0n two beds pushed together (which I invariably get when asking for a queensize bed). View is spectacular, room was immaculate. If I have one complaint it's to myself...I didn't have a chance to try the pool or spa. Next time!!!
- Rooms could be better maintained and cleaned
The hotel is neat and well appointed. The pool is clean and the water is well maintained. Some of the decor is a little dated.
The view from my room over Haifa was stunning.
The breakfast buffet was amazing.
When I asked about business facilities I was told "of course, this is a business hotel" initially and then told that I would have to hire the room just to be able to use them. In general I found the staff disinterested, though not rude. But it could just be the Israeli way.
On street parking was a bit of a nightmare, but they do offer a parking lot, though it was quite pricey.
It was nice the way the hotel came alive with families on the Sabbath.
I went there for the excellent breakfast deal they have from time to time.
All you can eat buffet of Israeli breakfast.
You can squeeze your own orange or grapefruit juice.
Ask for any kind of eggs.
Make your own coffee with a very sophisticated automatic coffee machine ( freshly ground beans ).
Huge spread of cheeses, fruites, salads.
You should check the pictures on the hotel site.
The very definition of hospitality were Yaniv & Valerie.
Yaniv was so warm and accomodating. He was very helpful getting us squared away in our room while we went to return the rental car. He was very personable, focused on making sure our stay was comfortable.
Valarie from South Africa was an absolute pleasure making sure all of our needs were met during the evening hours and then Breakfast the next morning!
