We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sofia Hotel, largely due to the unprofessional and unhelpful behavior of the deputy manager. Despite the hotel's apparent investment the deputy manager's approach was particularly distressing. His dismissive and non-service-oriented attitude was evident from the start and had a detrimental impact on the entire team.
We felt unwelcome, frustrated, and unheard due to his poor customer service skills. It is disheartening to see such behavior from a hotel staff member in a leadership position.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to Sofia Hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

Over all, we had a great experience at the hotel. We arrived with a family group and found a clean and modern hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spaced well. Nice dining room with a good selection of food, both breakfast and dinner. Location is interesting, just in a middle of a living neighborhood, so if they don’t have an available parking spot, go figure…. One more thing - they had an electric car charging station with is nice.

Very nice hotel. The diner was good with many different dishes. The rooms are modern and very clean and with a good view of the Sea of Galilee. The deck on the roof is beautiful and the pool is very nice. The service is very good. There is a small parking area

Great room, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very modern and upscale. Gym was not relevant because it was to hot, the air condition was not noticed. Swimming pool are very nice with great views. But they are totally not usable, many of the guests are drinking from glass bottles and smoking in the pool area. The hotel employees are helpless and they do not listen. It's scary being around them, specially with children's.

I was at the hotel as part of a company trip. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very nice.
The rooms are new and comfortable, but the issue is the environment.
The hotel is built in an old neighborhood of Tveria, and as you can see in one of the pictures, the neighbors are overlooking the pool and everyone who is swimming in it.

Stayed as part of a group of 45 - handled our needs well. I had a single room, which was comfortable and clean - with a nice view of the car park - but there are lovely views of the sea from the rooftop bar.
