The hotel room was amazing, all the waiters were respectful and nice. The wellness area was relaxing and modern. The hotels location is great, and we had many discounts and coupons. There are many different massage options. We had a pleasant time here.

Perfect stay in a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. Tasty cuisine. Wellness area good for both adults and small kids. Located right on the Balaton promenade.

A beautiful, smaller hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and wonderful view of lake Balaton at a "good address". One indoor and one outdoor pool with whirlpools and a children's pool. Nearby is a boat station with transfer to other cities. Parking for 6€ per day in the underground garage is a bonus.

Friendly staff, perfect location, amazing spa and the food is incredible. This is by far one of the best hotels at Lake Balaton, located in the heart of Balatonfüred. We’ve been here several times and had only the most positive experience. The dinner buffet alone is worth the stay.

- the staff unable to resolve an issue - extra costs were charged by the hotel illegally (!!!) - the hotel owner's son - 15-16 yo. - put me in a humiliating situation for no reason - inadequate compensation A 4-star hotel cannot afford a situation like this. So I cant recommend this Hotel, you can find better there.

Check in: Smooth and helpful. Gave us a map for the local area. Baggage hold if you check in a little earlier.
Rooms: Spacious and clean. The shower could have been a little hotter. Furniture on the balcony. Well stocked mini bar.
Breakfast: A wide range of options. Either hot or cold.
Spa: Great facilities. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Towels provided. Also massages available at an extra charge.
Staff: Friendly and so helpful. Made the stay even more enjoyable. When walking around the hotel they always greeted us, which was a lovely touch.
Location: In the centre of Budapest and close to all the bars and restaurants.ocal bus that takes you to and from Tihany.

good room, great location, and excellent service. the staff was always helpful during my stay. though we speak different languages, they still served really well. the breakfast was good too. the view from my room was so beautiful. i really enjoyed my stay here
