Not a four stars hotel. The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options...

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Well situated in the city. Only complaint we had was the air condition room was set to 25’ and we could not adjust it down. Probably could of gone down to reception and had it fixed but at 2am it seemed a little in poor taste. However enjoyed the overnight stay.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice rooms. It was clean and special requests such as an extra pillow were dealt with immediately. The location is ideal, as the hotel is right in the center and so you are right on the spot. In addition, the thermal spring/aquapark is only a few meters away.

Great hotel. Air con, fridge in the room. Parking in the garage under the hotel. the street seems narrow to get to the garage but it is doable. Okish stay. Mixed feelings on the hotel. Quiet but with really strange blinking light in the room. The flashing of smoke detectors was annoying and not letting you properly get off, once noticed. Reception mixed breakfast time and we found it last moment next morning. Overpriced parking, cat keeping in room. Tough communication during booking

The rooms are nice and the location, right in the center, is also a plus. However the bathroom had a bad smell, but at least it was covered by some room deodorant. Another issue was the breakfast which I think it had decent options right at the start but even if we came 1h before the breakfast ended, there were not many options left, and it wasn't resupplied either.

Accomodated in a side building, penthouse, with no AC. Very warm outside, very warm inside. A sad vent-fan did the work very hard. And we had to ask for the towels. Kind of bad accomodation for 4 stars hotel. Advice: Ask everything before!

If you need to stay overnight it's ok. The private parking is nice. They rooms are a bit dirty... But again it works for a overnight stay. There is no restaurant nearby so if you arrive late you need to take a taxi to the city center.

You can eat menu each day, but you have to go early. Sometimes they ran out of some popular meals at 12. The quality of the food is nice.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The bed was awesome, not only super big, but also with a very firm mattress. I slept like a baby. The AC could have been a little stronger, otherwise everything in the room was OK. Breakfast at this place isn't worth any additional charges though. Really, really loved it. Tiny, pretty, clean, organized. Location is excellent, in the heart of the city. Small boutique hotel, so don't expect parking lot. Breakfast is good and enough, liked the coffee very much.

The hotel is perfectly located. Everything went smoothly. The rooms are perfectly clean, food from the restaurant is pleasant. I fully recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful view to the main road and the historical building.

The room had a terrible smell - although they claim it's a non-smoking one. It really smelt like someone's been smoking there for years. The carpet was smelly too and had stains on it. The air-conditioning is very loud and makes strange noises every few minutes making it impossible to sleep when it's on.

The hotel has a pretty decent spa, with two saunas and a steam room. It’s located next to a shopping mall and more or less in the local stadium. It was a pleasant experience to have spent the night here. I had a very good deal for my single room and it was definitely worth the money.

The hotel is however overheated; even if you cut the air conditioning in the room and open the windows it is still very warm. Everything went well except lack of air conditioning system.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big.

The environment is quiet, there are shopping malls and 3 supermarkets nearby, and the hotel parking is free, which is quite convenient

The location is central, just a 12-minute walk from the Old Town. The guesthouse is charming and clean. There is also a courtyard where you can park your car for free, which is a great convenience. We stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel while visiting my mother who lives a couple house down the street. Everything was impeccable clean and important to mention it has been fully renovated. We got room 13! but it was spacious with finest sheets, towels and decor. The room was very spacious and looked down to the small and quiet street. A warm welcome at the reception is always a good start. We stayed here for 1 night with our dog. We had a clean and tidy room and the breakfast was just perfect to set us up for our trip back home. Remarkably friendly place, I only can recommend them!

Stayed here for work with a big group. We ended up using the rooms like an Air BnB. Our room only had one actual bedroom the rest of slept in the living room on couchbed and two twin size beds. The room had a full kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet room. I popped the room's breaker numerous times trying to plug in a voltage converter. The breakfast buffet was lovely.

Booked this hotel as we could park our Motorbikes securely in the courtyard. Arrived late and were shown where to put the bikes. The rooms are simply furnished, spotless with air conditioning and a fridge with a number of different drinks. The beds were so comfortable. Interesting, spartan hotel. If you are expecting luxury, you won't find it. The shower cabin for our standard double could have been cleaner. Decent continental breakfast for a good price.

Although the property is older, it is definitely well taken care of. Close to the older part of town and less than a ten minute walk from the train station you can't go wrong staying here. I will say it was one of the smallest beds I've ever slept on. One other cool note, the Pope stayed here once!

For me it is a 3 star hotel. The room was not great but of course good. Aircon and clean. The bed was a little bit hard and its not one big bed there are two single bed put together. The breakfast was ok. The service friendly. The wifi super slooowww.

The Hotel is only a few minutes away from downtown, on a quiet street, secured parking area, the room was clean, well equipped with all your needs, they have a restaurant as well, the stuff was friendly and helpful, absolutely loved our stay, highly recommended!

A very pleasant hotel in the university area near the center of town. 5 minutes walk from the main bus and train stations and 7 to the pedestrian areas. It had secure parking and a nice patio area. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The breakfast was good and varied. Great value for money and will definitely use them again.

Has everything what a person on the long way needs. It is comfortable, warm, clean. But as an animal lover the wall of shame was a shock for me(animals" tropfe heads). There is a nice parking for the guests, very practical but l belive that during the season there is no enough place for all the guest. We visited it in October, and it was OK.

I didn't miss anything. Approximately 18 minutes walk to the city centre. Accessible parking after passing through the gate - a big plus. Breakfast was sufficient for me.
