I recently stayed at Hotel Azur Premium on Lake Balaton and had a wonderful experience! 😊 The food was delicious, featuring a variety of local Hungarian meals that were a delight to try. Dinner was accompanied by a piano jazz singer, which made the entire atmosphere great. 🎶
My room had a nice view, though the windows were a little dirty. The staff was pleasant, but in most cases, they did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging.
Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its amazing food and lovely ambiance. 🌟

It is a wonderful hotel we stay there all a time when we are going to lake Balaton . Will be back!!!

Was a business trip for us and the staff was very polite. All the meals were very good, or room was big and the bathroom huge. Still under construction so it was cheaper. Quite big parking area, good for congress or events. I haven’t seen the wellness are bec I was working, maybe next time.

I was really surprised to read all the bad reviews for this hotel. We were staying for 2 nights and had a great experience.
BF was ok, standard, but dinner was amazing. Huge buffet with a lot of choices.
The room was also clean with a lot of space, clean towels and everything we needed.
All the facilities were nice and clean. We enjoyed the pools indoor and outdoor, and also the lake. My 2yo kid was really sad when we were leaving 😂
The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. Especially the girl at check out. I wish her all the best honestly. 🤗

Good location, however not close to a five star hotel! Tired building that needs attention on the exterior, and extremely limited evening menu!

A beautiful hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, the equipment of the rooms is at a sufficient level. The hotel itself offers a number of side activities as well as relaxation opportunities. The hotel staff is very nice, but not all of them can communicate fluently in english. But well, you can always negotiate here.

First of all. This hotel has 2 sides. One is 4* and one is 5*. To be honest, it deserves a maximum of 3 stars. There is chaos everywhere. Old things mixed with new, but the worst is the quality of cleaning service around the whole building. Dirty windows, spider webs and not just around reception but also rooms. I assume balconies didn't see cleaner at all.
ROOMS
We paid more than 1100 euros for the weekend (3 nights) but it's not worth it at all.
We stayed in a new part, family apartment w 2 rooms. Our apartment had so many spider webs everywhere and the cleaning service came just to make a bed and take rubbish.
FOOD
Dinner (first evening) was bad. The taste of the food was weird and we can't talk about freshness. And also even if you are a deluxe guest you have to pay for dinner drinks (water, coke...) wau. Bread and pastries for the morning looked like they were 3 days old. Same with fruits. Little flies around.
What saved the overall experience was that 1 dinner and 1 breakfast from 3 evenings was nice and tasty.
LOCALITY
But the locality is really good. Close to the lake and walking distance to the city. It won't be bad to clean the deckchair for lying next to the lake. It was dirty from birds.
And to have one towel for 3 days on these dirty chairs is a joke.
I visited this place with my family (2 kids). So it's good that there are options (indoor and outdoor) for kids. But food options for kids are nothing special.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in situated right on the edge of lake balaton it offers a truly 5 star experience , a welcome cocktail when you arrive, amazing room with own balcony and mini bar, service was very good fill your wine as they notice it’s getting low, offered free cheese board at end of your meal, and the spa and pools were some of the best I have been in with and amazing view over the lake

Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed at Aruz hotel premium and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were told that our booking was only for one person, despite having clearly booked for two. When we approached Alex at the reception to resolve this issue, she was extremely rude and unhelpful, making an already stressful situation even worse.
The room itself was in poor condition. There was a noticeable stain on the bed, hair on the pillows, and to top it off, we found a dead bug in the room. We informed the staff and were assured that the room would be cleaned while we were out. However, when we returned, it was evident that the bed had merely been made up, with the stain, hair, and dead bug still present.
Once again, we had to speak with Alex, who continued to be rude and dismissive. We then had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for someone to come and properly clean the room.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and cleanliness at aruz hotel premium made for a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
