Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.

We picked a room facing the river and the castle! Stunning view and the room is spacious with a comfy bed.
The breakfast at weekend is outstanding with sparkling wine. Weekday breakfast serves similar stuff but no sparkling wine. The quality is excellent!

At a very convenient location, walking distance to many tourist attractions, convenient trams and trains at doorstep. Nice spread of breakfast too.

Stayed for several days at Intercontinental prior to going on Viking River Cruise. The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location to see the sights of Budapest. Room was comfortable with all the basic amenities. Had breakfast several mornings in the restaurant, all food and service was very good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful during our time there.
Walk out the front door and you on the Danube, with tree lined walkway filled with cafes.
Would definitely stay here again !

Hotel was very nice including the room. Very quiet and well. Soundproofed room. No noise. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Front desk service was very attentive. Convenient location adjacent to the Danube River and all the major sites. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay here. When the taxi dropped us off, I did have a panic from the outside appearance. However, pushing through the door was into luxury. Beautiful hotel with its own history and greeted by wonderful staff. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception. Lots of hidden beds dotted about. It's not a place to be sunbathing by the pool which some fellow guests had believed. We used it 5-7pm when returning from the day before going out in the evening.
The hotel is situated in a lovely position if you want to walk, which we did regularly. The metro is close and easy to navigate thanks to leaflets from the hotel.
We only had breakfast from the hotel which was varied and delicious.
I would love to come back to Budapest and would use this hotel again.
