First of all. This hotel has 2 sides. One is 4* and one is 5*. To be honest, it deserves a maximum of 3 stars. There is chaos everywhere. Hotel Azúr Premium 5* is physically connected to Hotel Azúr 4*. Location: 5. Located some meters away from the lake Balaton, Azúr 4* is a bit away but still close. Staff: 5. Very helpful staff. First room: hmmmm 3 stars, after a room change we stayed in a junior suite with lake view, the latter balances the first, however this room would be normal for a 4 star hotel (no 5 star feeling)...

We had a really nice time. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, has an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as access to a lake with a beach. Inside the hotel you can find facilities for all ages. The food - breakfast buffet, and the dinner... well, better to say that every dinner is small masterpiece! Special praise and honor to the hotel staff who are very friendly and available.

We booked a room for 2 adults + child. We got child bed side by side to the adults bed, but to the feet. We asked to change the room to junior suite which was much bigger. There are many activities for kids in this hotel. e.g. Snooker, Bowling. The pool in this specific hotel is for adults, but there is another pool in the 4 star hotel.

Rooms, food, wellness, relax in nice place

It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

Very kind staff, first impression is very good. The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate. Parking is available, but the number of spaces is limited. The restaurant part is also good, the choice of dishes is not varied, every day is very similar, but I think it's delicious.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.

We stayed in the Aphrodite Room; we were very impressed with it - it was big, with high ceiling, beautifully decorated, with a romantic atmosphere - ideal for couples. The place looks exactly like on thepictures, the staff was very nice to me, and the breakfast was tasty. I only slept here for one night.

I would describe this hotel as fairish. Our stay here was okay, but it was not that special. The food menu at breakfast was pretty poor (no bacon, no beans in tomato sauce, no cereals, no croissants, no fried eggs…). So that was disappointing. On the other hand dinners were great. Good hotel but I’ve stayed 5 days but they only cleaned 2 days (and I’ve payed for all days). The gym opens late (8am) and pools closes early (8pm).

The apartment was simply great. A lot of attention to detail was given. A few dishwasher tablets, a few washing machine capsules and a nice collection of coffee pods for the espresso machine. The place is huge, and located so close to the lake and the center, makes it an excellent choice. A bottle of champagne waiting for us in the fridge was a nice touch too.

Great breakfast on the terrace overlooking Lake Balaton, cleanliness, very nice staff. Large enclosed garden, perfect for everything from sports to smoking. In bad weather in the building ping-pong, rex, table football. It is also a perfect choice for couples and families.

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.

Most of the employees speak English and are really corteous. The hotel is located quite close to the beach, the breakfast is delicious and you can choose between quite a few different things. We're young so it's really nice that right in front of it are some bars and a ferry wheel. In the evening it's a bit loud when you go to bed early but nevertheless you get a good night's sleep.

It has been a few times that I stayed here. A very nice hotel in Siófok. It’s very close to the train station and minutes away from the main walking street and the beach. The hotel is quiet, clean, safe and well maintained. Breakfast is somewhat okay. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The price is reasonable and staff are very helpful.
