A great hotel, it was really a highlight. Lots of cupboards and storage space. Sauna area was lovely, pool was simply a dream, unfortunately too cold to swim. The evening meal was a great T-bone steak

Our stay was very relaxing, used the pool also the go-karts, it is not crowded at all, perfect for families and for couples too. The food is also outstanding, highly recommended :)

Most probably the best 3-star hotel I have ever seen. It beats most 4 star hotel’s mid-range rooms. The food is amazing, price of food/accomodation is on the higher side but feels justified

One of the best steak restaurants in Hungary, always visited when i nearby. Prices fair for good steaks. Stuff polite and helpful, dogs allowed at the garden tables.

Great 1 night stop over on our Lake Balaton cycling trip. Our room was big but it was the disabled room so not sure if all rooms are this size. Lovely helpful staff and we had a great evening meal here

Hotel is located in a beautiful are on Lake Balaton. Rooms have balcony and are decorated with modern furniture. Breakfast is good and service is fair to good. View from the room is amasing

The house has all the facilities. Great swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, BBQ facilities, (we didn't need to buy anything, the owner offered coal, wood, bbq lighter) it was very comfortable our stay

Even though that we didn't speak Hungarian, owner tried to explain us everything and was really kind :) And there is a new smart TV on the living room, in the picture you still see an old tv

This hotel is located on the beach of Lake Balaton, with very nice surrounding in Badacsony. All member of the staff was very polite and helpful. I visited there to celebrate my birthday, with my daughter and her fiancé

Great Wifi! Decent cheapish hotel. Has a pool (a little shallow, good for kids) and a jacuzzi (can be turned on every 20 minutes). Breakfast is OK. Receptionists were very nice.

The dinner was tasty and plentiful, in the elegant restaurant of the hotel. The wellness part of the hotel is clean and wonderful. We enjoyed our breakfest, which contained variable dishes, for different types of diets

The hotel is clean and good quality, service is very nice and helpful. Cousine is very good, the dishes are delicious and very very big ?. We had very good time here with my girlfriend and our 2 years child

Friendly staff, perfect location, and maybe because it's early spring time, the wellness wasn't crowded. The restaurant was also a nice experience.

The rooms are definitely not soundproofed as it’s written. Heard some noise from the ceiling room. Wellness is quite good, but very small. I found a FLY in my soup during dinner, but no one really cared

We loved our two night stay at Bonvino. The hotel is very conveniently located a short distance from the train and bus stations and near plenty of wineries. The spa was clean and relaxing

We had room facing sreet, We was there in May so not busy. Central, near start of vinyards. Good breakfast selection & dinner was good too

Unfortunately we couldn't eat there because we had no reservation, and they were full even on Monday noon. But from what we've seen, it must be a really pleasant place to eat, so we'll return for sure

Awaited with a glass of house made Hugo, seated on a terrace with a stunning view, you probably don’t expect much more. But you have the food, and what a food! Another landmard you should not miss!

We tried their ”Villa kabala in a box” which was great. They prepared everything and we followed the instructions on utube. Great food and and wine. Perfect for the COVID-19 lock-down.

My partner and I had a great time. We received a rich, delicious breakfast every morning. The bed was super comfortable, the wines are delicious, the view is sumptuous, I recommend it to everyone! 😉

This is an old winemaker’s house, situated just on top of Lake Balaton. The view is stunning, the rooms are great (and have a/c) and there are two terraces you can use for sunbathing

The wine cellar downstairs is really cool, and of course they serve their own wine too

Upon entering, dense cobwebs, dead flies, dust, limescale kettles, used capsules forgotten in the coffee machine were received - although instead of the 15 hours indicated on the booking, the room could only be occupied after 16 hours due to cleaning

Very pleasant English speaking staff, specially the owner Sanyi (read as Shanyi). The hotel is on the Lake with well kept loan and ladder to enter the Balaton lake. Walking distance are shops, bars and restaurants

Simple hotel, very friendly staff. Pool with sauna and steam bath. So the windows can stay closed and you can't hear the train. Simple rooms with TV and fridge

We were satisfied with everything. The staff was very kind and direct, the room met all our needs. The hotel is in a frequented location, close to the beach. We were also able to store our bike in a safe, closed place

We got one medium sized towel for the whole stay and a literal table cloth for the pool/sauna which was absolutely useless, after asking we did not receive another towel we could use for the pool/sauna area

The room is only 3 stars but the dinner is royal! The hospitality perfect and the park is nice. There is inside pool which is also good.

We spent the night, very friendly people. They didn't book, they just stopped by, it's good that there were free rooms. Everyone has their own way to the room from the yard

It really is a kid's paradise. You absolutely need to go here, amazing host, awesome property and facilities. We've already been twice, and we'll be booking a third soon!

There are towels, blankets for all guests, all possible necessary utensils and kitchen appliances. The lake is really 3-4 minutes walk. There is a well-groomed and green yard with a gazebo

it has private beach at balaton and its near public beach where is food and all. rooms are pretty big with bar fridger, comfy beds, nice bathroom and pretty view. breakfast was good, you can choose your own food

The private beach is big enough but the public beach is only 5 minutes away. There you can find a good skatepark, waterpark, trampolines and nice staff. The hotel is pet friendly and the staff is really kind

The apartment has a TV with satellite, efficient air conditioning, full kitchen equipment. A generally accessible swimming pool for guests, laundry, games, sheds, benches. The property is closed by a remote control gate

Wonderful, very well-kept apartment and top outdoor area. Full equipment available - nothing was missing. The location was ideal - a few minutes' walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Gladly again.

We have been coming to this restaurant for 20 years. The quality of the food is consistently good. Everything is freshly prepared and it can happen that a dish has run out. This shows me a fresh origin of the dishes

A lovely place in a very quiet area of Lake Balaton. The owner was very helpful with a particular problem. There is a very nice restaurant here also. The room was very pleasant, looking out over the Hungarian countryside

The best feature of Balatonbereny in general is the excellent beach by the campsite. Overall an interesting contrast to Siofok and Keszthely. Really rural Hungary for sure

Bicycles (no child seats), rubber mattresses and other inflatable water toys can be rented, free sunbeds are available. The breakfast is average, but plentiful. There are breweries and water bike rentals nearby

The evaluation of this type of accommodation, which was built as a corporate resort in the socialist era and is currently operating as a retro hotel, should be treated with caution, I think it is important to take realistic expectations and actual services and quality into account, otherwise our written opinion will be subjective and thus lead to misunderstandings

Thanks to this and the design of the full glass balcony from the socialist era, the heat is already raging in some of the rooms early in the morning, and in the rooms on the other side, this condition only starts to become unbearable in the afternoon

A great example of this is the painting of the enameled shower tray, which, when wet, sticks to the unsuspecting shower guest's feet:) in the bathroom, there are cracks in the tiles, gaps in the grout, the toilet is running, the tap is dripping, etc

I went twice to this hotel, both of the times I had good memories. The place it is not new, it is mostly for those people who wants to remember mostly how was during comunist period. There is place to park the car

Breakfast it is not the very best and if you eat lunch in there I do remember waiters asking for tips. The view it is nice, you can see the sunset by the Balaton lake and the other side of the lake

Its location is ideal for singles and larger groups of friends! Everything is close by, water, mountain, shop, pier, boat, train, beach 1-2 minutes walk! I have been here a lot with my company and family, my favorite place is on Lake Balaton!
