Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice rooms. It was clean and special requests such as an extra pillow were dealt with immediately. The location is ideal, as the hotel is right in the center and so you are right on the spot. In addition, the thermal spring/aquapark is only a few meters away.

Great hotel. Air con, fridge in the room. Parking in the garage under the hotel. the street seems narrow to get to the garage but it is doable. Especially if a visitor puts their seat on the terrace slightly aside (which they have all done). Good room, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Okish stay. Mixed feelings on the hotel. Quiet but with really strange blinking light in the room. The flashing of smoke detectors was annoying and not letting you properly get off, once noticed. Reception mixed breakfast time and we found it last moment next morning. Overpriced parking, cat keeping in room. Tough communication during booking

The rooms are nice and the location, right in the center, is also a plus. However the bathroom had a bad smell, but at least it was covered by some room deodorant. Another issue was the breakfast which I think it had decent options right at the start but even if we came 1h before the breakfast ended, there were not many options left, and it wasn't resupplied either.

Accomodated in a side building, penthouse, with no AC. Very warm outside, very warm inside. A sad vent-fan did the work very hard. And we had to ask for the towels. Kind of bad accomodation for 4 stars hotel. Advice: Ask everything before!

Not a four stars hotel. The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options...

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Well situated in the city. Only complaint we had was the air condition room was set to 25’ and we could not adjust it down. Probably could of gone down to reception and had it fixed but at 2am it seemed a little in poor taste. However enjoyed the overnight stay.

Many nice thermal water pools , many types of saunas and highly trained massage staff. Easy parking. Absolutely enjoyable.!

The hotel offers a really good package for a two-night stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to take a break from work and wants to relax in a wellness hotel. Employees are really nice and helpful.

Very nice thermal bath with a reasonable price ! The sauna experience was also very great thanks to the sauna master which is a really nice person whom you can ask every kind of information. The place was clean e well organized! I will come back

If you need to stay overnight it's ok. The private parking is nice. They rooms are a bit dirty... But again it works for a overnight stay. There is no restaurant nearby so if you arrive late you need to take a taxi to the city center.

You can eat menu each day, but you have to go early. Sometimes they ran out of some popular meals at 12. The quality of the food is nice.

Overall impression - good place for the price, but bed was too short for me (186 cm), when I was laying on that huge pillow (not my type of pillow). Other disadvantage - corridor in which my room was placed was dark (no light there at all). Good thing was the english speaking staff.

I spent here 4nights and it was fantastic. Close to the trains and buses, Tesco is just 5mins away. The receptionist ladies were really nice. I especially would like to thank for Bogi for printing out my boarding pass.;) The room is big. I always struggle to sleep on the first night,but this bed was great. My favourite was the shower. Really powerful. I would and most likely will come back here again

I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The bed was awesome, not only super big, but also with a very firm mattress. I slept like a baby. The AC could have been a little stronger, otherwise everything in the room was OK. Breakfast at this place isn't worth any additional charges though. The breakfast buffet looked boring, there wasn't anything that looked appealing to me. They had great filter coffee...

Really, really loved it. Tiny, pretty, clean, organized. Location is excellent, in the heart of the city. Small boutique hotel, so don't expect parking lot. Breakfast is good and enough, liked the coffee very much.

The hotel is perfectly located. Everything went smoothly. The rooms are perfectly clean, food from the restaurant is pleasant. I fully recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful view to the main road and the historical building.

The room had a terrible smell - although they claim it's a non-smoking one. It really smelt like someone's been smoking there for years. The carpet was smelly too and had stains on it. The air-conditioning is very loud and makes strange noises every few minutes making it impossible to sleep when it's on.

The hotel has a pretty decent spa, with two saunas and a steam room. It’s located next to a shopping mall and more or less in the local stadium. It was a pleasant experience to have spent the night here. I had a very good deal for my single room and it was definitely worth the money.

Good place to stay, close to shops and restaurants as well as the university campus. The whole city is spotlessly clean and the hotel is well maintained. The hotel is however overheated; even if you cut the air conditioning in the room and open the windows it is still very warm. This is a very nice Ibis, indeed. Well located for the train-station and the city-centre. It seems brand new. The room was really great for this price-range. The facilities are very good, including kitchen facilities available for guess. The staff are very helpful. It is one of the nicest Ibis hotels I have stayed in.

Typical Ibis standard. Pricing very good, breakfast slightly better than the usual Ibis standard. Check-in time at 15:00 was strict, they didn‘t even bother checking if the room was ready earlier (which I consider normal in hotels). Can recommend it.

Our stay at your hotel met the standard international level, with no particular issues or exceptional highlights. The overall experience was pleasant, the hotel maintained cleanliness, and both the room and check-in process were satisfactory. However, it's worth noting that our room key system could benefit from an update, as there were instances requiring multiple requests for a new key due to malfunctions

Great place to stay. A sport hotel, simple and functional, so expect no soft carpets in the rooms. But, the room was clean and spacious. The bed somewhat harder, but comfortable. I stayed one night. The room was very clean and modern, i could not find any dust, even on bathroom radiator, really impressive. The bed was very confortable and had a view to the lake. You have plenty of car parking and the place is quiet. The breakfast was also impressive, you had a lot of food to choose from and tasted very good. Great value for money. Thanks !

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big.

The environment is quiet, there are shopping malls and 3 supermarkets nearby, and the hotel parking is free, which is quite convenient

Decent, clean, tasty, convenient We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. Price - quality is completely unreasonable. Facilities are ok and clean, and bed particularly comfortable. However, service was scarce. We spent 1 hour driving to find a way to the parking as the bridge was closed, no one bothered to reply to our request for information about the parking. Breakfast was abysmal. Downstairs bar was loud until late at night. A/C placed just above the bed is not pleasant...

Such a good location. The parking is at 3 min walk, no problem for us. We booked the same day we whent. I had a special request, for the short time they had, there was no problem for them to make it happen. At reception the personal was nice and give us all info we needed for city locations and other. Hotel looks fine. Rooms are clean and warm and cozy. Breakfast so good but products arent fresh and watermelon and ham smells and taste really bad.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating. We traveled as a family and they were quick to prepare the room according to our specific wishes. It is affordable, close to the center and also close to the highway if you travel through the country. I Can highly recommend. Good and varied breakfast.

Room are small and dirty, bathroom also.. The employees are kind, but is an old Motel not Hotel., everything is sticky and smell like... 🤮Never come back here.

The best option for the money in town, good clean rooms, great location everything is close to this place, tasty breakfast. The staff is always great and also counts with a spa open to the clients. Definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here for work with a big group. We ended up using the rooms like an Air BnB. Our room only had one actual bedroom the rest of slept in the living room on couchbed and two twin size beds. The room had a full kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet room. I popped the room's breaker numerous times trying to plug in a voltage converter. The breakfast buffet was lovely.
