We requested extra towels for the pool, and at no point were we informed there would be an additional charge of 4 euros per towel. This was only mentioned at checkout, which was quite surprising and frustrating.
Additionally, we were told that the hotel would not replace used towels and were instead instructed to dry them in our room. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected more flexibility and service when it comes to such basic amenities.

Everything was ok but not the air condition, was not working properly, our room was very hot, 28' no fans on the ceiling, I asked if they can provide us with one small fan and they didn't have it. They have an old thermostat they need to up grade the A/C sistem.

Really nice staff, beautiful hotel and welness! Rooms are clean and spacy and breakfast is perfect. I really recomend this hotel! Lots of love😊
