Caesar Premier Tiberias Hotel

I honestly don’t know how it’s hotel is so highly ranked. It’s an old, outdated hotel. Beds really uncomfortable, the room smelled like rotten eggs, they sent a person with an atomizer to cover the smell. Halls have a VERY old carpet and they smell like dust and sweat. Only good thing is the location. Tiberias doesn’t have many good options in hotels, I’d skip this one nonetheless.

This is a tired and rundown hotel - VERY UNLIKE the pictures on the website. It may be the only hotel for large tour groups, which is how we traveled here. As we walked into the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a grand & lovely space with a wine bar and live music and from there we saw a grand staircase that took us down to the thermal pool, the only highlights of this place. We expected our rooms to feel just as grand and beautiful - they are sadly the complete opposite. When we asked about changing rooms, we were told the rooms had been recently remodeled which seems to mean that cracks were filled in with caulk - there was a lot of that. Our room furnishings were old and dingy, the only chair in our room was a dining room chair. The tiny sofa was dirty and worn. Everything was dinged, worn, scratched up. Bad customer service - rude response when asking about pool hours. On checkout day, someone in our party who stayed in the penthouse (which is a PH in name only because it’s furnishings are even more worn down) was stuck with luggage on the top level for over 1/2 hour because the elevator wouldn’t go up to the top floor. They called customer service several times but nothing happened until others in our group got involved. Brunch buffet didn’t offer fruit except oranges and olives. Dinner buffet was fine. I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area. There have to be other options, find them.

This hotel is very outdated, with the rooms reminding me of a Motel 6 in the US. Constant strong smell of cigarette smoke is giving me headaches. The room is still hot despite the AC running on high. There's more sound than Manhattan.

This place is horrible and is second world at best.

trash, there was a person who kept screaming outside to promote their boat ride, day to night, I closed the door and I still heard it,the beds werent that comfortable balcony which i thought would be bigger ended up literally being so small I couldn't even stay there for a second without being scared, since the fence is also pretty low, food was ok I guess not alot to pick from, the tv only had like 9 channels, pool wasn't that big, paid 5000 shekels for 3 nights so I guess it's expected, elevator didn't go to my right floor for 10 minutes, the food outside the hotel (not the hotels food) was good and way better then the hotels food, all the stuff was old, literally gave me a crib In my room but I have no children, room is very small and the beds didnt match which was weird

Bad experience!!! Very noisy! My sister got married and both families order more than 10 rooms we had a bad experience with kids running in the corridor until the very last hours not very early morning not letting people sleep and rest and the management team of the hotel completely ignored our request! Do not go there if you want to enjoy and relax during your vacation!!!!
