Allergen-free, sterilized rooms. Exceptional hospitality, excellent staff. In the restaurant they are offering locally sourced meat specialities. Great place for families with children as well, because they have playrooms, playgrounds, and toys.

Most probably the best 3-star hotel I have ever seen. It beats most 4 star hotel’s mid-range rooms.. The food is amazing, price of food/accomodation is on the higher side but feels justified. Most of the staff is also amazing and helpful! If you have the chance, go for room II. or any other room in the same building..you wont regret it!

Tranquil location. Professional staff. Modern, super clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Nice breakfast. The hotel restaurant serves mostly meat based dishes but is well worth trying.

One of the best steak restaurants in Hungary, always visited when i nearby. Prices fair for good steaks. Stuff polite and helpful, dogs allowed at the garden tables.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the stay. Clean, tidy, culturally and kindly. We will definitely come back :)

It is a nice hotel, there are definitely a few pros and cons to consider. Breakfast is good but nothing too special. Dinner is always very good, i have never had anything that was not excellent! The rooms are simple but nice, the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner. Sometimes the shower is not looking that great... All things considered it is still a nice place to stay.

Hotel is located in a beautiful are on Lake Balaton. Rooms have balcony and are decorated with modern furniture. Breakfast is good and service is fair to good. View from the room is amasing. Most people from the hotel speak german or english but everybody is polite and willing to help.

Great 1 night stop over on our Lake Balaton cycling trip. Our room was big but it was the disabled room so not sure if all rooms are this size. Lovely helpful staff and we had a great evening meal here. Peaceful night sleep and a superb buffet breakfast from 7.30, outdoor seating plentiful. Reasonable price. Would have got 6 stars if it had a table tennis table. 😀

Very expensive, clean. You can communicate mainly in German. English is spoken by the staff on a basic level. Nothing to do up there. Only for guys with yaht and etc..

Excellent location with a wonderful view over lake Balaton. We stayed here off-season and our group was the only guests which made it a very special experience. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing and they sell great wine. I can only recommend!

On top the hill it's wonderful place and excellent view. very kind staff. well appointed rooms, clean and spacious. well-assorted breakfast with sweet and savory. possibility to eat on the terrace with a panoramic view towards the lake. Recommended!!

This place is beautiful. The view is amazing as it overlooks lake Balaton. You can go on hikes up the mountain or down to the Harbor. The breakfast buffet is decent!

I only stayed one night at Villa Patzay, however I enjoyed it very much. The rooms are really nice and the staff is helpful. Even though I had to leave early, the staff helped me prepare some breakfast to take with me.

Very pleasant English speaking staff, specially the owner Sanyi (read as Shanyi). The hotel is on the Lake with well kept loan and ladder to enter the Balaton lake. Walking distance are shops, bars and restaurants. I saw signs of a night club not far. The breakfast is good. The rooms are basic. So is the price. Excelent choice for the money.

Very nice people nice ,good food and Ballaton was great and it's not deep ideal for kids as long as they stay near the shore line in places where they have made beaches

Simple hotel, very friendly staff. Everything was very clean. Pool with sauna and steam bath. Breakfast ok. Rooms are air-conditioned. So the windows can stay closed and you can't hear the train. Simple rooms with TV and fridge.

We were satisfied with everything. The staff was very kind and direct, the room met all our needs. The hotel is in a frequented location, close to the beach. We were also able to store our bike in a safe, closed place. We look forward to seeing you again!

the location of the hotel is very good, the yard is nice, and there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast is a specific pleasure, even the assessment of large complexes, there is no such assessment, it is delicious and of that choice, special thanks for the breakfast

The hotel location is pretty good. Staff speaks German as well. The rooms are very clean but could use a 21st century update. Unfortunately the towel policy is a bit odd. We got one medium sized towel for the whole stay and a literal table cloth for the pool/sauna which was absolutely useless, after asking we did not receive another towel we could use for the pool/sauna area. If we knew about that...

The room is only 3 stars but the dinner is royal! The hospitality perfect and the park is nice. There is inside pool which is also good.

Quiet place, summer season ends here with the end of August. You have to look farther for the place to eat something after 8 pm. To get to the Balaton lake you have to go out from the main entrance and after that walk about 800 metres. There is only one small spot where u can see Balaton and seat ( no for swimming). Absolutely fantastic. The prices are very good in exchange of the quality of the meals. The view and the feeling of the place is quite unique, also the employees are very friendly and helpful. In addition when you pay you have the opportunity to play dice and if u roll a 6 with all three of the dices the meal is on the house. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend, best place around town.

Almost ready in its new shape inside! Nice modern room design, great kitchen and staff. Warm water takes time in the shower but if you open the tap in time then no bad surprise. Recommend place for sure

Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel however far from superior level. Staff is kind but not really flexible e.g.: invoice can be asked only from morning staff.

If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. Wonderful guesthouse with great service. We had a wonderful holiday, in the guesthouse you can not be bored. Pools, wellness, billiards, table tennis, playground. The bad reviews here ale clearly from before the renovation. Hotel is new and beautiful. Spa is big and has large pool with warm water. Whirpools are spacious so you can almost always find your place there. Hungarians are kinda loud in saunas tho. Food is tasty and the selection is big enough. Rooms aren't huge but will do and everything is clean. Staff was nice and mostly spoke english. I almost forgot...

Věry nice new renovated hotel, the staff is doong their best, maybe only bit slow in restaurant - during dinner we had to wait to get wine list. The sauna world is great, there is an offer of sauna ceremonials, 1 open jacuzzi, 2 warm pools. We enjoyed our stay for 100% and hope to return again this time with kids

Very kind and flexible receptionists. Had a problem. Solved it in an hour and during that time we could chat. So amazing. The view and the community is great as well. The Lake Balaton is about 10 minutes on foot. The beach is full of fascinating restaurants ect.

It is a decent hotel with more buildings near to the city center. Mostly evrything is in walk distance. Not luxurious but clean and gives you everything you need with a kind staff.

This hotel is not modern and so are the rooms. It needs renovation and 'face lifting'. It is popular between travellers and families with children. There are so many apartments so you have to walk to get your breakfast if you are in the other building. The pool and the sauna is also in another building. The hotel is noisy.

It's a fair hotel with a fair price. I'd like to see that there's available WiFi in the hotel rooms but I wasn't so lucky.

The only disadvantage of this place is location, but not if you are driving by and have to stay for a night. Good breakfast, big room with mini kitchen, quiet place, friendly staff. All this for 48 eur.
