Amazing view of Balaton, clean rooms (Deluxe) on the 5. floor, nice, helpful staff, glutenfree meals. Pleasant environment, many green plants, trees around the hotel, wellness possibilities, the possibility of renting electric bike.

Clean, tidy Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great food. The hotel park is nice and tidy. Lots of activities. Excellent hiking and cycling opportunities.The Wellnes can be used from 7 am. The area has a lot to offer, with great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Clean hotel, complete services, very warm rooms, spa is also very clear. In half board accomodation choices where relatively limited but very tasty. parking is charged extra although there is no alternative.

Everything is always perfect! Excellent services! Long-opening wellness, delicious food, clean rooms, beautiful beach! The STAFF is kind and attentive! We have been here many times, it is our favorite place. Thank you for the experience, we will be back!

If you are ortending to he 4star hotel, there are couple of basic terms you need to state for. 1.Coffie machine can be with kettle,but not stand alone 2.Furniture has to be comfortable. 3.Bath utilites 4.Safe box Bath robs given in the lobby is 20th century(under signature) 1 bottle of water... Its good 3 stars Lobby stuff kind Most of attractions still closed Breakfast very good. Dinner can be better

Nice location and one of a kind furniture. Nice breakfast. But: full of spiders, rooms are not cleaned. We were hearing animals in the night walking through the attic (maybe rats). For four days not a single room service/cleaning. Wondering why they charge 25€ p. night for small pet. On second day there water started floating from the window into my room and they gave us towels to put under the window...

Beautiful location first of all! The “front desk” was hard to find because it was within one of the buildings in the quad. Very local and simple. Our room had spiders which wasn’t very comforting but other than that, it was a clean room.

A very nice accommodation with an excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can park your bikes in a large room. The dogs are welcomed!

Just be aware when booking non refundable that having paid you may then have to pay extra for pets,parking and ground floor rooms which is not inexpensive. The hotel says all the info is provided but seems to miss the crucial point that the info gets provided drip by drip after paying and if it's not refundable you are stuffed.

The room is a historical house, and the room is very large because we want an inner and outer bedroom. The shower is powered by an electric water heater. It takes a while for one person to finish washing the other. Otherwise there is no hot water. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room. There are some problems with the facilities. Amazing hotel to take the kids. Plenty of activities and the play area is awesome! Very friendly staff, especially Kace at the reception is a sweetheart. Would recommend visiting during off-season, as its a bit quieter and has a more relaxing atmosphere. The food is also great :)

I haven't yet done check out so maybe the price will scare me. That being said my kids loved it here, lots of kids things to do for children (in the summer) food was great. and room were good. AC didn't cook to reception supplied us with both a fan and an portable cooling unit. They plan to renovate the entire air conditioning as well. have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. The main chief was very polite and did well the job there were a wide range of tasty foods, although the rooms could have been more modern just because the furnitures looked like middle of 20th century and it's involved to the bathroom either.

Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc. It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer. Food was good as well.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean food is also good(everyday is something for kids), the biggest advantage of this hotel is location 😍👌 it is really worth to pay for room with the lake view. Great swimming pools for kids. I can highly recommend it:)

This is a nice place with good food. I give it just 4 stars, because the hotel is a little bit outdated and the staff could have been nicer. In the restaurant they are nice, but at the reception not that much. The swimming pools are fun.

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful during our whole stay. The location is perfect, the Balaton coast is just a stone's throw away. We tried the sauna session, which was one of the best parts of our trip.

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. And in the same time you can feel the history behind the walls. It is a place where must go.

Anna Grand Hotel is a well-known beautiful hotel. The location is superb. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not at a very high level upon my visit. The facilities were very nice and also the food was OK.

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂

the staff is kindly polite for breakfast with a delicious wide selection.Because unfortunately my feet are sick I was glad that there is an elevator only to the room had to go down stairs which was strenuous.Before booking I inquired by phone in this direction and got a reassuring answer. . We had a great time in a wonderful, family environment, with kind, attentive, helpful hosts. Special recognition for the really rich, delicious breakfast. The cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the rooms were perfect for us. I can only recommend it to those who want to relax!

Been there for just one night on our way to Budapest. I wish we would have stayed longer!! It is so beautiful and nice there, the pool is fun, as is the ping-pong table in the back, the room was super clean and cosy, the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast enough to be full, everything very clean and tidy. We were here only one night but received only positive emotions. The biggest pluses from us: 1) for the location: not far from the highway (it is easy to find this place + gas station on your way) 2) amazing air as the hotel is close to the lake 3) playground with trampoline and children's room with different games (just necessary when you are traveling with 3 children:)) 4) restaurant is open 16....

It is a good hotel with quiet and air-conditioned rooms. The air-conditioning is a bit weird, though, as it is located in the bathroom. The food is very good and you can take as much as you want. The welness is very good also. The parking is too small for the amount of rooms they have. I don't understand their pricing policy, they told me they will send me discounts for the next year and it turned...

Lovely hotel by lake Balaton It was wonderful, the hotel is located just minutes from the beach, breakfast was delicious with home backed goods. Good but not good enough This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel). The rooms are smelly of humidity and else.

We had a great time staff were proffered and friendly and the atmosphere was awesome definitely looking forward to spend some more quality time there.
