Decent rooms with balcony and beautiful view of the church, very kind staff, best hotel of the region!

Nice room, sunsine, The church is beautifully lit up in the evening. The morning is quiet, with birds singing. delicious breakfast and dinner, many dishes. pleasant, polite staff. plus point is very close to mineral water lake. underground parking across the street, however big cars are a bit difficult to get through because the steep uphill place is a bit narrow. You shoud stay here for a week. Vote 5*

Best annivesary weekend i ever had😍,i love the receptionist(a guy)he noticed only my husband understood hungarian and immediately switched to english so we can both understand everything. The food was amazing the service was top notch,i would go again and recomend it to anyone else.

Otdyhali v mae 2023. V Hevize ne pervyy raz i vybirali ishodya tsena/kachestvo. I ne razocharovalis. Nomera posle nedavnego remonta, horoshie dushevye kabiny. Horshee pitanie - zavtrak i uzhin. Velikolepnoe raspolozhenie. Kstati, koridorami mozhno pochti do ozera doyti. Iz minusov - otsutstvie svoego basseyna, hotya pri takom kolichesve naroda...

We've stayed here 2 nights with my sister-in-law & left yesterday very satisfied, with very nice memories. The hotel itself pretty bright, spacious, very clean & tidy, just like our room was (we've booked a Standard double room). All the staff members are professionals, extremely helpful, kind & smiling. The wellness area is super also, nice, clean & tidy, the staff is just as friendly as at the reception. We hardly could choose from the buffet table, all the foods were delicious & plenty for breakfast & for dinner too. We ate soo much, so we had to "crawl" back to our room :) (The welcome smootie is delicious too!) An other great advantage that the hotel is 10 min walk away from the Tófürdő (lake bath) and close to many shops, restaurants. The hotel has mostly elderly people guests, which make sense as they come for the healing bath & thermal. We highly recommend staying here & enjoy the peace, relaxation. One little thing: internet access could be a little bit improved as it's stronger only at the hall/reception area. Thank you for everything for everyone, we'll come back! We had an amazing night in Hévíz with my co-workers. The food was so yummy there were different choices of appetizer, main dishes and desserts. The beds in our room were socomfy the room was well equipted.
The location is perfect it is exactly on the city center only 8 mins walk from the bus station.

Last but not least we would like to give a massive thank you to Mr. Zsolt Vörös who was always nice and helpfull with us during our meals!
If you are there and you would like to try a tilical hungarian retro disco I suggest you to go to the Luis club where you must dance all night long.

It’s clearly 4* hotel locally, not 3. Probably I’m here after renovation but I’m not missing air conditioner in my room, it’s in place and works well. I stayed on 13th floor with great view. Room was modern, clean. There is a safe inside in case you need it. Breakfast and dinner was included but I’d prefer to skip dinner here (but it’s simply because my special meat-only based diet, choice of meet isn’t big 2-3 dished with beans and plenty of sauce what I’m avoiding) There is SPA and medical center nearby but I didn’t try it (because too healthy on meat-only🤣)
