Where to stay in Hajdunanas

Jacuzzi not working, room smelled like cigar, pingpong table in bad condition, sauna turned off, staff not so helpful. Basically, most of the interesting facilities, were not available.

The hotel, the personnel, the wellness area and the kitchen is very nice, but overall it has some unpleasant flaws. On the first night of our stay they hosted a wedding which made the service slow and the selection poor (one soup and one main course only). The second evening was fine, overall a good selection and nice service. The management could have compensated this (and the loud music until 6 AM...

It wasn't open when I went there, but there was a 3-meter-tall ostrich that I saw from quite a distance

The place is really fantastic! One that is worth driving up to 10 km from the highway. There are also plenty of ostriches and emus. The hospitality is lavish and the accommodation is also impeccable. The dinner made in the oven was very tasty. So I would love to come back!

Everywhere was clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is nice, the room is nice, homely and modern. We recommend it to those who want peace. 😉

The food; it's brutally delicious homemade, and there's plenty of it. Unfortunately, the apartment in which they were accommodated was brutal, it was not clean, uncomfortable beds were not cleaned. We took a course at the mining resort. Life stopped here but it was pretty clean with all the delicious food in its own free car park

As usual everything was excellent. Friendly and helpfull staff (solved problem with reservetion and guest count verry quickly and without any doubts), comfy and clean rooms and excelent food. Everything you can expect from a stay was fulfilled... Will return back again

We had a great stay at this hotel, everything was great, the hotel and rooms are new, the breakfast and dinner is great, the staff is superfriendly and professional. Our daughter loved to spend a few hours in the pool / welness area to end each day. So to summarize we were very happy with our stay here.

Good place to stop and have a good night rest. I arrived at 21, and I was able to use the spa & welness facilities to relax before going to sleep. The staff was very nice and prompt.

It's a nice place. The food is great. Traditionally authentic and the flavours just extraordinary good. We had a team building over here, and the staff was dead nice to us. Definitely recommend it.

We just used the restaurant and the meeting room, we have not stayed in the hotel at this time. The quality of the food improved a lot compared to my previous experiences here. We were a dozen of people with different meals at the dinner, and none of us had any complain at all.

Located in the quiet suburbs of Nyiregyháza this hotel offers good acccommodation and food. The wellness facilities are also good with pol, Jacuzzis and sauna.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice and friendly staff, delicious breakfast. However, it is very noisy because it is right next to Route 4, payment is cash-only and prices may be a bit high, especially in the summer.

Quaint little place with very hospitable and helpful hosts. If I return to this lovely town, I'd definitely stay at Vaci again.

A very nice place to stay overnight, quiet and peaceful. The beds are a bit creaky and it can get difficult to fall asleep on them if you have a bad back. Otherwise the rooms are fine, stocked with the necessities. I can recommend the place.

Well, the place looks nice. Resembles authentic old architecture. Rooms are nicr, bathroom is great. Caution for tourists: Revolut cards do not work, I have no idea why.

Old casino/castle transformed into a hotel, affordable prices, good breakfast and free bicycles to rent throughout all the day. In the very city center near the cathedral, and the parking lot is accesible from the back of the building. 400m to the mall, and the street is full of restaurants with good prices also.

Location is amazing, couldnt be more central. Very good value, rooms are so big and clean, bathrooms too. An old building they kept the inside traditional but the rooms are more modern. The hotel is situated across the entrance of the old part of the city center, near the mall. This position is close to many downtown attractions. However, what it surprised me is the spa program: from 6PM to 10-11PM!! That's soooo bad! Nice rooms, we had the appartment, everything was in order but no open pool and the restaurant was disappointing, ordered from the menu, expensive food that didn't taste much. The hotel deserves its 4 stars but not the restaurant.

Well cooked meals in the Restaurant, polite and helpfull staff. Parking lot behind the Hotel, a few minutes to walk in the City. Perfect! The Pool ist big enough for a hotel. I spent one night in this establishment and I would like to thank the staff for the quality of the reception, the listening to best satisfy the host. The charming young lady, whose first name I forgot to ask, does her best to speak French. I really recommend this establishment.

This hotel belongs to the same organization as the local zoo. They offer free entrance when you stay here. The hotel is very basic and a bit old but very well maintained. The room had a lot of space and was spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a forest which is great for a walk or run. The breakfast was also basic but correct and the service was super, we had a nice stay here!

Overall good, we had a good time there. The room we had was a little outdated, didn't look like the photos, the furniture seemed older but in good shape and clean. The hair dryer was not working, but we called the reception, and they provided one. The bathroom walls are made of glass, so there is no privacy in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was great (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms are cosy, the indoor pool was small but kids loved it. Horses around the property kind of surround you with tranquility; we got scared by one but it ended up just fine. Overall, a very nice atmosphere!
