The hotel is beautiful , right on the beach .the stuff in the launch is out of this world. Mazal the manager is so helpful and warm, she went out and beyond to help us. Marry in is so sweet and always their to fullfeel your wish. And Lilach the chef is the best both as a person and as a chef. Amazing food! Each day. We stayed 2 weeks in the hotel it was a pleasure .

Elena Adam Maria Mazal I have been here since the Iran conflict started and this group of individuals have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make my stay not only comfortable BUT also enjoyable which is a lot given the circumstances. I have written in the past about the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. It's an excellent hotel for either business or pleasure. The beach is across the street, the rooms, pool and gym are excellent, the food is great, the lounge is excellent and most of all, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and always trying to help with anything needed! For me, Henri at the front desk should get the service award of the year. He is always welcoming and tries very hard to make every stay an excellent visit, as do many of the others including the great team in the lounge. Many thanks and we look forward to seeing you every time we come to the hotel (several times a year)!

I like to express my experience using the club lounge. The staff Elena, Adam, Alex , Anastassiya and Guy were fantastic, very polite, helpful and professional in everything. I enjoyed the service very much and looking forward to my next visit

Best hotel service I’ve ever had. Downstairs breakfast: First off, insane spread of food, best I’ve had at any hotel. They hire a barista named Senya who can make you any coffee drink you could want— And it is Excellent! Svetlana is the kindest person and makes sure you have everything you need. Zhenia makes great shakshuka. Upstairs lounge: very nice breakfast and dinner (also a great spread). The staff makes sure you have everything you could possibly need. Mazal, Elena, Adan, Anastassia, Guy, Maria, and Janice run a tight ship and are as friendly as can be. My favorite nights upstairs is the AYCE sushi nights. They hire an excellent sushi chef who can make great tuna, salmon and vegetarian roll options. The view at the 18th floor is a panoramic view of Tel Aviv. Stunning. Could not recommend this hotel any higher, the staff really make it the best experience you can have.

Great hotel, very convenient location. Lounge is excellent with refreshments and drinks, easy to work. The breakfast at the hotel has a large selection of food. The staff was excellent and attentive, especially Elena. This experienceade the trip much easier.

I would give this hotel 7 stars if they had the option but just simply wow . Let me start by saying that team is genuine , caring And everyone is so helpful . We arrived after a long flight from NYC and was immediately assisted by Jonathan who gave us one of the best room with a view of the beach which was just simply out of the world. The hotel is centrally located to anything and everything, pool is on the 2nd floor with views that can rival any other pretty cities in the world with a bar that will make you super happy . Housekeeping Service was prompt and room was in an excellent condition. Bus stand is right opposite to the hotel that can connect you with the train station taking you directly to the airport or any other major city . English is widely spoken and every sign is marked in Hebrew, Arabic , English. Food was fresh & good at the hotel, Tel Aviv has huge offerings if you’re vegetarian or a meat eater. Carmel market is a must go place for Local delight if you’re a foodie or like to mingle with local culture , I have never felt more safe being a tourist in a country I have only seen in television, thank you Sheraton and people of Israel for a such a magnificent hospitality experience, we will be back #tohdah ❤️❤️ #vaca2025

My husband and I stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv twice a year to take in the sea and sun. The hotel's beach location, city views and the hotel itself, are beautiful and relaxing. We are Elite Platinum, so we always get entrance to the club. The service and the special attention to details are amazing. Kudos to Malka and Janice, as they always spoil us. The rooms have been updated and very clean. We highly recommend the Sheraton Tel Aviv for your next stay.

The Sheraton Grand is my favorite place to stay in TLV. It is a beautiful hotel, great location and has fabulous service. Each morning the breakfast is superb while looking out over the water. Each evening I stop into the Concierge Lounge. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Janice, Elana, Anastassiya, Marlyn and Adan have provided wonderful friendly service. I travel to a lot of Marriott properties, they are the best!

One perfect week stay from check in to check out. We stayed in a corner room on the 16th floor with lounge access. The room is clean; the Bed is comfy with real pillows that don't get flattened the minute you put your head on it, excellent water pressure in the shower, and large bath sheet towels. Hotel breakfast is to die for! Breakfast and dinner are also available in the lounge, and in between, you can snack on fruit, cheese, and pastries and chill with a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverage of choice and, of course, the espresso machine! The lounge staff is always available and aims to please! Thank you, Elena, Mazal, Anastasia, Adam, and Janice - we’ll be back
