Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice rooms. It was clean and special requests such as an extra pillow were dealt with immediately. The location is ideal, as the hotel is right in the center and so you are right on the spot. In addition, the thermal spring/aquapark is only a few meters away.
Great hotel. Air con, fridge in the room. Parking in the garage under the hotel. the street seems narrow to get to the garage but it is doable. Okish stay. Mixed feelings on the hotel. Quiet but with really strange blinking light in the room.
The flashing of smoke detectors was annoying and not letting you properly get off, once noticed.
Reception mixed breakfast time and we found it last moment next morning.
Overpriced parking, cat keeping in room.
Tough communication during booking
The rooms are nice and the location, right in the center, is also a plus. However the bathroom had a bad smell, but at least it was covered by some room deodorant. Another issue was the breakfast which I think it had decent options right at the start but even if we came 1h before the breakfast ended, there were not many options left, and it wasn't resupplied either.

Accomodated in a side building, penthouse, with no AC. Very warm outside, very warm inside. A sad vent-fan did the work very hard. And we had to ask for the towels. Kind of bad accomodation for 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options...

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Well situated in the city. Only complaint we had was the air condition room was set to 25’ and we could not adjust it down. Probably could of gone down to reception and had it fixed but at 2am it seemed a little in poor taste. However enjoyed the overnight stay.

The hotel offers a really good package for a two-night stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to take a break from work and wants to relax in a wellness hotel. Employees are really nice and helpful.
Very nice thermal bath with a reasonable price ! The sauna experience was also very great thanks to the sauna master which is a really nice person whom you can ask every kind of information. The place was clean e well organized! I will come back

The hotel has a pretty decent spa, with two saunas and a steam room. It’s located next to a shopping mall and more or less in the local stadium. It was a pleasant experience to have spent the night here. I had a very good deal for my single room and it was definitely worth the money.

The hotel is however overheated; even if you cut the air conditioning in the room and open the windows it is still very warm. As a traveler who loves to swim, this was an excellent choice. As business traveler, the most important is the relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive!
Hotel located in a sport centre area. Simple but cozy and clean. Good food at the restaurant. Rooms are large. Soundproofing could be improved.

Hotel very nice overall, clean and comfortable. Only criticism was the a/c which they restrict to 23c, when it's nearly 40c outside guests should have the option of making their room cooler.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big.
The environment is quiet, there are shopping malls and 3 supermarkets nearby, and the hotel parking is free, which is quite convenient
Overall, it is not as good as domestic hotels
Decent, clean, tasty, convenient
We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked.
Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside.
The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep.
The sauna was all right, little...
PRO:
1) cleaning, the Place was smelling of detergents since we stepped in the receptions, you notice people cleaning around everywhere in the morning, the room was spotless.
2) room noise, we couldn't hear any sound, maybe also affected by the non presence of anyone next to us.
3) swimming pool and jacuzzi, very nice feature, small, but nice.
4) quality of breakfast, (not size), the food quality...

This is our absolute favorite place in Gyor. We keep coming back. The staff goes above and beyond to help you in every way. It is beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great location. This place was awesome! I would recommend to anyone that will be traveling to Gyor, Hungary.
Stayed here for work with a big group. We ended up using the rooms like an Air BnB. Our room only had one actual bedroom the rest of slept in the living room on couchbed and two twin size beds. The room had a full kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet room. I popped the room's breaker numerous times trying to plug in a voltage converter. The breakfast buffet was lovely.
