swimming pools included in the offer (including the indoor one) are not hygienic, do not meet safety requirements, additionally the entrance is from the side of the toilets through which the corridor smells like sewage. on the swimming pool facility there are tables where you can eat fast food - the smell of food rises and will disturb the swimmers in the indoor pool. Breakfast should be available from 8:00-10:00 - however at 9:00 the bain maries were empty with food and nothing was available. Additionally, the shower in the room was rusty and full of bacteria - I have attached photos. In the room next to the child's bed (on the wall connecting the room with the bathroom) there was a fungus covered with a piece of wallpaper (photos are attached). The balcony was supposed to have a terrace with a 360 view - instead it was a dirty, full of cobwebs and dust terrace with a view of tall bushes. Sauna and Jacuzzi turned off for the entire stay. The hotel refunded 30% of the price, but for so many inconveniences I am not satisfied - definitely 100% should be refunded. Please avoid this place - photos on booking are definitely different from reality.

They booked a wedding the day we supposed to be there and they told us after we booked our Monday and Tuesday night. They said they will be loud until 4 am so we have option to rebook or refund our money because wedding bring more money right !!!! Unfortunatelly we come from Canada to go there but now we will take our money to other hotel who is more professional when they do their booking. This hotel supposed to be wellnes hotel where people going for relaxing. When my mom have purchased the gift voucher here they said we can book any days. We have been told is not for weekend. This hotel try to make more money no matter what and they have poor booking skills!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL AT !!!!

We had a relaxing time, but for a 4* hotel, it is quite a joke. While there would be all there too make it really great (not far a way from Budapest, a nice thermal spa, quite a modern building with spacious rooms), it is rather disappointing:
(1) The first day, the wifi didn‘t work.
(2) Service in the restaurant is ridiculous: You have to wait forever until they ask you regarding the drinks, they don‘t re-fill the buffet in the evening properly (in our case the dessert) and taking away the used plates is also rare.
(3) We have booked a romantic dinner at their pond, but due to a double-booking we couldn’t have it, and also the welcome drink that would have been a part of our package was simply forgotten. Reaction of the staff to our complaint was unprofessional.
(4) The rooms could use some refurbishment, but most urgently I would expect at least one cleaning in a 2 nights stay.

Számomra ez a szálloda egy horror éjjszakát jelentett 2015 szeptember 16-ról 17-re. Az éjjszakai hőmérséklet a szobában elérte a 27 °C-ot, a páratartalom becslésem szerint 95 % felett volt. Meztelenül feküdtünk és folyamatosan szakadt rólunk a víz. A 4 csillagos szállodában nem volt légkondícionálás. Amikor nejem kiválasztotta ezt a szállodát 2 éjjszakára, nekem eszembe sem jutott, hogy ilyen átverés is létezik még ma Magyarországon. Ezen túl, a kültéri úszómedence zöld algás volt és poshadt szagú. Alkalmatlan volt az úszásra. Mindehhez, mint hab a tortára jött a svédasztalos vacsora. Nem helyeztek az asztalokra ivóvizet, kikényszerítették, hogy vásároljunk italt a pincértől. Pozitívnak nem mondható az sem, hogy határozott unszolásomra egy pohár meleg vizet végül mégiscsak felszolgáltak. Az álatalam választott főételhez, valamiféle "borzacska"-hoz, a külön tálban odakészített sajtreszelék elfogyott, és egész este nem voltak képesek pótolni. Mentségére legyen mondva a személyzetnek, hogy én sem vertem az asztalt, hogy pótolják már végre, az ember ennyi aljasság elviselése után lassan megfásul és nem szól.
2015 szeptember 17-én reggel a recepcióval közöltem panaszaimat és jeleztem, hogy én távozom és csak a feleségemért és a másik szobában lakó fiamért jövök vissza kocsival másnap. Nem óhajtok vitatkozni a személyzettel, kifizetem majd a teljes összeget és a parkolási díjat akkor is, ha nem vettem teljes mértékben igénybe. Mindez véleményem szerint olyan mértékű vendéglátói csalás, hogy fontolóra kell vennem a fogyasztóvédelmi felügyelőség értesítését is az említett ügyben. Sajnos valószínűleg kár az erőfeszítésért.

In this holtel the swimming pool in the open air area was dirty with green algae and smelled like a waste bin.
There was no working air conditioning in the room we rented and consequently in these hot autumn days we were unable to sleep all night long.
There were some other minor problems as well. Altogether these troubles forced me to leave the hotel after the first day and I drived back next day to pick up my wife and son.
I put this hotel onto my black list.
