It is a horrible hotel ，two reception women had bad attitude for guests ，it takes long time to check in.After registration, the passport was dropped on the desk without prompting. Such rude behavior has never occurred in any other hotel.

Nice room, sunsine, The church is beautifully lit up in the evening. The morning is quiet, with birds singing. delicious breakfast and dinner, many dishes. pleasant, polite staff. plus point is very close to mineral water lake. underground parking across the street, however big cars are a bit difficult to get through because the steep uphill place is a bit narrow. You shoud stay here for a week. Vote 5*

Best annivesary weekend i ever had😍,i love the receptionist(a guy)he noticed only my husband understood hungarian and immediately switched to english so we can both understand everything. The food was amazing the service was top notch,i would go again and recomend it to anyone else.

The hotel is called Panorama. This name fully corresponds to the main advantage of the hotel - stunning views from the rooms. There is also a great restaurant here. Great location. But very-VERY poor SPA.

We had an amazing night in Hévíz with my co-workers. The food was so yummy there were different choices of appetizer, main dishes and desserts. The beds in our room were socomfy the room was well equipted.
The location is perfect it is exactly on the city center only 8 mins walk from the bus station.
Last but not least we would like to give a massive thank you to Mr. Zsolt Vörös who was always nice and helpfull with us during our meals!
If you are there and you would like to try a tilical hungarian retro disco I suggest you to go to the Luis club where you must dance all night long.

A good hotel, the price corresponds to the quality, it is convenient to walk to the lake, if the weather is bad, then you can get into the thermal pools right in the bathrobe. The food in the restaurant is excellent (as well as everywhere else in Hungary).

You had like 2 choices at lunch, no fruits or any dessert. Can t even go directly to the spa, you have to walk outside the hotel. Unlimited drinks are included but at 20:00 there are no more bottles left 🤣 I recommend it only for elder people with no expectations. The rooms are clean at least.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the lake, restaurants, coffees and shops, also direct access for hospital treatments.

Something back from communism. If you like the style of that.. well it's your problem, but for me if in a hotel lobby there is a menu and ordering from that and 2 of 3 items are not available, when you try to get the waiter but he doesn't care that you already waving hamds. If they tell you at 7pm that no more fresh orange juice available because the machine already turned off... well
