We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Oasis hotel by the Dead Sea. The views were breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Hani, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly amazing—his kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

During our stay at the Oasis Hotel at the Dead Sea, we faced some initial room issues. Manager Hani was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out and made our experience memorable.

It is a scam - 2*/3* hotel disguised in 4* hotel.
A/C does not work and sound like an airplane engine.
No water in room when I tell them or available at the front desk.
Limited staff speaking English 24/7, 1 person did very well and not going to mention his name to respect his privacy.
No private beach as stated in their details about the property. I have attached the photo and they probably removed after my complain.
The breakfast is cafeteria level with poor quality ready for a food intoxication.
Blanket not adapted to the bed size and no mattress-topper.
I did not want to write this review but the management did not left me no choice after no refund or proper compensation proposed. Also, the management implied in the email exchange that I am a liar.
I send a complain to the Israeli Consumer Council with the emails exchange and photos.
Look at other place for the same rate.
Good luck if you stay there.

Elegant Hotel & Outstanding Service – Ask for Hani!
Oasis Dead Sea Hotel is one of the most beautiful and elegant hotels I've ever stayed in! The place is super clean, the rooms are tidy and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
What stood out the most was the amazing staff – always smiling, helpful, and truly care about the guests.
I want to give special thanks to Hani, the night shift manager, for his warm welcome, great hospitality, and outstanding service. Hani is polite, helpful, friendly – he’s simply amazing!
Ask for Hani when you arrive – he’ll make your stay even better.

Parking extremely limited. Access to the beach far from hotel. No food we could eat.other patrons very noisy

For a 4 star hotel i would say service at 0.
We did a reservations for 2 rooms for 2 couples.
Once we started to order for a massage, they switching up the names and thought we were one couple, one of the rooms was not even writing in system.
After multiple conversations with the manager Lena. To try to figure it out. she shouting for no reason and saying that’s not her problem and assigning us to someone else.
I would say to the directors of this hotel, that’s maybe smart to start invest in professional management who can handle some tasks.
And make king client like other hotels can handle.
1 final thing, we had the massage and no complaints.

Basically everything is first rate. Pool was excellent. But it should open at 6am not 8:30am in my opinion. Spa and indoor pool is available but I didn’t have time to use them. Synagogues are available, one near the lobby and one, one floor below if that is important. There is a solarium on the top floor but the door was locked? There is a bar and common area for performances. Food is buffet style, plentiful and pretty good. Room was clean and spotless. Only complaint the kettle was slightly antiquated. When I used it, it wouldn’t go off and I nearly burned my hand when grabbing the handle as the handle is hollow and is heated by the boiling water. One last thing maintenance is conducted around the hotel and may be visually annoying but for me not a big deal. That’s it. It’s recommended.

It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. To get to the sea the stairs/steep path may be tough for the elderly. It is reasonably close for others. Parking can be tough to find that is close. The dining room got a bit crowded, and not all the drinks were available. No instant decaf coffee was provided in the room.
