5 start from my kid, she loved it, and from me for pleasant stay. Great kids room and food was ok. You always find something u like. Wellness opening hours could be longer.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was kind, helpful, smiling, the restaurant had a rich choice and delicious food

Didn't get the room with the balcony, even though I specifically asked for it. Also didn't get to use the wellness area as it was completely full (mostly kids). Was hard to get a table for dinner/breakfast

The food was decent, expected a bit more to be honest. Not sure I would stay there again

As in any other place, there are minor flaws, but they do not reduce the value of living and resting there

) We had a clean and cozy room with bath robes and extra towels for the sauna. It was overall a lovely experience

We stayed in the Aphrodite Room; we were very impressed with it - it was big, with high ceiling, beautifully decorated, with a romantic atmosphere - ideal for couples

I spent just one night there but I really enjoyed the place. It has a very nice vibe, the breakfast is just enough, the wellness is clean and organized. The pool was cold, but well, it's winter

We asked the reception but according to the lady, the heating was already on and it was supposed to get warmer after 8pm, but it was already 10pm. Besides that: awesome place, super recommend

The hotel itself is very special; the SPA is big, beautifully decorated and fully functional. The inner garden is charming indeed. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options

Our room had a good size, we really liked, the only down part was the water in the shower: it took forever to get warm and it was a very cold day

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.

(in the restaurant, rooms, balconies and at the pool!) Most of the staff was very nice, but there were also people who couldn't say "good morning" etc. , but they could only stare at us

On the website there is information that there is also a small swimming pool outside, for children. The gentleman at the front desk said that this pool hasn't existed for two years

It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

By Ballatone Lake with nice views. Has a nice Swimming pool with Jaccuzi & Sauna.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

Prices are reasonable for a four star hotel. The rooms are small, but we came to relax, not to dance. We are satisfied to the maximum. Thank you very much for the opportunity to spend a pleasant weekend at your hotel!

Nice place with beautiful view to the lake. The interior is really what I expect from a four star hotel. The restaurant is big enough even in rush hours and we very much liked the wellness with the numerous sauna.

Very kind staff, first impression is very good. The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Fantastic facilities, staff were the most professional and friendly. We enjoyed an amazing massage session, the indoor pool and sauna area were just so comfortable. I was truly sad to leave.

We started with the tartare, which was a perfect balance of fresh ingredients and bold flavors. For the main course, we had a seafood plate and roasted duck with sweet potato purée, and it was nothing short of exquisite

While the waiters could have been a bit more smiling, it didn't detract from their professionalism and efficiency. Although prices are very hugh for Hungary, the restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way

 No specific swiming pool except for a small one in the 5 star area but you can pretend swimming in the other pools. Buffet breakfast was OK but no 5 star feeling

You can use both the 5 star's the 4 star hotel's wellness (not shared). At the time we were there they were almost empty. Many pools, one is quite big (4 stars' area), many sauna options, kids pool, jacuzzis, etc

Close to the lake and walking distance to the city. It won't be bad to clean the deckchair for lying next to the lake. And to have one towel for 3 days on these dirty chairs is a joke

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in situated right on the edge of lake balaton it offers a truly 5 star experience , a welcome cocktail when you arrive, amazing room with own balcony and mini bar, service was very good fill your wine as they notice it’s getting low, offered free cheese board at end of your meal, and the spa and pools were some of the best I have been in with and amazing...

Dessert choice is simple and boring, no warm dessert (at a 5* hotel?), no ice-cream (ok it was in december). Only one type of draught beer (!?) and some others bottled (poor choice), wine selection OK

The price is fair, a lot of other places where a lot higher and do not offer the same accommodations or the history that this hotel offers not to mention the staff was very well informed of the history and was helpful in explaining McCann's are close by as well antiques and a lot of history

Small pool for kids was also good, maybe 1 small slider was missing for kids. Saunas were excellent, divided by temperature and at last day even steam sauna was working

There is also kids corner, but our were all time in pools and saunas. And positive was also breakfasts and dinners

Rooms: Could be little bit more cleaner, but bigger problem was bed and mattress. Bed wasn’t in middle supported so it was like funnel and mattress was worn and old. Same was with chair, it was like sitting on toilet

On the site where we made the reservation was parking fee 1500HUF, on hotel document was price 2500HUF and in reality was it 3000HUF per night. In general Im not used to pay separate for parking

Also negative from my point of view is the service tax in restaurant and bar. In general was stay nice, personal is friendly. Lucky the hotel wasn’t too crowdy

You can choose from more different options, sweet, salty, smoked, spicy … but most important is that it was always tasty. Negative: I will start with parking

You can flag at booking your special dietary needs, which in our case was whole food plant based (close to vegan diet)

At arrival to dinner we found one of the most fantastic salad bars with great fresh veggies and we could choose from multiple options when it came to warm food options

Next morning the cleaning lady used bugspray to scare the spiders away. We still found two between the mosquito net and the balcony door. Cleaning lady was nice and helpfull. Dinner was very good and varied

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel in November. The interior is very nice, the kindness of the people working here is outstanding

Breakfast was okay, however we didn't like how the scrambled eggs were too sloppy (lucskos). The little private beach area is cool. After all, we had a good time there

The whole family enjoyed the stay, nice bath, children's corner at the restaurant and a small but very well designed kid's playground inside the building. The hotel is highly recommended!

Friendly staff. Clean, tiny rooms. Some annoyances include paper thin doors and hallway noise, repeatedly asking for toilet paper during a week long stay, no refrigerator except for an outside unit that was dirty.

I think this hotel is nice but not a 4 stars hotel, only a 3. The beds are not so comfortable, I'm thin but I can feel the springs of the bed on my ribs☹️. There are mould in the bathroom the swimming pool area

There are marks of water leaking in on the ceiling in the restaurant. But again, the staff were amazing, made us feel very welcome

We liked the hotel. Amenities like pool table, swimming pool, jacuzzi were good. Rooms were clean. Needs maintainance for rooms & amenities.

Staff helpful, breakfast buffet and always plenty of everything. The big advantage is the pool inside the hotel, unfortunately, the toilets by the pool is a bit of a horror, as is the surroundings

Beautiful area close to the lake, quiet place, clean room and bathroom. The bathroom should be improved especially space. Pool is small but it is enough. Restaurant is in separately building, food are delicious.
