Rooms are very our dated. Sheets had stan spots. We had a 3 single bed room which only had 2 actual beds and 1 small sofa that was not level. Our bathroom didn't have towels for 3. When we left for the day and came back the window was left open which let in mosquitos as they didn't have a netting in the window so had to spray the room with bug spray. Food at the restaurant was good and service there was great.

Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.

This hotel chain advertised it's a 5 🌟 accommodation in Jerusalem. That is very true in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 & United States 🇺🇲 location's I've Staded at. Unfortunately, Not True in Jerusalem
when I compare with the same chain in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 or USA!! 🇺🇸 Most of the Frontline Staff don't speak or understand English in the buffet restaurant or the bellhop service!! I had to call the hotel managers on duty every time I requested basic requirements from the departments mentioned to instruct them in their native language every single time!! Very very frustrating!! 😤 There's no Irons in any rooms on purpose. I had to leave my room with my items that needed ironing to another area of the hotel 🏩 to do that!! Very very inconvenient & time consuming if other guests are waiting to do so the same time as you!!

Cannot believe my story with Ramada…I cancelled my reservation under my new name Hoffman , cancelled as my mother was in hospital.
They assured me all fine, due to circumstances.
I was them charged for a weeks accomodation.
Two months later still fighting for refund which they refused.
Bookings. Com have refunded but only credit, which is not good enough as it was 700 Australian Dollars!
Never book this hotel if people behave like this! Have reported this story in Australia!

The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.

Location and buffet are good but maintenance of equipment and cleaning is not a high priority obviously. Many times the staff also seems to be annoyed by requests except from staff in the lobby and room cleaning. Restaurant staff and especially gym staff is almost rude.

The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.

Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes

Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities. It might appear old, but a lot of work is done here to keep the hotel in decent shape so I recommend this hotel.
