People are kind, and helpful. This is the first and last positive comment.
Room toilet draining was far strong, so every time I flushed, water came out (hope it was just the water). No hot water in the morning times.
No warm food at the breakfast. Plate warmer did not work. No hot water for tea. Eggs were cold, also keeper did not work I guess, cos the food was cold.
I don't understand 4 stars, if they shows only 3 stars, or even 2 stars, that is ok and I will wonder how good this hotel for 2 stars. But definitely not 4 stars.
Spa area was also poor. My eyes were inflamed after I went under water, sauna has no dispenser to reach higher temp, also no aroma nowhere. Pool are small and dirty. No outdoor pools.
Summary is a 3, because the location is nice, room is ok, ppl are nice, but that is all.

Aircon not working, quirky old fashioned hotel. Nice big rooms. Very dark corridor

Indeed, we canceled the reservation after we were accommodated in a room with spiders and cockroaches. The receptionist apologized, that it was cleaned a week ago. She gave us another room where we found another cockroach under the pillow. I took pictures and showed them to the girl at the reception. The manager called and offered us a premium room, in another area of the hotel, but we refused to stay and asked for the money back from booking. Too bad about the hotel…

This hotel has very good location in the city center at the Sugovica river bank. From the balcony we can see a good wiew. We can walk just a few minute to see the Danube river and many others tourist places. The staff are kind. The rooms are so clean. breakfast also has good taste. The important thing for my family is our dog is allowed at Duna Wellness Hotel, so it is true Duna Wellness pet friendly but the elegance & cleaness keep care everywhere. Thanks, we love Duna Wellness😍

The location is perfect and it's pretty much the only true hotel in the area, as opposed to a bed and breakfast or guest house.
One issue we had was that the AC wasn't very strong even in the coldest setting. Had to sleep without a blanket because it was too warm. Opening the windows didn't help because there was zero wind and the building retains a lot of heat.
The other issue was the low water pressure in the shower. Cold water would come with strong pressure but as soon as the temperature is raised the pressure drops. Maybe we didn't use the controls properly but my wife and I are experienced travellers and we both experienced this.
Otherwise everything was good. It was nice to see they have a new coffee machine in the breakfast room because the coffee they used to serve wasn't very good. You can now make espresso, cappuccino, or latte with freshly ground beans.

The spacious room, the location, the indoor and outdoor pool, breakfast with wonderful view to Sugovica river.

The room was ok even if the design was not my style
The service was good but nothing special
The breakfast was like return in the past so far from what we would except from a 4 star hotel just like the spa
But the situation of the hotel was pleasant close to the river and the main square
