Old facilities. There is just one changing room, where women and men share. There is also very few showers, don't think I saw more than 3. They have a good size swimming pool.

The location is good, not too busy area, friendly staff, good food, dated but still attractive, treatments are good, clean and well organized.

Good price, but the temperature of the water was bad. Too cold. And one light in my room didn’t worked and they hadn’t resolved the problem.

We had a really great time over two days. Got a good deal on thé price and it wasnt overcrowded. Staff were very friendly and helpful and generous. Room was comfy with a huge bed. Thé baths were excellent and very clean

Cosy hotel in the centre of Abano Terme. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, beautiful antique furniture and objects of design. Have Russian speaking staff, in the face of the waiter Alexis. There is free Parking and WiFi

Rooms are very clean, towels are changed daily, we even got a surprise upgrade from the hotel so we liked our stay very much! Food is great, usually breakfast is the same every day but you have so much to choose from you can eat something different every day

The pool was also clean and not too busy, depending on the time you visit. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings in the garden, accompanied by the animals hotel staff takes care of

Breakfast is ok… could be better. The pool with this hot water is sooo relaxing. And the Gala dinner with music was fun ! So these are amenities that are included in the room price

Good location, the breakfast was ok, the personnel not too kind but on average not bad. The sauna is small, but the pool quite big with a suggestive outside part. It is ok for an overnight stay and no more

Firstly she my appointment was late for 15 minutes ! But the massage finished 10 minutes before it should ! So in total instead of 55 minutes I got only 30 for the price of 55 !! The girl did not put any relaxing music, her massage was just moving her hands up and down on my body

In the sanatorium and resort department, there was only a Mask demanded for employees, the sanatorium worked normally. Around the thermal pools and the pools were on a lot of meter space between the guests

Had the pleasure of staying with Hotel Terme Orvieto a v. The large garden next to the pool was perfect for shade, and the facilities were impecable (especially breakfast on the garden terrace!)

The staff was absolutely amazing. they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. and the food was top notch (highly reccomend saturday lunch poolside!)

In the dining room and in the large outdoor areas by the pool and in the park Delicious buffets were available as always but you were served whatever you wanted

My ruin is the good cuisine, as I can't say no when the Maître Mauro convinces me to taste of all courses. The treatments from fango to massages are excellent. The pool area very comfortable and big with two pools

The restaurant with simple but well cooked dishes, I just want to point out the unfulfilled promise by the property to a customer who in a previous review complained about the lack of appetizers in Buffett (the fault of the covid), the answer was that it would be served at the table the appetizer

Unfortunately it would need to be modernized in the rooms and a little in general throughout the structure

We had a great stay at the Abano Grand Hotel in June 2024. The Hotel provides two thermal pools heated at different temperatures, both being very spacious

The highlight was undoubtedly the amazing bath, equipped with water pressure features for massages. The water temperature was warm enough to enjoy even in the winter, making it a truly rejuvenating experience

The fitness room is brand-new and has all equipment needed for a modern gym. In addition, the Hotel offers massages, fango therapies and has Finnish and steam saunas

What we particularly noted here was how immaculately clean the spa and wellness area was kept as well as attention to detail by the fantastic staff from the reception to the restaurant; everyone is extremely motivated and service orientated

I actually enjoyed having no antipasti buffet as you do not go to bed stuffed and over ate! Service on the first morning breakfast was painfully slow but after around 08am more staff arrived and smoothness resorted

Just go and dive in the thermal water pool, or in the spa with Sauna and steam bath and Mediterranean bath. But if you like there is also a pool to swim. Is a incredible place, stuff is kind and very helpful

The location is very convenient as you can go out and walk to the shops and cafe’s around. They have a parking lot on top of the hotel, once you are checked in you can go up with your room card

There are four swimmings outside and one inside ,beauty center health center, gym with all the machines you need !massages and physiotherapist specialist!

But the very best are the employees. They are so polite and helpful in every situation. Even after your stay as i can tell because i left a bracelet in the bathroom. They found it and will ship it to my home address

Quite possibly my favorite hotel on earth!! The property is stunning, the thermal pools with the swim up bar is unreal, the meals are perfection and I could seriously live here. Do yourself a favor and run to this place!

The cleaning staff does not respond to the do not disturb sign, I was persistently woken up. The pool was very dirty. Clarification on the hotel's answer: this is not a mistake, but the account name is my alias.

We tried to book an excursion advertised by the hotel, but the staff spent several hours trying to contact the tour operator only to then tell us it won't be running, which wasted an afternoon

Tritone is a bit more expensive and has absolutely spectacular facilities. Their restaurant though is hit or miss. Bristol Buja’s restaurant was a hit every single time, and we ate there three times a day (full board)
