Amazing hotel and service! During the war nonetheless which was a very difficult time for everyone. Zehavit went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. She sat with us many times just to ease our worries. Kevin from food and beverage was also amazing. He came and checked up on us regularly with a smile. We will definitely be back!
This place is amazing!!! Everyone.. from the house keeping to the CEO During this war conflict may I mention some - `SOME(!) `of the staff Zehavit, Kevin, Yelena and Peter Who made us all feel safe and calm There’s no doubt we will be back her asap! Thank you all for your love and ALL YOU DO! May life here be calm and be as beautiful as you.
My wife and I stayed at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean, and the most fun was in the lounge. The view was amazing and the staff was helpful and Zehavit, giving us amazing service! We w definitely be back.
I’ve stayed in several places in TLV, and none compare to the total experience at Intercontinental! I will return !
Intercontinental David Hotel is the place to stay in Tel Aviv. Here you feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. The view from there over the ocean is simply amazing! The location of the hotel is perfect right at Tel Aviv Beach and close to Jaffa Old Town. But the best is the staff: everyone working at Intercontinental David Hotel is very friendly...
We had a wonderful stay at the David Intercontinental Hotel. The service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming. We especially want to highlight the exceptional service we received from Zehavit and Martina – they were incredibly kind, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The building itself, the garden and the pool are absolutely amazing. Rooms are really nice but not so functional.. and a bit difficult to understand how to do things.. (TV in the mirror, curtains with button next to the bed etc. breakfast is really nice with good variety. You can find a nice buffet + menu to choose hot dish. Also the restaurant is really good Generally speaking very nice for...
Our children brought us a present of afternoon tea at the Jaffa as our roots are British 50 and 42 years here and they know we like afternoon tea.The room was stunning with only a few tables .To be fare the staff were friendly and told us to ask if we needed anything .And the food tasty .But This is not the 1st tea I have had in Israel and abroad .The tea itself was a good brand but served in a tiny...
Review: The Jaffa Hotel – A Stunning Venue with Disappointing Service We chose The Jaffa Hotel for its beauty and reputation, especially to mark a special occasion – a wedding. While the hotel itself is architecturally stunning and the location is truly one-of-a-kind, our experience, particularly around the bridal package and service, left much to be desired. Booking the Bridal Package – A Nightmare...
Great hotel, very comfortable, great location too. Good pool, all nice and clean, beautiful room.
From the moment we arrived the staff at the Jaffa were truly incredible. 5 nights of our needs, wants or concerns were always met. Aviad with concierge was very attentive and extra helpful when it came to planning. Thank you for making every day of our stay very special.
Very good hotel. The staff is beyond praise. Well done!!!

I liked the hotel, it is conveniently located, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the girl at the reception Yulita is nice, everything is ok. Only the cleaners start talking loudly and vacuuming at 7 am. Otherwise everything is great 👍
And it's not my first time in Israel. It's my first time in this hotel. I think the location, breakfasts, and service are all great! I recommend it to everyone!!!
I added money to get a large double bed, and I still got 2 beds, heating did not work, but they were nice and brought a rib oven, standard and unexciting breakfast
A very good experience, foreign friends are very friendly
So thrilled with my selection of the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect. In the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect walkable location. The breakfast is remarkable. Something for everyones desires. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but in Tel Aviv one is meant to be out to enjoy this amazing city, not inside your...

