The rooms come with a set for visiting the thermal pools. There are several pools, indoors and outdoors. The bathroom has a full set of bathroom accessories, the only thing missing was toothpaste

This is the Italy I like, with a polite, courteous and excellent service (reception, bar, waitresses, they were all really polite and kind) our room could benefit from a refurbished bathroom (a nice, proper shower instead of the bathtub/shower) but overall it was a great experience

There is a sauna, a salt cave. Towels are provided for the pool in the rooms. There are also slippers, robes. But I recommend using rubber ones for the pool, since fabric ones get wet and are not comfortable later

My ruin is the good cuisine, as I can't say no when the Maître Mauro convinces me to taste of all courses. The treatments from fango to massages are excellent. The pool area very comfortable and big with two pools

We had the most enjoyable and relaxing five nights at the Hotel President Terme. Highlights was definitely the delicious food, the heavenly spa treatments and of course the thermal swimming pool

From rooms, Spa, restaurant to reception, service and evening entertainment. Have been enjoying shorter or longer holidays there in various seasons for ten years, I must say the quality was always excellent

The hotel gives an impression of being a little bit shaby but I liked it. The rooms are a little bit old fashioned but spasious and clean. The breakfast was magnificient. The spa and pool facilities are very good

There are several pools, all with really warm water -Sauna -Steam sauna -Ice sauna (where it is cold with ice instead of a sauna unit) -Several sections with bubbles

What we particularly noted here was how immaculately clean the spa and wellness area was kept as well as attention to detail by the fantastic staff from the reception to the restaurant; everyone is extremely motivated and service orientated

A solid five-star hotel across the entire board from cleanliness to facilities. The hotel recalls the ambience of a true grand hotel in a prime location on the footsteps of the center of Abano

Other points to relish around the hotel was the lush and enormous gardens, the intimate our door dining areas, the bikes to rent, e-car charging but note the gym is dated but functional

Unfortunately there’s no real sauna but a dimly lit and smelly cave which is only marginally hotter than the pool area. Breakfast could be improved but it’s satisfactory. Room was large and comfortable

The main strength of this hotel is clearly the swimming pool. Large enough to swim and hot even in winter. Indoor and outdoor parts are connected so it’s possible to swim outdoor in winter

The pools were very nice, although not all of the jets were operational. We were disappointed to find out that the sauna was not working. excellent for water and coffee or even lunch

We stayed five nights in April 2022 and had a nice trip. Hotel was adequate, clean and our room was spacious. We had a wrap around balcony with a view of the mountains

We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a huge buffet. Order your coffee from the barista as it is better than the machine. We went out for lunch and dinner as the town is right there and very cute

All of the staff was respectful and excellent. Reasonably priced! We took a day trip to Venice which is super easy…park at the montegrotto train station (huge free parking lot beside the train station)

If you are able to walk a kilometer and a half or 2 to the piazza, it is an outstanding hotel, pools are superb and service really fast I won't give it a 5 star because of the fact that they control the air conditioning system and decide when to switch it on, and i am convinced it has a lot to do with saving money, and we suffered for the first 2 nights until I put my feet down and they gave me a fan...

The pools and treatments are top notch! The hotel has a lot of free fun events such as stargazing, bicycle trips, aqua aerobics etc. The food was amazing - I recommend booking a stay with full board

Pools should be cleaned more often considering the majority are elderly people and designated area for smokers have to be allocated! It’s not fair for other people not breathing with clean air in SPA place like this! Some are like chimneys! It’s disturbing and so disrespectful

Took the bike in hotel, drove it Abano Terme, the nearest town and a sanctuary in the hills. It is quite possible for any person, all within walking distance, the cyclists are very carefully on the roads

very lucky with the physical therapist who helped me to solve the arm problem. There is an unusual Oriental treatments for relaxation, which I refer: Tibetan bowls and so easy to relax with the kids

We had a great stay at the Abano Grand Hotel in June 2024. The Hotel provides two thermal pools heated at different temperatures, both being very spacious

Staff is very courteous, the buffet for breakfast and antipasti is very rich, the kitchen is exquisite, the treatments extensive, the spa and pool are wonderful. I find the prices of the package deals very fair

