I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool
Upon arrival I was told pool is under construction.
I was refered to for pay public pool...that was closed.
They wouldn't comp me for breakfast either
Essentially they said " sorry ..too bad"

Great hotel especially the staff and the professional and welcoming attitude nothing was a problem
The room we had was of a very good size although the property is being refurbished and the swimming pool was not available ＜we where informed＞ prior to booking and on checking ＞ nothing was a problem and that did not effect our trip

Good hotel in a good location, swimming pool was not open until August due to renovation and the fitness room was very outdated and small.

3 day vacation in Tel Aviv with my significant other. Hotel is quite nice!
The room was on level 3, despite the fact its not very high up, the view was half parking lot half beachside, can’t really complain though, bc the price was very low. The room was huge! High ceiling and very clean. The staff was amazing, very responsive, professional, and helpful when needed. The food is oh so delicious, i can recommend you to eat there instead of eating outside in restaurants and fast food for 3 times the price. The parking lot is very close by and is cheap in Tel Aviv standards, 50nis/day, paid through the hotel front desk.
Only complaint i have is the fact that the credit card reader at the front desk does not work properly, and makes you go out of your way just to find an atm to pay for the room, parking and everything else you need to pay for in the hotel. The card reader rejected 3 different credit and debit cards i have, and made me pay cash. Its the little things that can cause unnecessary stress, especially when youre in a hurry to checkout and leave the hotel.
TLDR: very good hotel! Recommend it to anyone who wants a great all around hotel, woth killer views, great prices and amazing location.
Just pay with cash for everything, dont count on their reader.