Before our arrival we had some doubts regarding the value of The Norman since it’d be challenging to justify the stiff price. However, after our stay, we totally understand it. Everything, from the attentiveness of all the personnel tending to us during our check in, through the impeccable room experience, pool, Alena, The Library and the spa treatments, was absolutely amazing. Thanks for making our...
This place was very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was great. Hotel is close and walk distance from everything, Carmel Market, Rothschild, and to another famous street full of restaurants that end it at the Carmel market, right now I can’t remember the name. The staff were always very helped and friendly. The only downside is that they are not a stroller/wheelchair friendly hotel, probably because...
We went to The Norman for a short staycation. Me and my partner booked a Loft Suite and it was stunning - a beautifully designed space with a thoughtful layout and a charming balcony overlooking Melchett Street. I want to mention the great pieces of israeli artists that are on display throughout the whole hotels facilities, we loved it. There is nothing more to say. The service was on the highest standard...
Quite simply the best hotel in Tel Aviv. The service from the moment you arrive is impeccable. All the staff are just so helpful and friendly. The beds are enormous and so comfortable. You honestly can’t beat breakfast on the terrace. Special mention to Harry on concierge, he always managed to get us the restaurant bookings we wanted even when the restaurants looked fully booked. If I had to say one...
Had a fantastic evening at Alena during the week of Purim. Located inside The Norman Hotel, the restaurant offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere that made for a great dining experience. I went with a friend and tried a variety of dishes, each offering something unique. We had lamb and fish skewers served with fresh, fluffy pitas, crispy chips, and all the dips on the menu. The pita was freshly baked...
We had a lovely night at the Norman. Yes its pricy but the quality is top notch. Breakfast is well known in the Tel Aviv and rightfully so. Pool on the roof is lovely & clean (salty water 💦 ). Would love to visit again some day.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool Upon arrival I was told pool is under construction. I was refered to for pay public pool...that was closed. They wouldn't comp me for breakfast either Essentially they said " sorry ..too bad" STAY AWAY
Great hotel especially the staff and the professional and welcoming attitude nothing was a problem The room we had was of a very good size although the property is being refurbished and the swimming pool was not available <we where informed> prior to booking and on checking > nothing was a problem and that did not effect our trip
Good hotel in a good location, swimming pool was not open until August due to renovation and the fitness room was very outdated and small.
Facing the sea, the beach environment is first-class.
Great place and great service 🙏🏻

Very comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast room felt a bit like a kibbutz dining room, but the selection of food.
Great location and great staff. Location so close to the beach. Also 15.min walk from Dizengoff
Rooms are 5 star service is 5 star breakfast 5 star The only thing I was upset about is the pool - the pool was cold they don't use the heater for the pool But besides that the hotel have Shabbat elevator, everything was super clean, they gave us towels everything we requested. They have option to add Shabbat dinner for 250 shekels. would recommend the hotel rooms.
You can’t beat the location. Beautiful beach. Friendly staff. The rooms could use a little upkeep! The view from our room was nice. Tel Aviv is a busy and noisy city but this hotel is in a nice, central, safe location. Easy access all over Tel Aviv. Don’t miss the nearby Old City Jaffa.
I stayed here for 4 weeks on a business trip during May, Orchid is a great hotel right on the beachfront promenade. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet! Comfortable rooms and nice views.
Location- excellent Room condition- poor to adequate Room clean - sub-standard (sheets not changed during our stay, had to ask for in room coffee every day, need to ask for clean towels every day, shampoo and soap not refilled) General room condition - bad upkeep. shower unclean, bathroom door knob broken ( despite leaving it out for repair), entry door loose in the door frame (security issue) Staff...

Great find, this hotel. Eclectic mix of decorative pieces give it a great boutique hotel feel. Rooms are spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff.
The Hotel and staff was amazing friendly and helpful. We had a great time and everything was perfect. We'll be back for sure
Incredible location. Super clean. Quite. Profrssional and Courteous staff around the clock. I wouldn't think twice.
Excellent hotel! Modern design, clean and large rooms, excellent service from check-in to check-out. The hotel is located in an excellent area - walking distance from the Carmel Market, Nahalat Binyamin and more ... In conclusion, highly recommended!
Amazing place, at the first moment we arrived we was amazed by the beautiful interior design. The staff was very nice and we personally got escorted to the room( you don’t see that much today in hotels). The studio room is amazing, big room, big bad king size and beautiful bathroom. We absolutely loved it all. A big plus is the 24/7 coffee & cookies at the lobby.

I had 4 great nights there! Super friendly, helpful staff, all of them! Perfect location for me - I love the Levinsky Market area. Facilities completely adequate and clean... Will be very happy to come back!
Very nice rooms with advanced check-in system. They gave us an upgrade free of charge in a bigger room with a balcony and they left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The staff at the reception was very helpful. They even leave a list of good restaurants and pubs to explore in the area. The room was nice, modern and clean. The location is very good! The area is full of live, night and day.
not for couples!!! We reserved the deluxe room with balcony... We got a room on the rooftop on the Fourth floor it was not nice ... The room was depressing with no view and the only window was to the patio where other guest can hang ..no privacy!!! The facilities like air conditioning and bath, kitchen were ok. The patio is fine but you don't get Street view which is one of the most fun in Tel Aviv...
Nicely remodeled hotel. The room is small but very clean and bright. Easy check in, you are given your door code and you can let yourself in. Small refrigerator provided, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Quiet area and great location.
Small and cozy. Great location, right by levinsky market.
Small hotel, self registration, located in a cool area. You're right next to lots of restaurants and bars. Wifi was spot on, TVs were smart ones (good for streaming you're Netflix), rooms very clean and comfortable. Great host. If you're the type of traveler that doesn't like big hotels or short term apartment rentals, then this hotel is perfect for you.

