Hello, to the Boss,
We were in your restaurant today and there is one young girl with brown hair and we ordered food and after bringing the food to the table she put the plates down and was not saying a word. Just because people are not from Hungary they should still be friendly. Please teach them how to be friendly, because this is an restaurant and there is always a tip automatically on the bill which we have to pay. But I am not going to pay a tip for unfriendlyness.
Next issue is when we take a seat outside on the terrace, we usually wait a long time until we are served. And there are ants running around on the table, which is disgusting.
Last time we came there were no seats at the table. We had to grab the chairs stacked up and then came the lady to serve us. She is middle aged and has short brown hair. She slammed the laminated menue on the table and left with the words: That's all we have today to eat. After that we waited for 20 mins with no service. We left.

Nice hotel. Very good breakfast.

It is a nice hotel, there are definitely a few pros and cons to consider. Breakfast is good but nothing too special. Dinner is always very good, i have never had anything that was not excellent! The rooms are simple but nice, the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner. Sometimes the shower is not looking that great... All things considered it is still a nice place to stay.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the stay. Clean, tidy, culturally and kindly. We will definitely come back :)

Hotel is located in a beautiful are on Lake Balaton. Rooms have balcony and are decorated with modern furniture. Breakfast is good and service is fair to good.
View from the room is amasing.
Most people from the hotel speak german or english but everybody is polite and willing to help.

Great 1 night stop over on our Lake Balaton cycling trip. Our room was big but it was the disabled room so not sure if all rooms are this size. Lovely helpful staff and we had a great evening meal here. Peaceful night sleep and a superb buffet breakfast from 7.30, outdoor seating plentiful. Reasonable price. Would have got 6 stars if it had a table tennis table. 😀

Very expensive, clean. You can communicate mainly in German. English is spoken by the staff on a basic level. Nothing to do up there. Only for guys with yaht and etc..
