Excellent reception staff (Vivien and Mario) explaining everything we needed.
The breakfast was is varied and freshly prepared.
The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of space and have comfy beds and good blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. The whole place is kept immaculately clean.
Great service, lovely food, perfect location for a relaxing holiday and great facilities. We will definitely be back.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, the worst service I have ever seen!

We initially booked 2 nights at the hotel but we extended our stay there as we liked the nice modern decor style, lighting, spacious room with balcony, hotel with 3 saunas, pool, free breakfast, so we decided to stay 2 more nights.
For the price it is better to book directly with the reception rather than through the website.
Pleasant administrator Daria, very hospitable, helpful, speaks different languages, including English and Russian.
Attention, the saunas are only open until 19:30. Parking is available for $9 per day.

Has-been hotel.. half of the offerings are not up to date anymore. The staff which is there seems understaffed and overworked. Room service not doing much. Parking complicated and eypensive. Breakfast always the same (terrible coffee). At least useful location.

This hotel clearly deserves five stars. The rooms were super spacious and very clean. The Spa is amazing. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately there was only one cup of coffee that came with breakfast for free. It would certainly be nice to offer a bottomless cup for breakfast. Doesn't have to be coffee from the machine, regular filter coffee would suffice.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, there is a buffet with a lot of options. The Finnish sauna is great, you are even provided with a sheet, however there is no cooling pool available and the water from the shower is warm. The temperature at the resting area is like 40C so there is literally no way to cool down. Overall, if you don’t take this because of sauna (like we did), it’s close to perfect.

Im so surprised that such nice place didnt accept creditcard and refered to the expensive euronet scam ATM (they have terrible exchange rate and charges alot for the ATM-service compared to regular banks) outside.
It was a nice massage but this decreased the experience. Please get a card machine or tell in advance that you only accept cash!

New spacious rooms, no pools with thermal water from the lake, there are included only breakfast. Convenient location. There is a privat parking.
