This amazing 5* hotel with it's own charm and soul. Was pleased to realize on my own the higher service level than I would ever expect. Pet friendly and when I day this ... all dog sizes are aloud. We stayed in this hotel 6 nights last year. We are going there again Oct 15th for 6 nights. Except, this time I reserved the junior suit on top floor. We love this hotel and love Abano Terme. This is our fifth trip to this location.

Very nice hotel with wonderful swimming pools and SPA zone and a lot of treatments in it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room that we had wasn't so nice but unfortunately was the only one available at the time so make your reservation on time if you decide to visit this place. Everything else is for recommendation.

Well.... Just go and dive in the thermal water pool, or in the spa with Sauna and steam bath and Mediterranean bath.... Or the gyjm...... But if you like there is also a pool to swim.... Is a incredible place, stuff is kind and very helpful.... Ij wanna go back, but I was a guest and as a disable I will never be able to afford this again.... But if you can, please try it.

All included thermal SPA. Rooms are a bit outdated but it does not make a bad impression. The hotel leaves a luxury impression.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious & very comfortable. The restaurant was great, with a wide variety of food. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. We had a great new spacious and clean room with amazing washing/hygiene products. It was also a very quiet room. The beds are fantastic. Hot food can be improved a little but there were always a variety. As soon as they build the new outdoor pool there will be less crowded in one. We are planning to come back again. Thank you Venezia

Their kitchen services are very frustrating. The ladies working there couldn’t agree with each other to where should we be seated. Plus if you ask a waiter what’s for desert for example the answer is “I cannot serve you, you have to go and see by yourself” I didn’t asked to be served. Me and my family go here for days at the pool. Pool is very big and spacious. There's a nice inside pool, it's also a little heated. A bar as well. I can't speak for the rest of the hotel but the pool is great and I can recommend that. Nice area as well. Great for a walk after a whole day in the pool.

Modern structure inserted in the green. Excellent hospitality of the staff. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool for pleasant moments of relaxation. Welcoming and helpful staff, modern building and serves really excellent food! We went with a disabled person and everything went perfectly.. From the moment we arrived, during our stay until the moment we left. Special mention to Grazia, Gianni, Roberto and the woman working at the breakfast/restaurant area (forgot to ask for her name) for being very hands on with us. Would recommend 10/10!

We stayed only one day and no nights (Spa day). The 3 pools are very nice, and so is the wellness center. The staff was kind and glad to answer all of our questions.

Rooms are big enough per person. Bed and baths are good. The only thing that I don't like is the little space between bathtab and shower. Breakfast and hospitality are good.

A good value for the price. The rooms are large and the bathrooms huge. The beds are soft, but with very few pillows. Over all though the inclusion of the spa and all the services make this an attractive offer to anyone looking to relax.

Simple but good service. The rooms are.. roomy (terrible pillow though). Lovely swimming pool with a spacious enough garden on two levels. The sauna has been renovated recently and it's no longer naked natural rock as it used to be - pity. Now it's modern and stylish.

Unfortunately, the thermal pool of the hotel has been acts of vandalism and non-repairable in the immediate, and the outside temperature was too low to operate the tub, and the beautiful, the grotto spa, excellent food and rooms discrete, shame about the cold coming out from the pool.

We visited this hotel for a few days of relaxation, we didn't take any treatments, but the termal waters where very relaxing and calming for the body and mind. The hotel and surroundings are wonderful. Three unique pools in a large park. Location close to the action in the pedestrian zone, but at the same time in a quiet part of the city. I will definitely come back to this hotel!!!

Great hotel for very affordable price. The thermal pools are great, maybe not too big but definitely entertaining and relaxing. The rooms are clean and cosy. I would recommend the breakfast option as it was very versatile and tasty. Overall a really good experience.

I had already been to this hotel years ago and I was happy with it, especially for the fine cuisine and the well presented food. for this reason I decided to return but the disappointment was great. the cuisine is rather poor, dishes served cold and recycled foods the same for breakfasts. the service, on the other hand, is still at a good level. the prices are quite high compared to the service rendered...
