parking.

This is no longer a hotel, its a student's hostel. Centrally located in Split Croatia with all basic facilities that you find in a European hostel. Common kitchens for every four rooms. Two people per room. Very good facility Walking distance from colleges and all shopping requirements.

Simple, acceptable for a few days. Purity is not their strength. Breakfast was not healthy or varied to me. But I'm picky, I only eat light healthy food. It's good for a long weekend with little need.

The receptionist was great and quickly sorted an issue with my booking The big problem is the noise in the room. All night, every 15m some machine started working and was so noisy that we can feel the vibrations. For sure others rooms feel it too but in my room 205 was really bad

It was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep. The motor or mechanism of the ceiling air conditioner was making an infernal noise. Yet, all the control knobs on the wall unit were in the off position!!!! I therefore request a refund for my night's sleep and the tourist tax. Sincerely, Yann MICHEL

Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel has a parking lot. A bit far from the old city center.

It was far from downtown due to parking issues. There was no elevator..But they helped me move it.. The mart was just 5 minutes away, which was nice.

Business trip. Hotel found by chance. What struck me most was the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff. Excellent cleaning. The restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is just fine. We had some problems with the bathroom smelling a bit of sewage, but the personal took care of it when we told them. It's also a bit further from downtown Split than expected but it's quite cheap to take an Uber, which is a lot cheaper than using the regular taxi services. Great location and within Palace walls. Close to harbour. Good choice breakfast and pleasant to sit out and have drinks once the sun has moved round and you can sit in shade. Room up 3 flights of stairs but comfy and air con worked. Could hear concert but it stopped at its allocated time, not a problem.

Clean. Room are spacious and have a closet. The windows are doubled so there is no noise from the outside. Bathroom has been remodeled. Breakfast offers a nice selection. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Great location

Nice staff with accomodations in the heart of the old city. Everything in the tourist area is only a couple minutes walk. The hotel is built into ruins of early Roman architecture. Worth the price!

Excellent Breakfast inside the walls of Diocletian Palace

Absolutely gorgeous little place built into the old Roman wall, they accepted my booking at 3am and were extremely kind, provided breakfast was top notch, fruit, juice, bread, spreads , yogurt, coffee, eggs and bacon. I love this place, glad they were the only ones up super late else I may have stayed in a hostel!

Really really good! The room was inexpensive and was within easy walking distance of almost all the attractions in Split. Own and common facilities were really fresh and the host checked the situation daily. ACn was good and the possibility of storing luggage for free was also provided for guests. We stayed in the deluxe room with sea views. The room was modern, very clean an welcoming. Mateja was very helpful all the time. We had an issue with our reservation in booking but she managed to sort it out. She even went out of her way to organise breakfast earlier than normal so we could eat before going to the airport. The place is near the center of the city and ideally located to enjoy it. The room is very comfortable and large. You can discover the cafe just in front of the room to take a wonderful breakfast

Modern, confortable for two and quiet room a few minutes walk from the old town. The owner has 4 rooms there and gave us a 5 star service. We stayed a week and it was excellent. For the city of Split it's a great place to stay for the money.

Very good hotel. Family owners very welcoming and the rooms kept clean, with fresh linen and towels every other day.

Rooms very clean, modern and well kept. Big shower was a bonus. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Beach not even 5 minute walk away with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely location close to the main attractions but tucked away so plenty of privacy. The building and grounds are very secure (main entrance to grounds keycode and each apartment has 2 locks) the owner was very hospitable, offered to carry our cases up and down the stairs as they were quite heavy. It was cheap, we had everything we needed and more inside a room for 3. Really nice garden on an amazing city. And the employees were very helpful. Reccomended.

Nice apartments, close to the center, with free parking at 100m. We did miss a television and toilet paper.

A larger group of us stayed here over the weekend and we loved it! Great location cause you're near the city center so it's easier to get around. All of the apartments were relatively new, clean and neat. The hosts were lovely and helpful. All in all, I (i.e. we) highly recommend the place!

The host was amazing, gave us beer on arrival and helped with carrying our bags. A true gentleman! He also arranged a electric taxi for us to the port in the morning
