This hotel was beautifully appointed, especially the wooden ceiling in the breakfast room. The fitted mattress sheet was rough and not comfortable, but the top cover and pillows were. The shower was awkward because of the half glass at the tub. The first night the room was too hot, and we could not lower the temperature on the air conditioner; however, the second night we opened the large door to the outside about 6 inches and the room was very pleasant and we could sleep. The lady who welcomed us during the day at the reception desk was very helpful and very nice. The young girl in the evening tried to help us with the thermostat and she, too, was very helpful. The breakfast world good. Everyone was very helpful.

Stayed w a friend 2 nights. the room was clean but hot even in spite of air conditioning, parking was a nightmare guess due to a conference. Bed clothes are of cheap, nylon material, not convenient to sleep in. 2 worst things were breakfast - we hardly could sit, they did not clean the empty tables and refill of food was slow, juices were terrible, we finally did not dare to try coffee - and the arrogant owner who believes his hotel is the best but maybe would worth checking some real 4 stars hotel......

Second time at this hotel and I can say I would come back again. Great pricing friendly staff, family owned who also works there. Breakfast included in price and considering the hot summer again in Europe the pool facility is a huge bonus. One of my greatest time to cool down in a pool.

We planned to go on March but due to unexpected reason we had to cancel and they were very flexible to move to another date. The hotel was clean and comfortable, they suggested to go to the roof with a glass of wine bc the panoramic was wonderful :) So they were very helpful however the receptionist was not familiar with the public transport possibilities. I really recommend this hotel to families as well.

The reception was very poor, we had to wait 5-10 minutes in front of the reception desk, waiting for “the Boss” finish his landline phone conversation. Wellness is mentioned in the hotel advertisement but the use of sauna if for extra fee, the bathrobe is for extra fee, there is no slippers available. The hotel is supposed to be a four stars one. Parking in the garage is for extra fee (3000HUF/ approx: 7 Euros). The wellness is shall be a quite place for relaxation, but there is no signs on how to behave ( silence, no jumping, etc) by the hotel. The location is great about 5 minutes walking towards the city centre. The breakfast is satisfying, except the juice which is very poor quality. The room was clean and comfortable. Well, all in one we believe that this hotel doesn’t reach the standards of four stars, it is over priced for the services one get there.

We could feel the effects of COVID and the energy crisis, despite of these it was fine

OK hotel but feels a bit dated - to reach international standard it would need some modernisation. Air condition works half well, so quite warm in our room. Good location with short walking distance to the city centre. Did not visit the spa area so not able to review that part.
