the hotel is exelent but most of the people coming to this hotel are famelies with alot of childrens so its so noisy that you will prefer to be in a tent.

OK but not to repeat! The hotel is actually a renovation of a hotel whose prime was during the 1980's. The room design and the swimming pool stayed the same. Was only there for one night two days but it was very enjoyable for my family. There are water slides, all meals were included was just very pleasant experience.

Best holiday with my husband and kids every time we come everyone is so helpful and welcoming it is outstanding . The kids are so happy and they like every aspect of the hotel, the pool is amazing and the food is great. The best choice by far for all

Great trip. The best part was the kids club. The people running the kids programming remembered my kids names, greeted them everywhere we went, provided age appropriate activities for each child, and made sure they included them in every activity. My kids didn’t want to leave because they were having so much fun. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at the Leonard Hotel in Tiberias in a room with a sea view, and overall it was a very good experience. The view of the Sea of Galilee was beautiful and definitely a highlight of the stay. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Tiberias.

I like the room with sea view of Galilee, well equipped of room facilities, cozy room vibe, and the small wine prepared is smooth for a good sleep.

Average hotel. Only one electric outlet in the room for charging phones. Wood floor was clean . Has a bath tub but no water stopper. Breakfast and dinner buffet are average.

We spent a few days here as part of our tour. We loved the location and the accessibility to the Sea of Galilee, we would walk out to the lookout point every night and enjoy conversations with our friends. Very friendly staff, received lots of extras, just spontaneously. An extra, free, lunch, chocolates and fruits in the room, soft drinks with our supper, and even cold water for our trip back home. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa with experienced staff, only the jacuzzi was missing.

The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Our room (superior with a Sea View) was spacious and functional. It is an older hotel so the furniture design is out of date. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. We also got a late check out. There is plenty of public parking on the street. We enjoyed our stay. This was March 2025 during the Hamas war, so there were not many tourists there at all

The hotel have big problem treating disabled parking. The hotel prefer the privileged!! causing the disabled park far away (in my case I had to walk 200 meters in 40 degrees c). It is especially disappointing because the room and the food is quite OK.

The staff is much to be desired. The hotel is nice and clean but the front desk staff is extremely rude. Not helpful at all. The breakfast buffet is good with a lot of options. The King Solomon did the job for our four day visit to Tiberias. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel has seen better days. A good deal for the price we paid.

The outside looks okay but the room is quite old. There is nothing to shout about on the food selection as it is standard buffet style for dinner and breakfast. The only issue is there are no laundry services and swimming pool close at 7pm. Wifi coverage is fair as there are blind spots in the room. Nearby surroundings are quite quiet and there is nothing much to explore.

Nothing fancy here. Just a clean room, a good breakfast, a helpful staff, a fairly good bar, and convenient to the bus lines. (Warning: The bus service in Tiberias is not too reliable, but that is not the hotel's fault.) I enjoyed my stay.

It's a quiet and nice boutique hotel. Not fancy. Offer good service. The staff were mostly welcoming but not all. They are not used to the local demanding clientele and some were a bit impatient for requests. The food is basic in Israeli standards but very good. In international standards it is top notch. My spouse and I are doing an EO tour of Israel and Jordan. When we arrived at the Royal, we were so impressed! Great view of the Sea of Galilee, in room hot tub, tasty fruit tray. We stayed at Royal Plaza for 2 nights. The hotel is quite big and the service is good. There is nothing fancy but needs the need of most people. The buffet breakfast and dinner are the best part of the hotel. There are lots of choices of cold and hot food.

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.

Very basic hotel, the noise from the corridor got into the room since the door was far from sound proof. The fire alarm was triggered 6 times in our short stay and woke us up in the middle of the night.

The building was not very secure-anyone could walk up the stairs from outside and there was work being done on an adjoining building so it was a little noisy one morning. Reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable. The room was not clean, and is somewhat small (enough in my taste, but should be taken into account). We have been going to the Club Hotel for 38 years! The hotel is clean, especially the pool area. Some of the rooms have been completely renovated. We were in a room that was partially renovated. It still needed plenty of work. Many of the rooms need a lot of work. Parking is a nightmare. The immediate area and volunteer guides were excellent. I really enjoyed being close to the beach and sitting by the water. The chapel is outstanding for a place to pray and meditate.