Very disappointed with the hotel. It's going downhill. I've been there 4 times, probably the last one.
Amazing hotel, so clean and beautiful and the location is one of the best in Tel Aviv.

First I must say that I was surprised by the name "Hotel" as for me the organisation of the five rooms seemed more like an Airbnb. Even though the "Oliver Hotel" was quick to answer my questions by mail I never had someone's name nor did I ever see anyone. The room was really clean but definitely not sound-proof - luckily the air-conditioning cut out some of the noise from the restaurants and bars...
I would definitely go back to the Oliver in Tel Aviv. Location was central, the room and common room were spotless, renovated and tastefully decorated. There were some nice touches added like a bottle of water, soda water and nuts in every room. Check in was easy since I was emailed the code in advance. We heard no noise from outside and it was overall a very nice experience. I would definitely stay...
Overall really good place. Quick to respond to queries. There’s a shared kitchen with coffee (Nespresso), tea and even beer. Room had nice little touches (some snacks and still and sparkling water. Loved the balcony room. Nothing better than starting the day with a coffee on the balcony to wake up. Clean place. But no cleaning of the room during the stay (I stayed for 3 nights). Rooms are not sounds...

Barbara is an exceptional host. We were greeted and welcomed well. She also upgraded our room into a garden suite! The place was clean, convenient parking, towels and shower gels, shampoos are always changed/refilled daily. Host was also great in recommending places to go. Truly our stay was one of the best out of all our travels. Thank you barbara and Lala hotel!
Charming boutique hotel with tiled floors, arched rooms, and a lovely backyard garden. Very good amenities (strong AC, clean and renovated bathroom). Welcoming, helpful owners who care about your experience even before and after you arrive. Near Park HaHarshot, a 20 minute walk from the main action of Jaffa to the West and Tel Aviv to the North.
Wonderful tiny hotel with a lot of love from the owners. Barbara and Guy are fantastic hosts and helped us eg by finding a great restaurant for dinner etc. you feel how much love they put into their hotel. We will for sure come back.
Excellent hotel. Perfect location to travel around Israel. The hosts were so accommodating. Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Israel ever again
Loved the stay here! Pretty cheap for Israel, convenient location, very nice design of the rooms. The room was clean and the stuff was very polite and supportive. Contactless check-in. A bit noisy cause it's near the road, but that's the common problem in Tel-Aviv
I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are very authentic with a cave-style ceiling mixed in with modern decor and the garden was beautiful. Barbara and the staff offered excellent customer service 24/7. As for location, it is a 20-30 minute walk to Old Jaffa which was not bad at all. Overall, I highly recommend!

The hotel is not far from the sea, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff
Nice little city-style hotel in the middle of Tel Aviv. It is 5min walk from the beach, has a rooftop-gym and sauna (no pool) and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is tasty and the service is friendly and helpful. Only real downside: the hotel has only 2 small elevators and if a group comes and goes at the same time, it might cause delays.
Rooms are very simple. Small bathroom with very tiny sink and shower. During the shower there was a big flood of water on the bathroom floor which made it uncomfortable for a 3 nights stay. Public areas are pleasant and the breakfast very good, it was a plus! Nearby the hotel the streets are under construction but many areas in Tel Aviv look like that. Position is good though, near the beach and Alenby...
Very nice hotel near the beach and old town Jafa area. The rooms are clean and well designed. There is a nice lobby area to hang out with coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is very good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is also slight off the busy traffic area, so very quiet at night. They also leave a small box of chocolate truffles at the well. The chocolates are...
Location is great, just a very short walk to the beach, and good restaurants The room I felt was a good size, I found the bed itself quite uncomfortable and hard, and it was on wheels and would move if I sat upright. The bathroom very helpfully provided hair conditioner, but the shower is open and level with the floor so the whole bathroom gets very wet when you shower. The hotel itself is great...
Perfect location close to the beach, just a short walk a couple of hundred meters, big room on the 3rd floor with a big balcony facing west, hot in the afternoons but perfect in the mornings and evenings. Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars with in walking distance. Friendly and helpful stuff. Daniel from the front desk was very kind and helpful.
Lovely stay, amenities not as promised I had a great time and can recommend this place, provided travellers are aware they don't actually provide everything their listing claims. I'll address these first and then list the nice stuff.
