Fantastic spa with all facilities..thermal water is s balm for any illness. Staff and managers are extremely friendly and food is top class..I couldn't stop eating from the delicious buffet..i absolutely want to repeat this experience.

I have been staying at the Buja for several years, usually opting for the more modern, upgraded rooms instead of the older, carpeted ones. The quality of the rooms remains excellent, and the location is very central. However, I've noticed a decline in the consistency of the service and that the hotel overall is beginning to show its age.

We had a great new spacious and clean room with amazing washing/hygiene products. It was also a very quiet room. The beds are fantastic. Hot food can be improved a little but there were always a variety. As soon as they build the new outdoor pool there will be less crowded in one. We are planning to come back again. Thank you Venezia

I was highly impressed by the hotel in the two to three days that I remained in October 2024. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service did a lovely job daily. Stayed here with extended family on my group Europe Trip. Though our group was large, Hotel was very well equipped to handle large crowds, so check-in was smooth and fast. Rooms are big enough per person. Bed and baths are good. The only thing that I don't like is the little space between bathtab and shower. Breakfast and hospitality are good.
