Fantastic hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second of it! The staff are amazing, Ana on reception was so helpful and friendly. She really went out of her way to make sure our stay was great

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees

It’s very convenient to walk to the Old Town and also has a convenience store just round the corner. Service by the reception was also top notch. He could see us through the camera while we were parking

Despite the disappointing dinner, I highly recommend hotel Park in Split. It really is a very pretty place with pleasant and welcoming staff, and unbeatable location

The location is a less than 10€ taxi to town but very walkable allowing for a normal level of fitness. Rooms were spacey and clean, with nice ocean views. Towels were refreshed daily and beach towels were provided

Only issue we had was with the shower, the seal on the shower screen must be broken as we had a pool of water on the floor everytime, and the pipe from the bath taps to the shower head is too short, so you either have to duck for a shower or if you raise it you lose water pressure

Breakfast was ample and good and frequently restocked. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool and well-being area was a lovely thing to have available even though we barely utilised them

Nice location 15-20minutes away from Split old town (up a few hills) and close to 2 of the nicest beaches in town, along with the national park above it

If I wanted to explore split it was a short walk away, but was also far away enough that it was great to just relax by the pool and enjoy the silence

Location is good, roughly 5 minutes in an Uber to the centre and the pool area is beautiful, we loved this area

This hotel is just perfect for a relaxing stay. It is located in front of the sea and beaches in this area are beautiful. The swimming pools and spa with panoramic view to the sea are unique

The one thing our teenage kids loved (and me!) was there was an inflatable water park by the beach! Also please note that there are 2 buildings in this hotel and if you are in the smaller part like we were, you do a lot more walking/stairs/lifts! But you do get the pool on your roof! Breakfasts were really good apart from the coffee queue - lots of variety from the healthy to the more heart attack...

The facilities however overall were very good - one pool on the roof, and two others - one inside and one outside

Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Great balcony size, quiet for bedtime, and overall very low noise level. The breakfast was amazing! I wish we had half board so we could’ve experienced dinner as well

I’ve never met a friendlier person who was so engaged into the guests well being and satisfaction. Breakfast was also very taste and the selection is abundant without compromising quality

In the off-season, taking a walk, wandering through the narrow streets of the old city, sitting in a kafan is a dream!

A little outside the old town, which was not a disadvantage at all. A walk on the sea makes time fly by. Soon you will be able to reach very beautiful beaches

One of the best hotel I've stayed in, the staff go above and beyond every time something is asked.. If I go back to Croatia I would definitely set ay here again

Location is right in middle of everything you want to do! Service was great, breakfast good, and overall comfort really good. Make note going though the “market” area to get to the entrance of hotel is a little confusing

This hotel is a great site to tour the historic Palace. The staff is very professional and caring. The rooms are very modern, the breakfast though limited by the size of the hotel was very fresh and well prepared

The rooms themselves were very clean with everything you would need in addition to being very charming with the original architecture. We highly recommend Villa Split Heritage Hotel!

We were able to easily check-in easily and they helped us with our baggage up the stairs as there is no elevator due to city rules and preserving the architecture

They also provided an amazing breakfast with so many options and even meals you can order fresh that they will pick up- all included! The location was perfect as it is right in Diocletian's Palace and close to so many great sights, restaurants, and cafes

Nice new clean hotel with free parking. Breakfest is only thing that gives negative feedback, it was served to table and it was just a surprise what you get. But it is new place, so maybe it will change.

I arrived injured & on crutches. Front desk receptionist welcomed me with a smile. A very tall man with with white hair (Mr E) brought me, a much needed ice pack for my knee without me even asking

The room was clean, had an aircon unit and had a great view of the square. Located in the heart of Split you can people watch to you'd hearts content. Bonus! Brilliant for German's too

We did not stay there but only had coffee which is one of the best I've had in town. Great location with a view of the harbor and street scene, plus lots of charm inside.

The room was basic, but the hotel is adjacent to the old town and on the water. The staff was really helpful and there is parking.

This is no longer a hotel, its a student's hostel. Centrally located in Split Croatia with all basic facilities that you find in a European hostel. Common kitchens for every four rooms

Simple, acceptable for a few days. Purity is not their strength. Breakfast was not healthy or varied to me. But I'm picky, I only eat light healthy food. It's good for a long weekend with little need.

The down side is that unfortunately it's not as close to the old town and Palace as other hotels and the walk there though relatively short is not entirely Pleasant being along a busy road

Breakfast area is not open at 6:30 with too many people and food run out not replenish

Large immaculate room and big bathroom with double sink... and very accommodating staff

There is a parking open space area in front of the cinema/joker shopping center. We paid 6 euro for 25hours parking, don’t get fooled by “tourist parking” it’s more expensive

Best hotel in the city for sure. The have absolutely everything, the view, nice food, great service, spa, spacious rooms, all. They area bit expensive but you'll not regret a single dime.

The hotel was also connected to a beach which has outdoor dining and lots of seating. Parking is available for those who are coming in their own car, however, daily parking charge is kind of high, at €15 per day

The spa had two sections, one for everyone which included two jacuzzis and a swimming pool, and another for adults only which included two saunas, a stream room, a small warm pool, a small cold plunge pool and a relaxation area where you can lay down and just relax while listening to relaxing music in the background

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fabulous, but we were less than keen on the buffet dinner. Hotel is a little isolated so its a bit of a walk to restaurants in the off season.

The wellness area is great with sauna, steam bath and pool, also the rooms are solid but nothing special even for the superior rooms. The roof top pool was nice to look at but we never got a place as the area is small

The hotel is basically located on the 3rd floor of a semi functional mall. The location is great and at walking distance from all major attractions on the beach line of Split

We really enjoyed our stay here. So close to all the action. Modern decor. All comforts provided eg. kettle and fridge. Just 1 comment, the name of the hotel needs to be more clear from the outside of the building.

Eateries, bakeries, places to shop are all at walking distance. The location is also a short walk from the major bus station where you can get buses for the airport. The triple room was huge and we'll maintained

The staff was friendly and helpful. The variety and quality of the vanity in the bathroom needs to be improved in my suggestion

Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Split is 25 minute walk at all brisk pace but this is a good base out of the busy split. Uber taxi is very cheap.

Business trip. Hotel found by chance. What struck me most was the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff. Excellent cleaning. The restaurant is excellent.

The walk from the bus station along the promenade was short and easy, even with a wheelie case. The Old Town was very close and the area felt very safe

Also, one of the few accommodations that offer a car parking, as finding a parking space in Split is a real struggle. Overall I was super satisfied with my stay at Villa Scalaria and would come back anytime again!

It was possible to leave our luggage in reception while we went exploring prior to the next stage of our journey. The stairs to Marjan Park were right opposite the hotel

The location is great as it s near to everything. There s a privat parking available. Ivan at the reception desk was very very friendly and also gave us some very useful tips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An absolutely fabulous accommodation where the old architecture and the recent modern renovation come beautifully together. Friendly staff and housekeeping. Breakfast is limited in choice, but is very tasteful.

Very well appointed contemporary hotel just outside the Diocletian's palace. Breakfasts are good, they don't do any other meals. All the staff that we met were friendly, informative and very helpful

One week in this hotel was awesome. The pool on the top of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast buffet was very tasty but order and pay for a good coffee

It's got a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, bars, library, snooker table, poker table restaurant and probably more aha! Oh and free WiFi!