Tritone is a bit more expensive and has absolutely spectacular facilities. Their restaurant though is hit or miss. Bristol Buja’s restaurant was a hit every single time, and we ate there three times a day (full board)

We just loved this place, even though their sauna facilities were not nearly as good. Their pools were great, their service was fantastic and friendly

I have been staying at the Buja for several years, usually opting for the more modern, upgraded rooms instead of the older, carpeted ones. The quality of the rooms remains excellent, and the location is very central

At breakfast be careful for the man having you seated. If he doesnt have you seated he will find you and relocate you. If he is off that day, an angry manager will take your will to live in a different way

Stayed here with extended family on my group Europe Trip. Though our group was large, Hotel was very well equipped to handle large crowds, so check-in was smooth and fast. Rooms were huge, and had ethnic decor

Just go and dive in the thermal water pool, or in the spa with Sauna and steam bath and Mediterranean bath. But if you like there is also a pool to swim. Is a incredible place, stuff is kind and very helpful

Lovely hotel for a couple of days to stay. Nice rooms with balcony (I think almost all of them), heating is provided. There is the option of having breakfast after a nice swim with your bathrobe and champagne

Pools are great and there are many beds always available even in high season! Breakfast is really good quality and has a lot to offer even freshly made eggs or pancakes! Even standard smaller room has a lot of space and is extremely clean! The only thing that was a bit of a let down was wifi that was not working outside on pools at all!

I especially want to mention the desire of the hotel to meet the demands of time and to combine this desire with the preservation of traditions. Development zone SPA deserves a special compliment

Lovely stay, great food and excellent treatment. The only caveat for me is not being able to eat dinner before 19:30-20h, there's no question it is not healthy to eat late and close to bedtime.

Absolute great hotel and i dont understand some of reviews here and complains about staff ?? Everyone was super friendly and it was never crowded on reception

The funny part is that you have machines that are absolutely useless and you don't have essentials, like having the weirdest glutes machine and the pointless abductor but not having a leg press, curl or extension machines? A rack of dumbbells that goes to max 10KG? Also, full metal dumbbells on a parquet? That's why the parquet is full of bumps

Good relaxation, even weeks enough to then throughout the year to remember this vacation with a fun. Mud massages and thermal water works wonders with sick joints and fracture consequences.

And since there are singers and music parties every weekend, it is a place with a lot to see and enjoy, so I recommend you visit! and most of all, there is also a separate zone for dogs, so there are sunbeds where dogs can come with them when using the spa or swimming pool, so you can have a good time with your dog

Pros: clan, very polite personnel, fantastic dinner and music night boh for young couples, old AMD families. Cons: Too many people in the swimmingpool on saturday afternoon

Breakfast is ok… could be better. The pool with this hot water is sooo relaxing. And the Gala dinner with music was fun ! So these are amenities that are included in the room price

Rooms are big enough per person. Bed and baths are good. The only thing that I don't like is the little space between bathtab and shower. Breakfast and hospitality are good.

The are so lucky that they have employee like Adama. Adama is the kindest guy in the hotel. He is making a awesome atmosphere there

We went there just for the spa, and we like it a lot. Dry, steam saunas were available, with icy cold jacuzzi, together with wide indoor and outdoor pools. Price was very reasonable and the ambient very relaxing.

A place where you feel good!!! The staff is outstanding. They are all kind and available for all your kind of requests. They make you feeling like in a big family

They also have tennis fields, a beautiful garden, a beautiful "dehor" in front of the bar where making appetizers (by the way I drunk a very good Aperol Spritz)

The rooms are nicely decorated (however a bit old fashioned), the food is excellent (we opted for full pension), the spa has indoor and outdoor pools and the hotel offers different types of massage and relaxation possibilities

The staff is very friendly and there is nightly entertainment in the lobby (at least during the xmas new year period). New year's eve celebrations are very nice with an 8 course dinner and dance

For all these reasons we come back every year. Abano terme is also conveniently located , 10 km from Padova and 30 from Venice. All easily accessible with public transport

Now, let's talk about the thermal baths – they are pure bliss! The thermal water is so relaxing, it makes you want to sleep and just melt into relaxation. The pools are pristine and well-maintained

We were happy for our small day stay room because the pool was busy with few available chairs. The hotel was very clean and decorated for the holidays well. We had a very enjoyable weekend get away
