The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.

5 start from my kid, she loved it, and from me for pleasant stay. Great kids room and food was ok. You always find something u like. Wellness opening hours could be longer.

Overall it was an okay stay. Didn't get the room with the balcony, even though I specifically asked for it. Also didn't get to use the wellness area as it was completely full (mostly kids). Was hard to get a table for dinner/breakfast. The food was decent, expected a bit more to be honest. Not sure I would stay there again.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was kind, helpful, smiling, the restaurant had a rich choice and delicious food. As in any other place, there are minor flaws, but they do not reduce the value of living and resting there. Thank you for everything! 😊

The hotel gained parallel good and bad points! The wellness is a bit poor, malfunctioning whirl functions of the pool all day on the weekend is a downside! The food was OK and tasty, the restarunt is a bit dark, it would deserve some extra natural light! The hotel lobby is beautifull and spacy, suggest to close the wellness door as all the moisture coming up kills the great feeling of sitting down...

Nice room and good location if you travel by car. Not for beach fans, but they have a spa. The loud radio during breakfast is very lame.

Really good place . Nice calm atmosphere in the port. But food after 2 yers went to really average :-( We had halfboard and breakfast and dinner were not really good. We understand that to have much variety is not efficient, but would be good to have at least good quality. There is big room for improvement. Put little bit more heart into it. We misssed sourdough rolls for example for breakfast...

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.

❗️We don't want to be rude, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't deserve four stars. Three stars - yes, due to the standard. The rooms definitely need to be renovated, cleanliness is also not a priority for the hotel. (in the restaurant, rooms, balconies and at the pool!) Most of the staff was very nice, but there were also people who couldn't say "good morning" etc., but they could only stare at us...

The hotel is 4 stars...locates where all the private yachtes. Beautiful and quiet place, the hotel has many spacious places for relaxing. Inside Pool is very good, jacuzi and sauna services. Clean and neat. View to lake and you have chance to see yachtes and boat. Room facility is abit old but very clean. dBreakfast and dinner was fabulous. Not many kind of food but every single food is amazingly tasty...

Hotel on Balaton side. Looks good from the outside. Some rooms are new, some feel little bit old. Wellness was ok. We had Problem with staff, not so helpful and very slow.

Staying at this hotel near Lake Balaton was truly a pleasure. Its location, close to Siofok's city center, is perfect for relaxation. The spa, though small, features excellent saunas, and the staff is both kind and attentive. Highly recommend for a peaceful autumn retreat!

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. SPA is very nice. It has bio, finish, and infrared sauna + steam room and pool. The room is big and without a terrace but with a balcony. You can't set the temperature in the room or turn on the heater in the bathroom. Hence, I gave 4 stars. The food is good and all waiters and cooks are friendly. The location of the hotel is in the quiet part a couple hundred meters...

The best hotel for local and international guests who want to have a lovely relaxing luxurious holiday. Rooms carefully cleaned regularly, food is exceptional, the staff is always so friendly and kind and helps in case of need during the day or night. The rooms are modern, recently renovated and spacious. It was truly a lovely holiday and highly highly recommend!!!!!!!!

This hotel was top service with a nice workers. There were many options to beat boredom. Like Play Room, Wellness, Massages and many more! The food was high quality and the rooms were modern luxury style.

Staff made it 3stars, otherwise it would have been a 2. The facilities are badly in need of maintenance. The seats in the sauna are moving around, creating big holes. Half of the machines in the gym aren't working. There are marks of water leaking in on the ceiling in the restaurant. But again, the staff were amazing, made us feel very welcome.

We stayed in the Aphrodite Room; we were very impressed with it - it was big, with high ceiling, beautifully decorated, with a romantic atmosphere - ideal for couples. The hotel itself is very special; the SPA is big, beautifully decorated and fully functional. The inner garden is charming indeed. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options. Would definitely recommend, and will book again...

A very valuable hotel with different room decorations, giving us a room themed Romantic. We enjoyed spa, sauna, and had a good breakfast. The service was enthusiastic, and we even met a girl from Cuba. We will come again!🤗

About 10 mins walk to the "Nagystrand", which you have to pay to access the lake Balaton, however if you stay 2 or more nights and booked with the hotel directly, you can get entry for free. For actual hotel services, everything was up to standards, clean and funtional. We were satisfied with everything. The breakfast is also very delicious. And there are many good things besides accommodation. The quality of the rooms was adequate with modern furniture. I can recommend it to others.

To call a luxury apartment is a poetic exaggeration! Already the login is troublesome because you have to pick up the key in another place and fill in the applicant. Beachside hotel at the Balaton. Supercheap, retro with all the problems that come with it. If you spend most of your time on the beach anyway or come with kids it is great. If you want your room to be supercomfy with airconditioning and silence, forget it.
