Location: 160 km from Ben Gurion airport (tel Aviv), near the Dead sea.
Consists of one 10-storey building.
The hotel has 388 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 70 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, 5 meeting rooms (800 persons), 1 outdoor pool, SPA, physician services, Laundry, elevators, email service
Attractions: table tennis , gym, sauna, steam room with charge, Hammam paid, chargeable Jacuzzi, massage / on charge, Billiards for a fee

I expected the hotel to be more updated.
The design is very old and the food options are a little bit poor, less than expected.
It needs a proper refreshment.
It is close to the edge of the boardwalk but far from the malls and restaurants.
There is nothing to do at night.
I have been in other hotels of this chain and they were much better.
I wouldn't come here for the holidays.

We stayed in this hotel several times, and it was good.
However, last time we were disappointed.
Dirty bathroom. Poor food. Bad organization. The hotel is overloaded. The staff is not able to respond to the pressure.
There is no service in the dining room. You have to look for the table yourself, while there is no free clean one.
At the same time, the hotel has a good location (on the beach of Daed Sea), an excellent and free spa, and a shadow over the pool (very important in hot weather).
I hope it will be better and we'll be back there.

Check-in is at 15:00 we didn't get a room until 17:00. The room was set up for 3 people instead of the requested 5 (which they confirmed at 15:00 when we arrived). After requesting 3 times the problem was fixed at only 20:00, and we have a young baby who needed to sleep. The pool and dining room is so packed to the maximum, you just don't even want to go in. The room is in such bad shape. The walls are cracking the door frames are rusting and pealing. The lamp shade is broken. The air conditioner is missing it's front cover. The bathroom is in such need of renovation, every where I look it's cracked, rusted or molded. I have no idea how they are selling this room to ANYONE. The spa is nice but even then, the ceiling vents are disgusting, rusted and falling down. The place is in such need of renovation and it doesn't seem like anyone cares to do so. In all honesty, I would have rather stayed home because it's 42 degrees outside and going to the beech is not even an option. The pool closes at 6pm. The lobby is nice. Hoping for the rest of the stay to improve.

Excellent location, first line of the beach. Great room with a lovely view, balcony and big bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy.
On the ground floor, there are slot machines for children, and a store with the most necessary goods and Dead sea cosmetics, which is very convenient.
The buffet choice is good, fresh and delicious food, great variety of drinks. The service was friendly and professional.
Concierge service also was excellent with great advise along with getting us beach towels for a trip to the beach.
10/10, recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend 👍

If you imagine an all inclusive fun hotel, you are not imagining this hotel.
The food was not good at all, our room was not cleaned the entire day, we were out of the room between 8 am to 3 pm and the only thing the manager had to say is “you must have left the do not disturb sign on” which we did not. In addition, the hotel is advertising an all inclusive vacation but actively denies alcohol in the pool by not having any alcohol in the pool’s bar and serving alcohol only in the in door bar (3 minutes minimum from where you sit at the pool) and only serving to fully clothed guests. In other words they deny alcohol consumption in the pool by design. In conclusion, this did not feel like all inclusive vacation but a vacation with bad food and service, stay away.

meeting rooms small and staff not professional in support staff are not very professional in interpersonal skills, food is good, rooms are poor, and orientation and signs are not available for directions

The beach is very nice and overall good value option in ein bokek but the hotel itself seems run down. Eating is only inside and cleanliness was medium at best.

Unfortanately was here for a job. This hotel strongly demonstrate that you get what you pay for. For those who love "for free" probably will be a good choice.

This hotel is good. The pros are that it has it's own beach, which is great because it's just a 2 min walk, Also there's unlimited food and drink everywhere.
The cons are that the staff isn't that patient. The food is very varied but not so high quality. It takes a really long time for the lift to arrive and some of the lifts weren't checkd lately and it says on the security sticker that it is dangerous to use. I'm young so I don't really care about the lifts nor the inpatient staff, besides that everything is great.
