Nice location and one of a kind furniture. Nice breakfast. But: full of spiders, rooms are not cleaned. We were hearing animals in the night walking through the attic (maybe rats). For four days not a single room service/cleaning. Wondering why they charge 25€ p. night for small pet. On second day there water started floating from the window into my room and they gave us towels to put under the window...

Beautiful location first of all! The “front desk” was hard to find because it was within one of the buildings in the quad. Very local and simple. Our room had spiders which wasn’t very comforting but other than that, it was a clean room.

A very nice accommodation with an excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can park your bikes in a large room. The dogs are welcomed!

Just be aware when booking non refundable that having paid you may then have to pay extra for pets,parking and ground floor rooms which is not inexpensive. The hotel says all the info is provided but seems to miss the crucial point that the info gets provided drip by drip after paying and if it's not refundable you are stuffed.

We stayed here two nights in February and absolutely loved it. Amazing room with a view, friendly staff and great breakfast. It was nice to stay here in winter with not many people around. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful façade and great breakfast, the rooms are spacious and clean. The reception srrvice could be improved. I was trying to work my check in and I called many times before i could get a response.

have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. The main chief was very polite and did well the job there were a wide range of tasty foods, although the rooms could have been more modern just because the furnitures looked like middle of 20th century and it's involved to the bathroom either.

Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc. It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer. Food was good as well.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean food is also good(everyday is something for kids), the biggest advantage of this hotel is location 😍👌 it is really worth to pay for room with the lake view. Great swimming pools for kids. I can highly recommend it:)

This is a nice place with good food. I give it just 4 stars, because the hotel is a little bit outdated and the staff could have been nicer. In the restaurant they are nice, but at the reception not that much. The swimming pools are fun.

Hard one to rate! Honestly, the place is excellent, the facilities are great and the two bartenders, I think Tamas and Vivien, were lovely. However, we were turned away from attending breakfast in a robe in a slightly rude manner, then were offered to have breakfast to our room without being informed on the extra charges this entails. Plus, you have to make sure you get your towel card back every time...

A beautiful, smaller hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and wonderful view of lake Balaton at a "good address". One indoor and one outdoor pool with whirlpools and a children's pool. Nearby is a boat station with transfer to other cities. Parking for 6€ per day in the underground garage is a bonus.

We've just enjoyed a two night stay here. Faultless! Check in: Smooth and helpful. Gave us a map for the local area. Baggage hold if you check in a little earlier. Rooms: Spacious and clean. The shower could have been a little hotter. Furniture on the balcony. Well stocked mini bar. Breakfast: A wide range of options. Either hot or cold. Spa: Great facilities. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools...

good room, great location, and excellent service. the staff was always helpful during my stay. though we speak different languages, they still served really well. the breakfast was good too. the view from my room was so beautiful. i really enjoyed my stay here

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂

Nice hotel close to restaurants and great relax department. On the downside, the beds in our room were not great, and there is no hotel beach access.

The hotel is centrally located in Balatonfured near to the coast. The environs are really nice. We've been there for bowling. The bowling area is okay but there are some technical equipment which should be brought to state-of-the-art. Nevertheless the hotel is beautiful and has a nice wellness area as well as all the necessary services.

The rooms were out of date, not what the pictures showed. Food was great and service was nice. Great location but cleanliness and room quality was not at 4 star service.

the staff is kindly polite for breakfast with a delicious wide selection.Because unfortunately my feet are sick I was glad that there is an elevator only to the room had to go down stairs which was strenuous.Before booking I inquired by phone in this direction and got a reassuring answer. . The cleanliness of the whole hotel is impeccable. The room is also suitable for all areas.

I pretty much got what I paid for. Decent breakfast selection, good location, WIFI in the rooms. - The rooms could be cleaned better.

We had a great time in a wonderful, family environment, with kind, attentive, helpful hosts. Special recognition for the really rich, delicious breakfast. The cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the rooms were perfect for us. I can only recommend it to those who want to relax!

Been there for just one night on our way to Budapest. I wish we would have stayed longer!! It is so beautiful and nice there, the pool is fun, as is the ping-pong table in the back, the room was super clean and cosy, the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast enough to be full, everything very clean and tidy. Feels like home there, it's a very sweet atmosphere! Thank you for having us

Extremely kind and friendly staff. They were helpful in everything. We arrived at the accommodation by bicycle. Secure bicycle locking option. Very delicious dinner and breakfast. The rooms they are clean and very cozy. The mattress is very comfortable. The view is fantastic. They were also flexible about the time of departure. We hope that we will have the opportunity to stay here for several more...

We were here only one night but received only positive emotions. The biggest pluses from us: 1) for the location: not far from the highway (it is easy to find this place + gas station on your way) 2) amazing air as the hotel is close to the lake 3) playground with trampoline and children's room with different games (just necessary when you are traveling with 3 children:)) 4) restaurant is open 16....

It is a good hotel with quiet and air-conditioned rooms. The air-conditioning is a bit weird, though, as it is located in the bathroom. The food is very good and you can take as much as you want. The welness is very good also. The parking is too small for the amount of rooms they have. I don't understand their pricing policy, they told me they will send me discounts for the next year and it turned...

Lovely, wellness hotel. The staff is friendly, the food is well presented, and cooked to perfection. Hassle free service. The wellness facilities are satisfactory. The extra services are excellent. I had an hour of relaxation massage,pleasant atmosphere, and the lady was amazing. Super friendly, cheerful and attractive indeed. ;) I would recommend this place to anyone who is after a relaxing weekend...
