they do not have matrimonial bed there are 2 net side by side. and in the room is very hot and it dose not have air conditioning!!!!!

After I booked our room on Booking.com, I wrote to the hotel as a request that we definitely wanted a room with a double bed. This was confirmed for us within a few hours. In comparison, upon our arrival, the reception boy informed us that all the rooms with double beds had already been rented out to others! Even though he saw our request in the system, he blamed the omission on his colleagues. I asked to speak to the hotel manager, but he did not give me the opportunity.

The pictures of the rooms on the booking pages do not reflect the reality! We got a dark little hole with really shabby furniture. The walls are paper thin, the blinds are half torn, there is no mosquito net on the window. Air conditioning is only in the corridor, but here it operates at 18 degrees day and night. However, the rooms are still hot! There is no refrigerator in the rooms. It gave us the atmosphere of a real workers' hostel! For this much money, we expected more from a 3-star hotel!

Upon our arrival, other guests also had an argument with the receptionist. They were given a dirty, tobacco-smoky room and dirty bed linen.

The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, but monotonous. The peppers in the lecsó were hard, and instead of fiber soda, we only found syrup.

The pools in the wellness area are clean, but the jacuzzi also has cold water. You can't really relax here, because there are many children jumping and splashing in the pool. No prohibition sign posted.

Never go there, this place is terrible!!! 😥
