It is a nice modern hotel, with a very kind staff, good selection of food for breakfast and supper. Lots of entertainment opportunities. The only downside of things is that you have to pay for drinks at supper time even as a hotel guest. In most hotels I have stayed at drinks were always included in the price.

Very good hotel service but rooms too small for a 4* hotel. The bathroom also lacked liquid soap at the sink. Sensational spa area, several pools and jacuzzi. Many saunas. Water in the pools 30-32 C. Good food for breakfast and dinner.

My family and I were there in March 2025 for a conference and we really liked it. The amenities were great. The food was always professionally prepared and delicious with some variety. We had an easy time using the extra features like the sauna and the bowling alley and such.

I would describe this hotel as fairish. Our stay here was okay, but it was not that special. The food menu at breakfast was pretty poor (no bacon, no beans in tomato sauce, no cereals, no croissants, no fried eggs…). So that was disappointing. On the other hand dinners were great. The staff was okay, however one barman completely ignored me standing in front of the bar as I was waiting to order drinks...

Staying at this hotel near Lake Balaton was truly a pleasure. Its location, close to Siofok's city center, is perfect for relaxation. The spa, though small, features excellent saunas, and the staff is both kind and attentive. Highly recommend for a peaceful autumn retreat!

The best hotel for local and international guests who want to have a lovely relaxing luxurious holiday. Rooms carefully cleaned regularly, food is exceptional, the staff is always so friendly and kind and helps in case of need during the day or night. The rooms are modern, recently renovated and spacious. It was truly a lovely holiday and highly highly recommend!!!!!!!!

This hotel was top service with a nice workers. There were many options to beat boredom. Like Play Room, Wellness, Massages and many more! The food was high quality and the rooms were modern luxury style.

Staff made it 3stars, otherwise it would have been a 2. The facilities are badly in need of maintenance. The seats in the sauna are moving around, creating big holes. Half of the machines in the gym aren't working. There are marks of water leaking in on the ceiling in the restaurant. But again, the staff were amazing, made us feel very welcome.

A beautiful hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, the equipment of the rooms is at a sufficient level. Nice small hotel, staff has poor english what leads to misunderstanding, but in generally they are polite and helpful. In price are bikes and canoe so this is big highlight. Breakfast is simple but fresh. We didt eat dinner due to the misunderstanding, but we asked so they bring it from their restaurant near by.

It's close to the lake. However, if you don't have a car, it's hard to get there from the train station. Although there is a bus line, there are only around 3 or 4 buses in the afternoon. There is a pool and a hot tub on the ground floor. Its nice to unwind there. The breakfast is good too.

The rooms were average, we went in off season so the streets were empty and access to beach wasnt possible. But the hotel had wellness services which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in our plan which was decent and had sufficient options (considering it was off seasons and had limited guests). We had a balcony with beach facing view which was peaceful and great!

Location is perfect. The room a bit too basic but it had everything we need. The breakfast was very bad, that really needs improvement. But that is not a big problem for me as I skipped it most of the days anyway.

Beachside hotel at the Balaton. Supercheap, retro with all the problems that come with it. If you spend most of your time on the beach anyway or come with kids it is great. If you want your room to be supercomfy with airconditioning and silence, forget it.

Answer was "AC is turned to heat already" ... No option to.open windows. Breakfast was OK Spa is small but OK.

To call a luxury apartment is a poetic exaggeration! Already the login is troublesome because you have to pick up the key in another place and fill in the applicant. The four-person apartment is small. The kitchen is separated from the living room (which is the place for two people) by a closet. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, slipping apart. WiFi is unusable. Perfectly lovely stay. Probably not as upmarket as the website makes out - a lot of the facilities feel like they haven’t been updated in 20 years or so. But all perfectly usable and clean, and staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful (and almost all spoke perfect English, and which was a pleasant surprise). Food options were good, with standard basics each evening but also more local specialties...

We love the location, Watching the sale boats go by was a very special treat! The room and accommodations were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. I would suggest curtains which block the light so that the guests can sleep late.

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.
